<p>Pro-Palestinian <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/protests" target="_blank" rel="noopener">protesters</a> swarmed the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/white-house" target="_blank" rel="noopener">White House</a> gates on Saturday evening, demanding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip while chastising President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Biden</a> for siding with Israel in its war against <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/hamas" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hamas</a>.</p>
<p>Hundreds if not thousands of people, many of whom carried signs or the Palestinian flag, amassed outside the northern fence. They chanted anti-Biden slogans such as <a href="https://twitter.com/stevennelson10/status/1720925452703826373" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;Genocide Joe&#8221;</a> and “F*** Joe Biden.&#8221;</p>
<p>Biden, who was in Delaware when the protesters came knocking, has reaffirmed U.S. support for Israel in the wake of Hamas&#8217; October 7 terrorist attacks on Israeli soil that killed an estimated 1,400-plus people, including 33 Americans.</p>

<p>As Israeli forces now fight in the Gaza Strip to root out Hamas officials who openly admit they <a href="https://www.fdd.org/analysis/2023/11/01/hamas-officials-admit-its-strategy-is-to-use-palestinian-civilians-as-human-shields/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hide among civilians,</a> leftist Democrats railed at Biden. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) accused Biden of backing genocide and delivered an election ultimatum. “Biden, support a ceasefire now or don’t count on us in 2024,” <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2023/11/04/tlaib-biden-palestinian-genocide-israel-00125392" target="_blank" rel="noopener">read</a> the text card in one of her videos.</p>

<p>The unrest in the nation&#8217;s capital this weekend was reminiscent of the behavior seen after the death of George Floyd in the summer of 2020. Getting as close as they could to the White House grounds, demonstrators grabbed onto and shook the security fence as law enforcement stood guard on the other side. One man even partially scaled the fence and waved a Palestinian flag as the crowd sang for a &#8220;free Palestine.&#8221;</p>

<p>Instances of vandalism were spotted throughout the area. Red hands, likely made out of paint but made to look like blood, defaced one of the White House entrances. Video appeared to show Secret Service agents within the White House perimeter <a href="https://twitter.com/ScooterCasterNY/status/1720951324865441966" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tear down</a> a long banner attached to the fence from the outside which would have obstructed their view of the situation. People also <a href="https://twitter.com/TPostMillennial/status/1720978932705726650" target="_blank" rel="noopener">climbed</a> onto statues in nearby Lafayette Park and covered the historical statues with their signs and flags.</p>
<p>Demonstrations in favor of the Palestinians took place throughout the day in Washington, D.C., including a rally that featured <a href="https://twitter.com/Phil_Lewis_/status/1720890194793292263" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rapper Macklemore</a>, who repeated the &#8220;genocide&#8221; line.</p>
