Supermodel Gisele Bündchen made more comments about how co-parenting with her ex-husband, retired NFL star Tom Brady, is going.
The pair have two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11. Brady also has a son, 16-year-old Jack, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
“I think, you know, there’s easier days than other[s], but I think, you know, it’s amazing that the kids — they’re super smart children,” Bündchen said during an appearance on ABC’S “Impact x Nightline” with Robin Roberts.
“They know what they can get away with,” the 43-year-old celebrity continued. “So I think it’s natural that [they have] different rules and then kids just adapt. And they’re gonna try to do what they want, and I can only control what I do. I think, for me, now it’s really about the balance.”
“Tom has time with them and I have time with them, which I think is amazing,” she continued. “They get to learn from two different worlds and that’s wonderful for them.”
The model also got emotional while sharing her feelings about divorce.
After taking some calming breaths, she said, “I don’t think you wish for that, you know. But I think sometimes in life things happen… I feel so blessed because, like, I wouldn’t change anything in my life. I had incredible experiences, I learned so much, I have my children, which are the biggest blessings in my life,” Bündchen told Roberts. “I get to learn new things… I’m grateful for all of it. I’m grateful for every lesson.”
Bündchen, who announced in October 2022 that her 13-year marriage to Brady was over, had previously spoken about some of the more challenging aspects of the kids splitting their time between two houses.

“The way you make your room, the way you organize and make your bed is the way you’re going to do your life,” she told Harpers Bazaar of conversations she’s had with her children. “‘If you’re not learning here and now, then when and with who?’
“Sometimes, I get pushback, especially because now they’re in two different homes and there are two different ways. But I feel like I owe it to my kids, because of what my mom taught me,” the celebrity added.
