Within hours of the Supreme Court&#8217;s decision allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to resume sweeps in Los Angeles, California, several prominent Democrats across the city and the state issued statements complaining about the ruling.

At the nation&#8217;s highest court, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor registered her complaint as well, sounding quite a bit like the elected Democrats who object to federal immigration agents being permitted to enforce federal immigration laws.
&#8220;Instead of allowing the District Court to consider these troubling allegations in the normal course, a majority of this Court decides to take the once-extraordinary step of staying the District Court’s order. President Donald Trump posted edited and AI-generated videos on Truth Social Wednesday night, mocking Democrats such as California Governor Gavin Newsom, Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, and California Senator Adam Schiff.
Trump also posted two videos celebrating Cracker Barrel&#8217;s decision to forego changing its logo after backlash from customers and a phone call with the president. Trump&#8217;s social media blast began just after 10:00 p.m. ET Wednesday, when he posted a short clip of Sen. Schiff speaking on NBC&#8217;s &#8220;Meet the Press.&#8221; The video of Schiff, whom Trump calls &#8220;Pencil Neck,&#8221; was edited to make the senator&#8217;s neck extremely long.

At 9:20 p.m., the president posted a video showing a pole vaulter with his head superimposed, soaring over a banner featuring the new Cracker Barrel logo. In the video, poll vaulter Trump rips down the new logo to reveal a banner with the traditional &#8220;Uncle Herschel&#8221; Cracker Barrel imagery. Trump also posted a video that had been going around X last week, showing the president dancing to &#8220;Y.M.C.A.&#8221; with Uncle Herschel.

Trump then ripped into Democrats with multiple posts, including an AI-generated video showing Governor Pritzker sumo wrestling with former New Jersey Republican Governor Chris Christie, set to the &#8220;Chariots of Fire&#8221; theme in the background. Trump and Pritzker have traded barbs over the past week as the president mulls deploying the National Guard to Chicago to address the city&#8217;s violent crime. Trump&#8217;s son, Eric, posted a <a href="https://x.com/EricTrump/status/1963091795472240874">video</a> on X earlier this week that showed him stepping onto the dohyō against a sumo wrestler.

The president also went after Governor Newsom. In one video, Newsom&#8217;s head is superimposed on a man who&#8217;s slapping and kicking a punching bag with Trump&#8217;s image on it. The AI-image of Newsom lets out girlish yelps that wouldn&#8217;t be out of place at a Jonas Brothers reunion tour as he serves up dainty palm-slaps.

Trump often rages against Democrats, the legacy media, and sometimes fellow Republicans on Truth Social, but Wednesday night was especially active — even for the president. The meme dump attacking Democrats comes as the party attempts to paint Trump as an authoritarian dictator who is seeking to grab more power by using the military to crack down on crime in big cities.

Some on the Left have questioned Trump&#8217;s health after he was diagnosed with a condition that causes swelling in his legs. The president has also been pictured with bruising on his hand. Some people even speculated over the weekend that Trump had died or was suffering from a severe illness.
On Wednesday, Trump <a href="https://abc7.com/post/president-donald-trump-addresses-health-rumors-days-public-events/17729308/">responded</a> to the rumors, saying that he was &#8220;very active over the weekend.&#8221;

A federal judge on Tuesday said that President Donald Trump broke the law by deploying the National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles County amid violent protests targeting immigration enforcement operations. 
Judge Charles Breyer, the younger brother of former liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, <a href="https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/70496361/176/newsom-v-trump/">issued</a> a ruling that Trump was using the military to enforce domestic law in violation of federal law. The Trump administration had argued that the deployment of about 4,000 National Guard members and 700 Marines to Los Angeles was only to protect federal property and personnel. 
“Nevertheless, at Defendants’ orders and contrary to Congress’s explicit instruction, federal troops executed the laws,” wrote Breyer, a Clinton-appointed judge. “The evidence at trial established that Defendants systematically used armed soldiers (whose identity was often obscured by protective armor) and military vehicles to set up protective perimeters and traffic blockades, engage in crowd control, and otherwise demonstrate a military presence in and around Los Angeles.”
The specific law that Breyer said Trump violated was the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act, which limits the use of the military to enforce domestic law. 
Breyer’s order, which takes effect in 10 days, blocks Trump from using the approximately 300 National Guard troops left in Los Angeles from “engaging in arrests, apprehensions, searches, seizures, security patrols, traffic control, crowd control, riot control, evidence collection, interrogation, or acting as informants, unless and until Defendants satisfy the requirements of a valid constitutional or statutory exception.”
The case came to Breyer after California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom sued Trump.
“DONALD TRUMP LOSES AGAIN,” Newsom posted on X. “The courts agree — his militarization of our streets and use of the military against US citizens is ILLEGAL.”
Responding to the ruling, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli said that Breyer’s decision was misleading and that the National Guard would not be leaving Los Angeles. 
“The military will remain in Los Angeles,” he <a href="https://x.com/USAttyEssayli/status/1962891988291957185">wrote</a> on X. “This is a false narrative and a misleading injunction. The military has never engaged in direct law enforcement operations here in LA. They protect our federal employees our properties so our federal agents can safely enforce federal laws in the face of the thugs being unleashed and encouraged by state and local politicians.”
A previous decision from Breyer blocking Trump from taking control of the National Guard from Newsom was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-scores-big-win-against-newsom-in-california-national-guard-clash">overturned</a> by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. That court agreed with the Trump administration that the National Guard was only being used to protect federal property and personnel.

In recent years, California&#8217;s K-12 schools, colleges, and universities have increasingly begun classroom sessions and meetings with land acknowledgements. 
For those unfamiliar, the California Community Colleges (CCC) website explains that a <a href="https://www.cccco.edu/About-Us/land-acknowledgement">land acknowledgement</a> is &#8220;a formal statement that recognizes and respects the Indigenous peoples as traditional stewards of this land, the enduring relationship that exists between Indigenous peoples and their traditional lands.” The CCC further argues that “all of California is Indian land” and that these acknowledgements are a recognition of “the original people who have been living and working on the land from time immemorial.”
Reading this language for the first time can be jarring for the uninitiated. It’s one thing to acknowledge and show respect to indigenous tribes of the past, it’s another to require school children and administrators to publicly recite these statements.
It is true, much of North America was inhabited by a wide variety of Indian tribes. The westward push of European settlers brought an inevitable clash of civilizations with Indigenous peoples. Some encounters led to trade and cooperation, while others descended into violence. Many tribes were nomadic and waged war against rival tribes and settlers alike. But as American settler populations grew, treaties were broken, land was seized, and tribes were forcibly moved.
Given this history, it is fair to ask what ultimate purpose land acknowledgements serve today. While they are said to honor Indigenous history and affirm their continued presence, it remains questionable what actual, positive impact these statements have. They do not appear to improve living conditions or economic outcomes for Native Americans — nor do they provide concrete restitution or reform. Instead, they often operate as a type of forced ritual that foments resentment toward America and Americans of European descent. 
Take, for example, a land acknowledgement currently used in a Southern California school district:

I want to acknowledge that this land we refer to as Orange County, is the unceded and traditional lands of the Gabrielino Tongva Nation, and the Juaneño Band of Mission Indians Acjachemen Nation. These lands were taken through a process of colonization, physical, and cultural genocide. I want to pay my respect to elders, both past and present, as well as the Tongva and Acjachemen Youth who have attended and are currently attending our schools in the neighboring districts.</blockquote>
I find this not only unhelpful but grossly inappropriate — particularly for pre-kindergarten or elementary-aged children, who are subject to various versions of these acknowledgements through ethnic studies programs like the <a href="https://www.liberatedethnicstudies.org/uploads/1/6/1/9/16198322/ch_1_pk-2_one_voice_many_people.pdf">California Liberated Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum</a>. Children in public schools are exposed to highly politicized narratives about guilt, victimization, and responsibility — long before they are able to grapple with such complex or contentious historical realities.
One of the central flaws of land acknowledgements is that those who promote them rarely pair acknowledgment of past wrongs with any tangible action to remedy them. It reveals an institutional comfort with empty, performative statements: moralizing language that resonates in assemblies and boardrooms but does not foster improvements for Native communities. If academic institutions truly believed their own rhetoric, the only meaningful next step would be the return of their own land — or substantial, material investment. Yet there are no examples of these institutions actually returning any land.
For educators and administrators, the ritual of land acknowledgement belies a more insidious lesson for students: that words without action are sufficient, that virtue is to be signaled but need not be practiced. Children are perceptive. They know, or eventually learn, when adults say one thing but do another. In the long run, this undermines trust and models a kind of hypocrisy — a failure to follow words with real change.
There is another critical aspect frequently overlooked: land acknowledgements fundamentally bypass the authority of parents to determine how values are taught to their own children. In California’s educational system, land acknowledgements are often treated as mandatory and thus serve as vehicles for moral instruction. They transmit a particular worldview about history and justice which may conflict with what some parents believe and wish to impart themselves. The primary function of public education is not to instill contested moral values, but rather to equip students with knowledge and analytical tools. Land acknowledgements risk inverting that focus, making politics rather than learning the centerpiece of the classroom experience.
Finally, the most serious issue may be that land acknowledgements overlook or even erase the substantive progress that has been made to address historical wrongs. Over recent decades, the U.S. government has implemented extensive settlement and reparation processes in recognition of the suffering endured by Native Americans. The <a href="https://www.bia.gov/bia/history/history-indian-land-consolidation#cobell-settlement-and-land-buy-back-program-2012-2022-2">Cobell settlement</a> in 2009, for example, allocated $3.4 billion in compensation for government mismanagement of tribal funds and resources. There have also been concrete land returns, such as the <a href="https://www.npca.org/articles/2779-the-milestone-for-public-lands-you-ve-never-heard-of-and-why-it-matters">restoration of Blue Lake</a> to Taos Pueblo, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Havasupai_Indian_Reservation">acreage </a>to the Havasupai, and <a href="https://www.gov.ca.gov/2024/04/26/a-step-towards-healing-and-restoration-california-to-support-the-return-of-ancestral-tribal-lands-and-lands-management-projects/">tribal land initiatives in California</a> involving over 38,000 acres transferred back for stewardship and management.
Neither California nor the federal government can ever fully undo the harms of the past. Rather than engage in hollow, performative gestures, educational leaders should actively support positive, meaningful efforts like investing in Native communities, supporting language and culture, and teaching students the full truth of history along with contemporary progress.
We must move beyond symbolic language and show California’s students and families, by example, what real partnership, restitution, and responsibility look like.

Vice President JD Vance said Thursday that politicians and political commentators who have condemned prayer in the wake of a mass shooting in Minnesota should “get new politics.”
In an appearance on Fox News, Vance ripped into those who have mocked or dismissed calls for prayer to help deal with tragedy. The vice president said that people who have targeted prayer after a gunman killed two children at Annunciation Catholic School’s church on Wednesday morning have “something very wrong” with their souls.
“If you are a politician or you&#8217;re a media commentator and two beautiful babies just got murdered while praying, and your politics force you to condemn prayer in response to it, you ought to get new politics because something very wrong has gone on inside your soul,” said Vance, who is a Catholic.

A number of left-wing politicians and commentators have downplayed prayer in the wake of the shooting. Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, who served in the Biden administration, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/karoline-leavitt-destroys-jen-psaki-for-mocking-the-power-of-prayer">said</a> in a post on X: “Prayer is not freaking enough. Prayers does (sic) not end school shootings. prayers (sic) do not make parents feel safe sending their kids to school. Prayer does not bring these kids back. Enough with the thoughts and prayers.”
Minneapolis Democratic Mayor Jacob Frey on Wednesday <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/minneapolis-mayor-trashes-people-for-offering-thoughts-and-prayers-after-shooting">dismissed</a> “thoughts and prayers” during a news conference after the shooting.
“Don’t just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now, these kids were literally praying. It was the first week of school, they were in a church,” Frey said. “These are kids that should be learning with their friends. They should be playing on the playground. They should be able to go to school or church in peace without the fear or risk of violence.”
California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom echoed Frey’s sentiment in a post on X that targeted White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who defended prayer in reaction to Psaki’s comment.
“These children were literally praying as they got shot at,” Newsom wrote.
Annunciation Catholic Church <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/church-targeted-by-trans-identifying-shooter-asks-for-prayer-during-impossible-situation">invited</a> prayer in an open letter to the general public on Wednesday evening, asking for support as the community grapples with the deadly attack.
“Please lift up these families and these children in prayer and surround them and each other with your love during this difficult time,” the school’s principal, Matthew DeBoer, and the church’s pastor, Father Dennis Zehren, wrote.

&#8220;I saw the comments of my predecessor, Ms. Psaki, and frankly, I think they&#8217;re incredibly insensitive and disrespectful to the tens of millions of Americans of faith across this country who believe in the power of prayer, who believe that prayer works, and who believe that in a time of mourning like this when beautiful young children were killed while praying a church, it&#8217;s utterly disrespectful to deride the power of prayer in this country,&#8221; Leavitt said.

The shooter, 23-year-old Robin Westman — who identified as transgender — opened fire at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning, killing two children and wounding over a dozen more. Westman fired upon students and staff at the school while they were holding morning Mass.

Newsom and Psaki weren&#8217;t the only Democrats to criticize prayer following the deadly shooting. During a press conference after the shooting, Minneapolis Democratic Mayor Jacob Frey made a statement similar to what Newsom said.
&#8220;Don’t just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now, these kids were literally praying. It was the first week of school, they were in a church,&#8221; Frey said.
Earlier on Thursday, Vice President JD Vance <a href="https://x.com/JDVance/status/1961044761613083022">said</a> it was &#8220;shocking&#8221; to see Democrats &#8220;attack the idea of prayer in response to a  tragedy.&#8221;
&#8220;Literally no one thinks prayer is a substitute for action,&#8221; Vance added. &#8220;We pray because our hearts are broken and we believe that God is listening.&#8221;

California Republican legislators and citizens filed a petition with the state Supreme Court on Monday to block Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom’s effort to redistrict the state.
On August 14, Newsom and fellow California Democrats announced plans to introduce a legislative package for a state constitutional amendment that would permit the legislature to redraw the boundaries of California’s congressional districts. They introduced the legislation on August 18, four days later.
The <a href="https://www.dhillonlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/FileStampedCopy-3.pdf">petition</a>, filed by the Dhillon Law Group, states that the rushed move by Newsom broke the standards agreed upon by the state, which handed the redistricting process over to an independent commission. It&#8217;s asking the Supreme Court to step in on behalf of citizens to stop the rogue redistricting attempt, which was undertaken as a direct response to actions by Texas Republicans.
“The people of California enshrined in their constitution fundamental rules by which they would have the redistricting power undertaken in this state. The work of redistricting as well as the power that goes with it were intentionally taken away from the partisan California Legislature and given to an independent citizens redistricting commission; barring a court order, the inherent tumult of the redistricting process could only occur once per decade; to protect their rights the redistricting process would involve extensive public engagement and the people expressly prohibited partisan gerrymandering.&#8221;
Commenting on the effort by California Democrats in two Assembly bills and a Senate bill to redraw the boundaries of the state’s congressional districts, the petition noted that the effort violated the aforementioned restrictions and also was rammed through the legislature in four days, which violated the state constitution’s requirement for 30 days’ public notice of new legislation.
The petition also noted that the measure the Democrats would present to the voters “violates the single subject rule by illegally calling for voters to approve two separate questions on two separate subjects based on two different legal authorities and representing conflicting policy choices.”
Those questions would be proposing “petitioning Congress to institute independent citizens redistricting commissions nationwide to draw voting district maps” as well as proposing “discarding maps created by California’s independent citizen’s redistricting commission to implement legislation and maps developed in secret by unknow members of the legislature.”

“Days ago, the California Legislature rushed through hundreds of pages of redistricting changes in just four days, an unconstitutional scheme that rips power away from the independent Citizens Redistricting Commission and hands it back to politicians,” Mike Columbo of the Dhillon Law Group stated. “The Constitution requires redistricting be done by the Commission with transparency and public participation, and only once per decade. They broke all of those rules, and that is why we’ve gone to the Supreme Court today.”
State Senator Tony Strickland, a Republican, called Newsom’s plan “a shining example of why the people took back redistricting in the first place,” adding, “We created the Citizens Commission to stop backroom deals. Instead, Sacramento is forcing Californians into a predetermined election with no transparency, no hearings, and no public input. That’s not democracy — that’s authoritarianism, and I’ll fight it every step of the way.”
Republican Assemblyman Tri Ta declared: “I fled a country that never had free elections to come here for freedom. What happened last week on the Assembly floor was outrageous and a complete violation of the California Constitution. And now, on top of that, we are being forced to spend more than $200 million on a special election when Californians are asking for relief on affordability, crime, and homelessness.”
The petition requests that the Court act no later than September 8.
The Dhillon Law Group was founded by Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Department of Justice. She left the firm earlier this year to avoid conflicts of interest following her appointment.

Newsom made his blustering comments while being interviewed on The Siren podcast, which was co-hosted by noted macho man Harry Sisson.
Asked what he was doing regarding redistricting in his home state, Newsom swaggered, “We’re fighting fire with fire; we don’t want to do this, but to your point, your question, rather, we have to do it, at peril(?).”
He briefly launched into a word salad, Kamala Harris-style: “Being judged not only to have lived but to be judged watching democracy slip from right out underneath us.”
“The reality is, it’s not just Texas that Donald Trump believes he’s entitled to five congressional seats; he has sent his vice-president to Indiana; he’s making the case not just to what’s going on up in Ohio but Florida, Missouri, and other states. I imagine it’s just the beginning, what, as we speak, is occurring in real time in Texas,” he continued.
“And so my mindset, our mindset here in California, is one of accountability, responsibility, we have agency, we’re not bystanders. We can shape the future and by taking some responsibility and moving assertively as we have with the California Legislature that just yesterday introduced the special election, a constitutional amendment that will in essence neuter, nullify the five votes that they claim to be picking up in Texas, by asking the voters in a transparent and temporary way to make a determination for themselves to change our maps mid-decade in response to what occurred in Texas on November 4,” he declared.

As of Thursday morning — less than 24 hours after Texas Republicans passed a new congressional map that could net them five additional seats — California legislators had already begun their retaliation.
The state&#8217;s new redistricting ballot measure legislation, updated Thursday morning, would allow any new map passed by California&#8217;s legislature to stand regardless of new maps passed by other states, according to a report from California Capitol Correspondent Ashley Zavala of KCRA News.

Zavala also noted that Governor Gavin Newsom had said only a month earlier that California would have &#8220;no need&#8221; to move ahead with a retaliatory map if Texas did not pass the new one as planned — but the new plan appeared to be to forge ahead even if the courts put an end to the Texas map.

Bed Bath &amp; Beyond will no longer operate in California, with the company’s chairman saying the blue state’s “overregulated” system “makes it nearly impossible for businesses to succeed.”
“This decision isn’t about politics — it’s about reality,” executive chairman Marcus Lemonis said Wednesday in an official <a href="https://x.com/marcuslemonis/status/1958162142651470232/photo/1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> on X. “California’s system makes it nearly impossible for businesses to succeed, and I won’t put our company, our employees, or our customers in that position.”
“California has created one of the most overregulated, expensive, and risky environments for businesses in America. It&#8217;s a system that makes it harder to employ people, harder to keep doors open, and harder to deliver value to customers,” the statement read.
Lemonis says that California’s economic policies have resulted in “higher taxes, higher fees, higher wages that many businesses simply cannot sustain.”
Bed Bath &amp; Beyond will still market its products to Californians and offer online ordering. The company says this will eliminate “the inflated costs created by an unsustainable model.”
“We&#8217;re taking a stand because it&#8217;s time for common sense. Businesses deserve the chance to succeed. Employees deserve jobs that last. And customers deserve fair prices. California&#8217;s system delivers the opposite.”

In recent weeks, the social media account for the governor&#8217;s office has been posting rants on X that copy the tone and style of President Donald Trump&#8217;s off-the-cuff statements on Truth Social. While imitation is said to be the sincerest form of flattery, Newsom is copying Trump in an attempt to give the president &#8220;a wake-up call.&#8221;
Earlier this month, the Governor Newsom Press Office X account raised eyebrows when it began posting warnings to Trump in all-caps and closed out with Trump&#8217;s signature line: &#8220;THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.&#8221; Newsom&#8217;s Trump impersonation began over the Republican effort to redraw Congressional maps in Texas, which would likely strip five seats from Democrats.

For Newsom&#8217;s X presence, the Trump parodies appear to be working — at least in terms of raw engagement. Before the press office X account began posting like the president, it would usually see between 200 and a few thousand likes, and some posts would hit 2,000 reposts if they were lucky. But when the governor&#8217;s office posts parodies of Trump, that&#8217;s a different story. Some of Newsom&#8217;s Trumpian posts reached over 100,000 likes and racked up around 15,000 reposts.
An official in the governor&#8217;s office told The Daily Wire that the press office X account has seen an increase of over 250,000 followers, while its engagement rate has gone up by more than 50% since August 1. Much of that engagement is negative, with many X users blasting Newsom&#8217;s social media tactic. Conservative commentators have also ripped the Democratic governor for copying Trump.

Radio host Mark Simone <a href="https://x.com/MarkSimoneNY/status/1955713499750961437">added</a>, &#8220;Gavin Newsom is now paying massive tribute to Donald Trump by imitating him, copying him, trying to be him &#8211; look at his latest tweets. Newsom&#8217;s idea to channel Trump is connecting with those on the Left.
Jon Favreau, a &#8220;Pod Save America&#8221; co-host and former speechwriter for President Barack Obama, replied to Perino, saying, &#8220;Humor and mockery can be quite effective!&#8221;
&#8220;I mean, it&#8217;s pretty clearly a parody of Trump&#8217;s absolutely insane all caps, often non-sensical posts,&#8221; Favreau added. &#8220;Probably why all the people in my life who aren&#8217;t political junkies keep reaching out to say they don&#8217;t know much about Newsom but think the tweets are hilarious.&#8221;
Newsom&#8217;s Trump imitation isn&#8217;t the only social media tactic the Democratic governor has attempted this year. In February, Newsom <a href="https://www.kcra.com/article/gavin-newsom-launches-another-podcast/63942809">launched</a> a new podcast, the first episodes of which focused on discussions with “leaders and architects of the MAGA movement.” The first three guests on Newsom&#8217;s show were Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, conservative commentator Michael Savage, and former Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon.
Newsom said his podcast would seek to better understand conservatives while also asking how the Democratic Party could learn from Republicans&#8217; recent electoral successes.
“We already know what our disagreements are with the MAGA movement. I want to understand what the motivations are, the legitimacy of those motivations, and just really understand where people are coming from,” Newsom said. “They are influential — they are. They explain more things in more ways on more days about what’s going on and if we’re not trying to understand their motivations, we will be victims of their motivations.”
“At the same time, I want Democrats to come on and sort of challenge where we are on a lot of these issues,” he added. “And so I’m asking the same questions you’re asking of me: Where the hell is the Democratic Party?&#8221;
Newsom&#8217;s podcast launch was <a href="https://www.latimes.com/california/newsletter/2025-04-01/gavin-newsom-podcast-charlie-kirk-maga-2028-election-essential-california">viewed</a> by some as an effort to position himself as more of a moderate who&#8217;s willing to reach a hand across to Trump supporters, as he&#8217;s considered a potential frontrunner in the 2028 Democratic presidential primary.
Six months later, Newsom is back to focusing all of his attention on attacking the president as Democrats push back on most of Trump&#8217;s actions — from immigration crackdowns across the country to the deployment of the National Guard and federal agents in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough waded into the ongoing spat that began with Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) and Fox News anchor Dana Perino over the governor&#8217;s recent attempts to mimic and mock President Donald Trump&#8217;s social media posts via X.
Scarborough echoed Perino&#8217;s sentiments during Wednesday&#8217;s broadcast, referring to Newsom&#8217;s efforts as &#8220;embarrassing.&#8221; The California governor had made a series of posts on X attacking Trump and other Republicans in all capital letters, including calling them made-up nicknames.
