CNN panelists might have amnesia. It’s worse, apparently, than the former vegetable-in-chief they spent years defending.
On Wednesday&#8217;s NewsNight, a pompous and overconfident Neera Tanden, former senior Joe Biden White House official, talked over Scott Jennings, wildly gesturing and insisting that Joe Biden never went after his political opponents! She seemed personally offended by the suggestion.
Maybe she’s still living in the brain-dead Biden era, where a constant ice cream-brain freeze obscured reality. But Joe Biden’s administration almost singularly targeted conservatives, Christians, and, as it turns out, nuns — for the crime of being nuns.
That’s one way to book a direct trip to hell. 
According to a new exclusive Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/exclusive-biden-doj-lawyers-fantasized-about-prosecuting-catholic-nuns-emails-show?author=Mary+Margaret+Olohan&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=0&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=EXCLUSIVE%3A+Biden+DOJ+Lawyers+Fantasized+About+Prosecuting+Catholic+Nuns%2C+Emails+Show">report</a>, Justice Department prosecutors in the Biden administration fantasized about targeting Catholic sisters. Text messages obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) show DOJ attorneys Joseph Cooney and Molly Gaston salivating over a New York Times photo of religious sisters in traditional habits and veils at the January 6 rally.
“I would like to take a special assignment of finding and prosecuting them,” Gaston wrote. Cooney replied: “I’m with you. Although I’d like to prosecute any nun who still wears the head habit.” Then: “Hahaha.”
God’s not laughing.
This is the same Cooney who is now running to represent Virginia&#8217;s 7th congressional district — right in the heart of the Diocese of Arlington, one of the most traditional Catholic dioceses in the United States, serving over 430,000 faithful. The irony appears entirely lost on him. You’d have to possess a breathtaking level of arrogance to miss it.
If this sounds familiar, it&#8217;s because earlier this month, the Trump DOJ&#8217;s Weaponization Working Group released an 800-page report exposing the lengths to which the Biden administration weaponized the FACE Act against peaceful pro-life defendants — mostly Christians — while barely acknowledging the firebombings, vandalism, and coordinated attacks on pregnancy centers and churches.
They called Christian beliefs “culty” in open court, screened jurors for religiosity, and dispatched 16 FBI agents to arrest Catholic father Mark Houck in front of his weeping children. All while cozying up to abortion advocacy groups who fed them dossiers on pro-life activists. 
Sure, gas was high, the economy was in the toilet, and illegal migrants were flooding our borders. But hey, at least the nuns and baby-lovers were getting prosecuted. In fact, Biden prosecutors sought an average of 26.8 months in prison for pro-lifers.
I don’t want to hear about the “weaponization of the DOJ” from a former staffer of the man who wrote the book on it.
One side note: In light of King Charles <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-empty-crown-why-america-should-ignore-king-charles">jetting</a> here this week to lecture us on religious tolerance and “shared values” in his address to Congress, I ask that his majesty aim his bloody, blasphemous babbling at the previous president, please and thank you. As it was, he was the religiously intolerant one. Of Christians.
Of course, beneath all of these lies is something far more sinister. It’s the quiet part they desperately want to say aloud: a seething hatred of the entire edifice of human rights, individual liberty, limited government, and objective morality that built the richest, freest, and most innovative societies in human history. That edifice rests on one revolutionary Judeo-Christian idea — Imago Dei. Every human being is made in the image of God. That single doctrine shattered pagan hierarchies, declared that kings and peasants alike have equal dignity before the Creator, and slapped a firm moral limit on the reach of government power. 
 
They despise the religious conviction that makes abortion grotesque. The faith that gave us the work ethic and charitable impulse that built universities, hospitals, and the scientific revolution. The moral foundation that gave us a rule of law, declaring that even the president answers to a higher authority. 
John Adams wasn’t kidding when he said the Constitution only works for “moral and religious people.” Strip away that Judeo-Christian root and you don’t get neutral secularism, you get moral subjectivism, where feelings replace facts and the state becomes the new God, deciding who has rights and who gets hunted. 
The Biden DOJ was purposeful and nefarious. It was, in effect, an extinction project. They know Christianity stands in the way of total cultural control, so they smear pro-lifers as “extremists,” surveil churches, stack the DOJ with activists who openly despise traditional faith, and literally text each other about hunting nuns.
And then Neera Tanden has the audacity to sit on CNN and pretend none of it happened. 
Spare us. 
I think they’re arrogant ideologues who hold the rest of us in contempt. But I’ll still pray for them.

If Michigan’s 2026 Democratic Senate primary were a Goldilocks story, there are three bowls: one too radical, one not radical enough, and one that&#8217;s just the right amount of radical for today&#8217;s Democrats. Her name is Mallory McMorrow, and her deleted tweets might be exactly insane enough for progressive Michiganders to hand her the nomination.
McMorrow, a state Senator and Majority Whip, is locked in a three-way battle for the open seat being vacated by retiring Senator Gary Peters (D-MI). On her far left is Abdul El-Sayed, the former Wayne County health director and Bernie Sanders-backed leftist who has also scrubbed his social media history after championing “defund the police” rhetoric. On her right is Representative Haley Stevens, the establishment moderate, who was recently booed at the Michigan Democratic convention for being just that. 
But McMorrow is in the hot seat: CNN&#8217;s KFile just exposed that she quietly deleted roughly 6,000 old tweets shortly after launching her campaign — posts where she lambasted the rural Midwest, lamented ever leaving California, and admitted she continued voting there after claiming a “permanent” move to Michigan.
This is what Democrats all across the country are doing: running cover for their radicalism, pretending to be moderates on the campaign trail, then implementing policies that have the Founders rolling in their graves.
Unfortunately for McMorrow, the internet lasts forever. Before purging her X account, she was posting gems like this: &#8220;I had a dream that the U.S. amicably broke off into The Ring (coasts + Can + Mex + parts Mich/Tex) and Middle America.&#8221; 
 
Fantasizing about a national divorce from Middle America. Charming. She also agreed with a tweet claiming it&#8217;s actually rural white working-class America that needs to &#8220;reach outside its comfort zone&#8221; — adding, &#8220;I&#8217;m from rural New Jersey, this rings 100%.&#8221; Ah, yes, that coastal-elite condescension. Classic, timeless, insufferable.
After moving from California to Michigan, the complaining never stopped. April 2014: “Aaaand it’s snowing. Screw you, Michigan. #NYCtoLA.” Another post: “I don’t like you, Michigan.” I’ll give her one point of agreement: “At least ‘ugh, Michigan’ is a sentiment we can all get behind.” Precisely. Go Bucks.
She can&#8217;t hide from her true feelings. 
McMorrow is the radical wolf in moderate sheep&#8217;s clothing, just not quite as far gone as El-Sayed, who called cops &#8220;standing armies,&#8221; bragged about taking political opponents &#8220;to the mud and choke them out,&#8221; and still won&#8217;t disavow his pro-terrorist views.
The party of empathy, ladies and gentlemen. 
But she&#8217;s close. She&#8217;s praised &#8220;white privilege&#8221; seminars, compared Trump supporters to Nazis, and built a record as an extreme gun-control activist, abortion-on-demand advocate, child-mutilation enabler, and clean-energy socialist superstar.
Yet she&#8217;ll pretend — just like Mikie Sherrill, Zohran Mamdani, and Abigail Spanberger — that she&#8217;s a moderate, campaigning on lofty non-statements like &#8220;Hate won&#8217;t win&#8221; and &#8220;New American Dream.&#8221;
In reality, she’d be a nightmare.
A McMorrow agenda would likely include more federal green-energy mandates that have already driven up Michigan electricity bills 6%; minimum wage hikes that studies show disproportionately kill entry-level jobs for teens, disabled workers, and black men without reducing poverty; extreme gun restrictions with negligible effects on crime; and support for youth gender interventions with documented long-term harms to fertility, bone density, and cognitive development.
Policies like hers never work, only hurt, because they produce business flight, crime spikes, higher taxes, and top-down cultural mandates that deepen the very divisions she claims to oppose.
The deeper sickness is that the radical Left isn’t just nibbling at the edges of the Democratic party, it’s devouring it from within.
Michigan voters still have a shot at sanity if they rally behind Rep. Haley Stevens, who hasn&#8217;t fantasized about carving up the country. The RealClear Politics polling average has Stevens at 21%, tied with McMorrow and 2 points behind El-Sayed, with 35% still undecided — but she was booed off stage just last week. That final block will send a loud message: Is the Democratic Party finally rejecting its crazies, or will it hand the nomination to the online radical Left&#8217;s favorite wolf in sheep&#8217;s clothing?
America works best with two sane parties that argue over policy within the guardrails of the Constitution. Not one normal(ish) party and one engulfed in a perpetual revolution against its own country. A party that treats capitalism as the enemy, Christianity as suspect, and America as something to apologize for isn’t a governing party; it’s a protest movement with better branding.
If Michigan voters follow the online mob, it signals something grim: a nation increasingly comfortable electing leaders who no longer see America as a great country worth fighting to keep that way.
We don’t need more coastal elites mocking Middle America while promising a &#8220;New American Dream&#8221; funded by higher taxes and more regulations. We need leaders who unapologetically say America is sui generis, that capitalism lifts people out of poverty, that Christianity built the moral foundation that makes freedom possible, and that smart conservation — not socialist green mandates — will keep this republic churning strong for the next 250 years.
Anything less isn’t moderation. It’s managed decline.

We are about to have a mugshot of &#8220;America&#8217;s Tallest Teenage Girl,&#8221; as my boss, Ben Domenech, likes to <a href="https://x.com/GrabienMedia/status/1924867147945136308">joke</a>.
Yes. All 6 feet and 8 inches of James Comey, the former FBI director who spent years weaponizing the Justice Department against President Donald Trump, is surrendering to federal authorities today after a grand jury in North Carolina handed down two felony counts, each carrying up to five years in prison.
To quote the wise Hillary Rodham Clinton: &#8220;No one is above the law.&#8221;
I can&#8217;t help but laugh at the sheer teenage drama of it all, because as a former teenage girl myself, I know this character arc by heart. Comey&#8217;s entire career has been one long, awkward coming-of-age story, and he&#8217;s finally reaching the make-or-break point of girlhood.
In the beginning, there is a quest for autonomy. That early-teen &#8220;you&#8217;re not the boss of me&#8221; phase my mother begrudgingly endured, where you suddenly become the smartest person in the house. As FBI director, Comey weaponized the Department of Justice against a duly elected president, signed off on FISA warrants built on a phony Steele dossier, pushed the Russia collusion hoax for years, and leaked sensitive memos to the media while dressing it up as &#8220;higher loyalty.&#8221; Classic teenager move: convinced that perceived righteousness exempts you from the rules everyone else has to follow.
He then enters the social performance stage of life, that unruly stretch of caring too much what your tribe thinks. Comey began this stage last year when he &#8220;stumbled upon&#8221; seashells on the seashore, arranged to spell &#8220;86 47.&#8221; For anyone who doesn&#8217;t speak dinner-table shorthand: &#8220;86&#8221; has meant &#8220;get rid of it&#8221; since the 1930s. “47” is, of course, the 47th president, Donald Trump. But you needn’t know either of those facts to get the message. At the time he posted it, Leftist protesters were plastering that phrase everywhere. It was the new viral call-to-death chant against the president.
Comey himself admitted he recognized it as a &#8220;clever political thing,&#8221; before gushing over the &#8220;artistic flair&#8221; of the seashells, snapping a photo, and posting it to Instagram for his hundreds of thousands of followers. He knew exactly what he was doing.
This is the same man who spent decades prosecuting gangs for far less direct threats, but he believes he’s above institutional power, so he thought a simple “delete and play dumb” would suffice. That&#8217;s how coded language works in the assassination culture the Left has mainstreamed — where 56% of left-wingers say it would be somewhat justifiable to murder the president — plausible deniability built right in. &#8220;They were just pretty seashells!”
This matters more than a beach photo op. At the time Comey posted it, Trump had already survived at least two assassination attempts. The shot had already been fired. The bullet had already grazed his ear. And Comey, the former head of the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, decided that was the moment to signal to the mob.
Finally, Comey has entered his principled idealist phase. The late-teen “I’m immovable and morally superior” stage. After the indictment dropped, Comey released a video declaring, &#8220;I&#8217;m still innocent, and still not afraid.&#8221; He’s the protagonist in his own head, forever the hero resisting the big bad demagogue.
We can be certain of this because he quite literally wrote a book about it. His new novel explores how right-wing podcasters are radicalizing people into political violence.
You can’t help but laugh.
The man who posted a public call to &#8220;86&#8221; a sitting president — one who had already survived multiple assassination attempts — is now lecturing America about incitement.
Let&#8217;s also be honest about the obvious double standard: imagine, for one second, current FBI Director Kash Patel posting a photo of seashells spelling out &#8220;86 46&#8221; about Joe Biden. We all know what it would mean. We all know exactly how fast the media and the DOJ would have detonated. But when Comey did signal the useful idiots to remove the 47th president? Crickets.
This was never about seashells. It&#8217;s about an assassination culture the Left spent years building. The manifestos, the cheers when the bullet hit, the &#8220;mostly peaceful&#8221; rhetoric that somehow always ends with conservatives in the crosshairs. Comey didn&#8217;t just participate in that culture. He performed it on the national stage, with his name, his platform, and his hundreds of thousands of followers, and then acted shocked when his actions had consequences.
America’s Tallest Teenage Girl is finding out. 
He’ll whine, he’ll cry, he’ll insist it was just a silly beach photoshoot. But we know better, and more importantly, so does a grand jury in North Carolina.

Try as I might, I occasionally get sucked into the online doom-scroll and recently, I&#8217;ve been genuinely rattled by the pure hatred people carry for me on the internet. 
 
Not me as an individual, but my entire perceived identity. I am Republican, therefore I am an evil, worthless, unlovable person.
Obviously.
This is evident in the way we are discussed online. 
Take applesauce.eater37. He posted a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reels/DWkMusZEi9W/">video</a> of him and his friend with the caption, &#8220;When me and my Republican bro both interested in the Latina so I ask him who he voted for again.&#8221; 
 
In slow motion, with the song “Hemorrhage” playing in the background, the liberal (less attractive) male gets the girl and walks away with the Latina looking back in disgust at the morally depraved Republican. 689,000 likes. Ten million views. A comment section turned Republican roast sesh.
“Why you have a republican friend in the first place?”
“No one smart is attracted to republicans”
“Let’s normalize this because I don’t want to date a guy who doesn’t care about women or anyone other than themselves.” 

“Who has a republican bro anymore? No more tolerance”
“republican friend? in the MAGA era of politics? hell naw. i don’t even have republican family today”
They deride Republicans as inhuman. Unworthy of friendship, beyond saving, deplorable.
In another <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reels/DU4heY6gCUU/">video</a>, a man (with painted nails) explains that he left the conservative party, and you should too.
The comments that followed?
“Men learning empathy is so funny.”
“Oh so you learned to critically think”
Apparently, Republicans lack empathy and the ability to think critically. 
This is coming from the same crowd that laughs when conservatives are shot, mourns when the bullet misses, and openly wishes for the next one to land. If we think critically about the irony there, we see that the party of supposed &#8220;empathy&#8221; and &#8220;tolerance&#8221; is often the most apathetic and intolerant crowd in the room.
I believe in this case, culture is downstream from politics, and our politicians have been stripping Republicans of their humanity for years, all so they never have to engage with our arguments, our policies, or us in general.
When Hillary Clinton calls us &#8220;deplorables,” when Hakeem Jeffries says our policies are &#8220;violent,” when Joe Biden calls MAGA Republicans &#8220;semi-fascists,” when too many in the mainstream left repeatedly call Trump supporters &#8220;Nazis&#8221; … they are delegitimizing us. Stripping us of human virtue. Belittling us, so that when we are harmed, it registers as a net positive.
Nazis taken out! Good! 
If our leaders are telling voters and constituents that the most powerful man in the world is a pedophile, a rapist, and a traitor, and his followers are child-harming, women-hating, country-loathing sympathizers — well, the culture will quickly turn against Republicans, who make up half the country.
Where that stream turns into a waterfall is online.
Hateful, polarizing, emotionally charged rhetoric is promoted and pushed algorithmically much farther than neutral language on social media, and who consumes most of that content? Young people.
They are first taught that it is necessary to hurt or kill those who are preventing social change — in fact, it is morally obligatory — and then they are taught that Republicans are evil. So take out the evil, and you are good.
This is reflected in the data. Politicians, pop culture, and online creators have spent years insisting corporations are evil, capitalism is to blame for everything, conservatives are morally bankrupt, and Christianity is useless. The old moral code — the Ten Commandments we inherited from Judaism and Christianity — disappears. Suddenly, capitalists deserve to die.
Forty percent of Americans with graduate or professional degrees now say “violence is often necessary to create social change.” Forty percent of Gen Z said the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO was acceptable. And 22% of liberals under 44 say it’s okay to feel happy when a political opponent dies.
When you strip certain people of their morality, throw the entire moral compass out the window, and then argue that in your shiny new worldview violence is good if it&#8217;s aimed at the bad — then it is okay to kill Republicans. In fact, it&#8217;s encouraged.
We saw this in the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/manifesto-shows-shooter-was-willing-to-kill-everyone-at-correspondents-dinner">manifesto</a> of Trump&#8217;s most recent alleged assassin, Cole Allen. A normal, nerdy Democrat, radicalized by MSNOW, CNN, and Bluesky, who decided it was his moral duty to kill the president. He was doing us all a favor.
The other problem is that many on the Left have no higher power reeling them in, hitting the pause button, or telling them “No.” They answer to no one but themselves. And they&#8217;ve decided we are beneath contempt, so it’s best to block, banish, and spray us with bullets.
Politics used to be about ironing out our differences. Now it&#8217;s about throwing away anything that doesn&#8217;t fit their ideal mold.
The only way for them to see us as human again or even worthy of life is a return to faith and a shared moral code: thou shalt not murder, steal, bear false witness, covet, or dishonor your parents. You know, the Ten Commandments. Pretty solid rule of thumb.
Will the Left accept it? Will they see us as created in the image of God, just like they are? Or are we too egregious beyond reckoning?
The party that values the unborn, the living, and the dead. The party that rescued more than 62,000 unaccompanied migrant children from sex trafficking and forced labor in the last year alone. The party that launched Trump Accounts and expanded the Child Tax Credit to build generational wealth for low-income families. The party that expanded school choice and educational freedom. The party that puts violent criminals behind bars to protect its citizens. Could the Left ever extend such a party even one iota of respect?
Well, Leftist judges are now blocking the Commandments from classrooms. They&#8217;re publicly lamenting that the shooter missed. Heck, I&#8217;ve already been labeled a racist and a bigot by people who&#8217;ve never met me.
So no, I don’t think they’re coming around anytime soon. I suspect they would celebrate my death on Instagram — and the comment section would cheer.

There’s A Reason Why The Left Keeps Trying To Kill Republicans

Every time I read a post or article from a mainstream leftist, I endure the five stages of grief. 
First comes denial, that something so deranged, so tone-deaf, so nakedly divisive could have been stated publicly in the first place. Then rage, that anyone could feel entitled to say such things at all. Then bargaining — a naive, fleeting hope that if I just explained it calmly, they&#8217;d stop spreading the lies. When that fails, I am hit with a wave of sadness at the state of this country, and the Left’s iron refusal to reflect. And finally, I accept, again and again, the reality of the leftist mind. They are unchanging, unreasonable, and utterly immune to consequence. Sighs. Scrolls.
All of this happens within 30 seconds of reading a typical lefty post, and it happened again Sunday afternoon, when our feeble, smug, former divider-in-chief Barack Hussein Obama took to his social media accounts to pretend that he had absolutely no idea what could have motivated another attempt on President Trump&#8217;s life.
Yes Barack. It’s a mystery, wrapped in a puzzle, wrapped in an enigma, wrapped in a riddle! Bangs head against wall repeatedly.
It couldn’t possibly have anything to do with the fact that the gunman described Trump as a “pedophile, rapist, and traitor” — the exact language parroted by Obama&#8217;s closest allies, and spelled out explicitly in the shooter&#8217;s own manifesto. No, no. Couldn&#8217;t be.
Obama has to feign ignorance, because the alternative is honesty, and an honest tweet from Barack Obama would read something like: “For the last eighteen years, my party and I have systematically divided this country, using inflammatory rhetoric, identity-based grievance-stoking, and outright lies to make you all hate each other. This has culminated in a surge of Left-wing violence. Sorry!” 
He’ll never write that post.
Instead, he’ll continue to play dumb, while our sitting president, his cabinet, and virtually every prominent conservative in the country fear for their physical safety. That’s the daily reality of American political life, and Obama helped build it.
For my younger friends who have only ever known the media&#8217;s soft-focus, golden-hour portrait of the Obama years: they lied to you.
In 2008, he promised healing. “There are no red states or blue states. Only the United States.&#8221;
Members of the media will often reminisce on the “good ol’ days” when he was in office. But were they all that good, or did they foment much of the hatred we see online and in reality today?
Obama repeatedly injected race into incidents before the full facts would emerge, knowingly amplifying identity-based grievances. When they arrested Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. at his home, Obama declared the Cambridge police &#8220;acted stupidly&#8221; before a shred of evidence supported that conclusion. He personalized the Trayvon Martin shooting by saying, &#8220;If I had a son, he&#8217;d look like Trayvon,&#8221; a calculated statement not meant to comfort, but to inflame. He amplified the Ferguson narrative as it was still collapsing under its own contradictions. He pitted &#8220;the 99%&#8221; against job creators and entrepreneurs, fueling the kind of class warfare that made half the country feel like villains in their own economy. His administration’s IRS targeted conservative groups. “Punish our enemies” were the exact words he used to describe political opponents, revealing how he viewed the 60 million Americans who disagreed with him.
What started as a promise of unity became a master class in division.
And the movement he midwifed — Black Lives Matter, the mainstreaming of political rage, the normalization of viewing your political opponents as existential threats rather than fellow citizens — did not evaporate when he left office. It metastasized.
Far from becoming a graceful elder statesman, Obama remains one of the most actively divisive voices in American politics. In recent speeches, he has attacked the Trump administration as a “clown show” of “lawlessness and recklessness,” dripping with “mean-spiritedness and just plain craziness,” while framing Republicans as an existential threat to democracy itself. Instead of calling for calm when conservatives are literally fearing for their lives, he continues to pour gasoline on the very cultural fire he helped ignite.
The man who once pledged to heal the nation can’t stop picking at the wound.
Of course, Barack Obama is not solely to blame for the toxic state of American politics. The American Left has spent the better part of a decade poisoning it alongside him.
Kathy Griffin posed for a photo holding a bloody, severed mock-up of President Trump&#8217;s head. Tim Walz — the almost-vice president of the United States, and current governor of Minnesota — publicly wished death on Trump. Sitting members of Congress have declared they&#8217;re going to &#8220;bury&#8221; Republicans under the Capitol. Left-wing cultural figures now openly platform voices calling for the murder of &#8220;capitalist motherf*ckers,&#8221; romanticizing political violence, and explicitly advocating for Trump&#8217;s assassination. And pop culture — just downstream from politics — has followed suit. Jimmy Kimmel, days before the most recent attempt on Trump&#8217;s life, delivered a fake White House Correspondents&#8217; Dinner speech with the punchline: &#8220;Mrs. Trump, you have the glow of an expectant widow.&#8221;
Did no one ever tell him that if he can&#8217;t say something nice, don&#8217;t say anything at all?
No one should be shocked that “progressive terrorists” exist. Least of all Barack Obama, as he was instrumental in creating the conditions that produce them. 
But what is shocking is the Left’s refusal to acknowledge how their incessant denigration and demonization of conservatives has led to conservatives being shot at, doxed, or attacked.

That was President Donald John Trump, 79 years old, four hours of sleep a night, and now three assassination attempts into his presidency, cracking jokes at a press conference less than two hours after a man named Cole Tomas Allen tried to kill him in the lobby of the Washington Hilton Hotel.
Two hours.
&#8220;I like not to think about it. I&#8217;m not a basket case. I take it as it is. I do it for the country.&#8221;
Most of us would still be in shock. Most of us would be wrapped in a blanket somewhere, shivering, phones off, unable to form a coherent sentence. Donald Trump was standing at a podium, flanked by his cabinet and his wife, Melania, taking questions from reporters and already talking about rescheduling the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
&#8220;We&#8217;ll do it again in the next thirty days, and we&#8217;ll do it bigger and better,&#8221; he said. &#8220;We wanted to stay tonight, and I will tell you I fought like hell to stay.&#8221;
That is not the behavior of a man who is shaken. That is the behavior of a man who has made peace with the cost of his job, and who’s chosen to pay it anyway.
While reporters scrambled for details on the shooter, pundits dissected the manifesto, and the Left predictably declared the whole thing staged, almost no one stopped to sit with the human reality of what we witnessed. A sitting president of the United States nearly lost his life last night, again, and before the night was over, he was already thinking about how to get back to business.
He is a walking middle finger to the progressive Leftists who want him dead.
Scientists should study this man’s nervous system.
Trump addressed it directly at the press conference, returning to a statistic he’s cited before — one that, in the context of last night, hits differently. Race car drivers die on the job at a rate of 0.10%. Bull riders, the same. But the American presidency? 5.8% of presidents have been killed in office. 8% have been shot at.
“I’m here to do a job,” Trump said. “It’s part of the job. It’s very dangerous. I cannot imagine that there is any profession that’s more dangerous. But I love the country. I’m very proud. I’m very proud of the job we’ve done … I wanna live because I wanna make this country great.”
That right there is what allows our president to keep going. His love for our country.
And that right there is a man who has stared down at his own mortality — repeatedly — and decided that America is worth more than his own safety.
President Trump doesn’t just endure these moments. He refuses to let them change him. After the chaos settled, the president personally called members of the press — the same legacy media that has spent years fomenting the very environment that enabled these assassination attempts — to ask if they were okay. Not his team. Not his donors. The journalists who have made his life a living hell.
Worst fascist ever, checking in on those who hate him most.
We are dangerously close to taking his resilience for granted. Because he handles it so well, so consistently, we forget what “it” actually is. This is a man who took a bullet to the ear in Butler, Pennsylvania, raised his fist in the air with blood streaming down his face, and said fight. This is a man who has now survived multiple attempts on his life and has not once — not for a single moment — considered quitting. Nothing and no one is deterring him from delivering for our nation.
He easily could have given up on us. No one would have blamed him. The man has built a legacy, raised a family, lived 10 lifetimes. He didn’t have to come back. He didn’t have to run again. He didn’t have to walk into a room knowing that some percentage of the people in it might want him dead.
He came back because he loves this country. It is that simple. It is that extraordinary.
Most generations get one president who genuinely believes the job is a calling rather than a career. We have ours. And he is showing up — still, again, always, despite the fact that showing up means dodging literal bullets.
He is the greatest president my generation has ever seen, and I’ll be damned if we let the Left take him out, as they did to Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy.
President Trump, I don’t know how you’re doing it. Maybe it’s the Diet Coke. Maybe it&#8217;s spite. Maybe it&#8217;s just that you love this country and her people more than you fear what they might do to you. But we see you. And we thank you.

In August of 2017, extremists came out of the woods, carrying torches, their veins bulging from their necks, carrying Nazi swastikas, chanting the same exact antisemitic bile that was heard in Germany in the early &#8217;30s. Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, the Ku Klux Klan — “so emboldened by [President Trump] that they saw him as an ally.”
Those were the words of our former vegetable-in-chief, Joe Biden, who claimed the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, was the moral catalyst for his entire presidential campaign.
A federal indictment now suggests that the catalyst was manufactured, and the people who built it were the same people weeping the loudest over it.
The Justice Department has indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) for purportedly funding the Unite the Right rally, assisting with its messaging and coordination, and secretly funneling over $3 million to the leaders and organizers of the very racist groups the SPLC claimed to be dismantling — among them the Ku Klux Klan, the Aryan Nation, and the National Alliance. Their paid informants weren&#8217;t just monitoring extremist groups; they were actively promoting them, while the SPLC simultaneously denounced those same groups in its publications and solicited donor money to fight them.
Jaw. Drop.
Yes. An organization whose stated mission was to &#8220;dismantle white supremacy and confront hate across the country&#8221; funded white supremacy and hate across the country.
The audacity is seriously breathtaking.
Not only did the Left fabricate Donald Trump&#8217;s response to Charlottesville — he did not call neo-Nazis &#8220;Very Fine People”; he explicitly said they should be &#8220;condemned, totally&#8221; — but it now appears they had a hand in orchestrating the very spectacle they used to build that lie.
To appreciate the full scope of this, we need to examine the Southern Poverty Law Center and its omnipresence in our daily lives, constantly working overtime to paint Republicans as the bad guys.
Founded in 1971 in Montgomery, Alabama, the SPLC positioned itself as the preeminent watchdog of American hate, &#8220;combating white supremacy.&#8221; A noble mission, in theory. In practice, it became something far more useful: a political targeting operation. As genuine white supremacy became an increasingly marginal force in American life — because America is, by any honest measure, not a racist country, and hasn&#8217;t been in years — the SPLC pivoted. Rather than declare victory and close up shop, it expanded its definition of &#8220;extremism&#8221; to encompass mainstream conservatism. The mission was simple: label conservatives BAD, and use that label to cut them off from corporate America.
These weren&#8217;t fringe operations, either. The SPLC worked with Amazon, PayPal, Google, Facebook, Apple, and Mastercard, among others, telling them who not to do business with — and that list included perfectly peaceful, normal conservatives. Yet all the while they were warning companies away from “neo-Nazis,” they were funding neo-Nazis. This is Aesop’s &#8220;wolf in sheep’s clothing&#8221; for our modern political era.
The informants — referred to as “field sources” or simply “Fs” — were not heroic spies. They were key players in the movements that the SPLC claimed to oppose.
Take &#8220;F-37&#8221; — secretly paid by the SPLC, a member of the online leadership chat that planned the 2017 Unite the Right event, and an attendee who went at the direct instruction of the SPLC. F-37 made racist postings and coordinated transportation to the event. The SPLC paid him more than $270,000.
F-30 led the National Socialist Party of America, was the former director of a faction of the Aryan Nations, and was a former member of the Ku Klux Klan. The SPLC even featured F-30 in their &#8220;Extremist File&#8221; on their own website — while simultaneously cutting him checks totaling more than $70,000.
F-9 was affiliated with the neo-Nazi organization the National Alliance and actively fundraised for it. He served as a paid SPLC informant for more than 20 years and was secretly paid over $1,000,000.
These findings are egregious, plentiful, and absolutely unsurprising.
From its founding, the Democratic Party defended slavery, fought its abolition, and launched the Civil War to preserve the institution. The Republican Party was founded in 1854 as an explicitly anti-slavery counterforce. Abraham Lincoln — the first Republican president — was elected on the promise of containing slavery&#8217;s expansion. Democrats smeared him, seceded from the Union, waged war against his government, and ultimately assassinated him for the crime of wanting to free black Americans. The Ku Klux Klan was founded by Democrats in Tennessee in 1866. Today, Democrats continue to fund the very groups they now pretend they never supported.
The Left has spent decades constructing elaborate historical revisionism around a so-called &#8220;party switch&#8221; — the theory that the parties essentially traded ideological identities sometime in the mid-20th century, conveniently absolving Democrats of their entire history. It is, at best, a dramatic oversimplification.
The racist Dixiecrats did not defect en masse to the Republican Party. They largely stayed put. What changed was the branding. The plantation politics of control and dependency simply modernized, metastasizing into a federal welfare apparatus that keeps constituencies loyal and politicians powerful.
Republicans were never the party of slaves. Republicans were never the party of white supremacy. Republicans ended slavery, passed the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, and fought Democrats&#8217; racism every single step of the way.
Why do Democrats do it? It must get exhausting, constantly rewriting history, tearing down the institutions they manipulated, and blaming every grievance in life on oppressors — when the true oppressor lies at the heart of the Donkey. 
The Left’s power is predicated on a specific narrative: that America is irredeemably racist, that Republicans are its standard-bearers, and that only Democratic governance stands between marginalized communities and existential threat. Strip away that narrative, and there is no justification for DEI mandates, race-based policy, or collectivist governance.
The reality is that America is an extraordinarily tolerant country — so they have to manufacture racism through organizations like the SPLC, to keep the fear alive, the donations flowing, and the power grab rolling.
Democrats have a lot of nerve pointing fingers from the plantation they built and never abandoned. But they can&#8217;t stop, and they won&#8217;t. They have to lie. They have to fabricate. Because it is all they have left.
Don&#8217;t fall for it. The blueprint of this particular lie is now visible in court documents. 
I wish we could all just move on and be normal Americans again. We can forgive past errors — history is messy, and both sides have stains. But I fear nothing will change until we stop letting them rewrite reality, gaslight the country, and play Big Brother with every label they slap on us.
America doesn&#8217;t have a white supremacy problem. It has a Democrats-funding-white-supremacy-groups problem, and now the receipts are in federal court.

Never mind that this same crowd spent the Biden years printing money and throwing it around like confetti, igniting the inflation that actually hammered grocery bills and gas prices.
Mamdani’s claim isn’t just wrong, it’s a deliberate con designed to make you feel guilty for wanting a strong country.
According to the latest breakdowns of total U.S. government spending (federal plus state and local, roughly $11 trillion for FY 2025), we are not a nation that “always has money for war.” National defense clocks in at a measly eight percent. Meanwhile, social welfare programs and education gobble up a combined 66 percent when you include veterans’ benefits. Two-thirds of the entire pie goes to the very “feed the poor bucket” that the left pretends is starved.
Yet here we are, being told by the most useless political class on the planet that the military is eating the budget alive. It isn&#8217;t. Actually, we&#8217;d be far better off prioritizing national defense over the welfare apparatus that has spent trillions since <a href="https://www.heritage.org/poverty-and-inequality/report/poverty-and-welfare-the-american-founding">LBJ&#8217;s Great Society</a>, which somehow managed to entrench dependence rather than eradicating poverty.
Decades of data show us that <a href="https://www.heritage.org/poverty-and-inequality/commentary/assessing-the-great-society">massive spending correlates with higher single motherhood,</a> lower workforce participation among the able-bodied poor, and generational traps. Material hardship has eased thanks to the checks themselves, but the behavioral poverty — the broken families, the work disincentives, the “welfare cliffs” where earning a few extra bucks costs you benefits — has proven stubbornly immune to spending. Trillions of dollars later, and the Left’s solution is always more. Shocking.
This isn&#8217;t an argument against helping people in genuine need. It&#8217;s an argument against pretending we haven&#8217;t been trying, and it&#8217;s absolutely an argument for why national defense cannot be the scapegoat.
Funding the military isn’t just defensible, it’s non-negotiable. National Defense exists to keep the lights on, the borders secure, and the homeland from turning into a playground for our enemies. A strong military is not optional in a world full of revisionist powers like China, Russia, and Iran. It deters wars, not just fights them.
On Israel specifically, the one Mamdani loves to demagogue, U.S. aid is no blank check to “kill thousands.” It&#8217;s a strategic bargain. <a href="https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/the-press-office/2016/09/14/fact-sheet-memorandum-understanding-reached-israel">Annual baseline support r</a>uns about $3.8 billion, almost all of it spent on American-made weapons that flow back into U.S. factories and jobs. That&#8217;s roughly .34% of America&#8217;s total defense and intelligence budget. Israel spends around 6% of its own GDP fighting our shared enemies, extending American reach without us stationing endless troops there. That&#8217;s not charity. That&#8217;s leverage through intelligence sharing, missile defense technology, and a stable democratic outpost in a hellscape region. The alternative is ceding the Middle East to the mullahs and their proxies while we pretend isolationism works. It doesn&#8217;t.
If we&#8217;re going to talk about who actually mishandles money like a drunk sailor on shore leave, that&#8217;s the Democrats. The Joe Biden years proved it in living color. <a href="https://www.bls.gov/regions/mid-atlantic/data/consumerpriceindexhistorical_us_table.htm">Cumulative inflation hit 21.5%</a> from 2021 to 2025. Groceries and gas skyrocketed — <a href="https://www.bls.gov/news.release/cpi.nr0.htm">gasoline alone up 31%</a> — while real inflation-adjusted weekly earnings for private sector workers fell about 4%. Median household income, after inflation, barely budged or dipped in key areas. The &#8220;vibecession&#8221; wasn&#8217;t a vibe. It was working families watching their paychecks evaporate while the administration bragged about &#8220;record job creation&#8221; that included millions of people simply re-entering the workforce after COVID lockdowns they prolonged.
Yet Democrats keep floating a utopian wishlist like it&#8217;s free: paid family leave, free community college, universal healthcare. They sound like middle schoolers running for class president — and frankly, there isn&#8217;t much difference. They lecture Republicans about fiscal responsibility while their own policies ballooned the debt, fueled inflation, and left more Americans financially strained than at any point in recent memory.
The hypocrisy is Olympic-level. They want America naked and vulnerable so the scavengers — China, Iran, cartels, Leftists — can feast. Weakness is the point. A strong military requires priorities, and our military deserves the best because they are the best. However, the left’s vision requires an endless spigot of other people&#8217;s money and a populace too distracted by bread and circuses to notice the empire of debt rising around them.
No one is saying we should cut every social program tomorrow or ignore the genuinely needy. But pretending the military is the budget villain while two-thirds of spending flows into programs that have failed to break the cycle of poverty is gaslighting on an industrial scale.
The left doesn&#8217;t want to feed the poor. They want to buy votes and erode self-reliance. They don&#8217;t want a robust defense. They want a paper tiger that easily folds to third-worldism.
If this country takes its governing cues from a failed rapper turned big-city mayor whose deepest policy insight comes from a 1990s rap lyric, we&#8217;re going to need that military a lot sooner than we think.

It&#8217;s ironic that after months of hearing how President Donald Trump is a tyrant, a dictator, a fascist, and that his presidency marks the end of the free world as we know it, Democrats would openly discuss upending democratic norms and institutions to consolidate power in their post-Trump &#8220;new era.&#8221;
James Carville, the political pundit who looks like he wandered out of a Tim Burton film, just screamed the quiet part aloud. &#8220;If the Democrats win the presidency and both houses of Congress, I think on day one, they should make Puerto Rico and D.C. a state, and they should expand the Supreme Court to 13. F*ck it. Eat our dust,&#8221; he said on a podcast released Thursday. &#8220;Don&#8217;t run on it. Don&#8217;t talk about it. Just do it.&#8221;
This isn&#8217;t a new tactic. He&#8217;s just not hiding it anymore. This old Clinton advisor is sick of Republicans, the evil villains they are, holding power, so he&#8217;s telling his colleagues to run as moderates, act like team players, and then, once in office, to radicalize, tear down institutions, seize power, and never relinquish it. That&#8217;s the play. Game over.
When Carville says, &#8220;make D.C. and Puerto Rico states,&#8221; most people don&#8217;t realize how loaded that is. The Senate gives every state exactly two senators regardless of population. That was the Founders&#8217; genius firewall, protecting smaller, rural, and conservative-leaning places from being steamrolled by massive liberal cities. Making D.C. (a federal district that has voted 90% Democrat since forever) and Puerto Rico (another Democrat-leaning territory) into states instantly hands Democrats four automatic new senators and additional House seats, flipping the Senate into a permanent blue lock. Not earned. Automatic.
The Constitution never intended the capital, kept under direct congressional control for a reason, to become a state. By the way, if either of these jurisdictions leaned right, we would not be having this conversation. Democrats would throw their bodies in front of a speeding freight train to stop Republicans from getting anywhere near that kind of power.
With permanent Senate control comes permanent judicial control. The Supreme Court sits at 6-3 conservative right now, and it has done an incredible job protecting Americans&#8217; rights on guns, parental authority, and freedom from regulatory overreach. Once those justices retire, a Democrat-controlled Senate would never confirm another conservative. Americans would be at the mercy of Ketanji Brown Jackson and company, which is more terrifying than Kamala Harris with a microphone after a glass of rosé.
That conservative Court has blocked radical progressive overreach time after time. It saved the Second Amendment, protected vulnerable children, struck down unconstitutional mandates, and kept the administrative state from running wild. Hand Democrats a 7-2 or 8-1 liberal majority, and every one of those protections evaporates overnight. Nationwide abortion on demand, gun confiscation, open borders codified into law, and a federal government free to regulate every inch of your life. Everything would go to hell in a handbasket, and there would be no off-ramp.
Statehood isn&#8217;t even the whole play. Democrats in Virginia, Illinois, Maryland, New York, and California are already redistricting, packing Republican voters into a handful of super-safe GOP districts while slicing conservative neighborhoods thin across Democratic ones, creating maps that look drawn by a blind, drunk cartoonist. This guarantees they’ll lock down the House too — no matter how many votes conservatives actually win nationwide.
Carville&#8217;s strategy is to run moderate, govern radically, and don&#8217;t tip your hand until it&#8217;s done. The gerrymandering already underway proves they aren&#8217;t waiting around.
They’re not stopping at redistricting either. As <a href="https://www.wsj.com/opinion/free-expression/james-carville-invites-you-to-eat-his-dust-e95c57cc?mod=free-expression_lead_pos3">Matthew Hennessey laid out in his Wall Street Journal piece</a>, Democrats are already leaking decade-old Supreme Court memos to the New York Times and spinning conservative justices as sneaky, petty, planet-hating partisans — deliberately ruining public trust in the current 6-3 Court so Americans will be more willing to swallow court-packing when the time comes.
James Carville can keep cackling &#8220;F*ck it. Eat our dust&#8221; like some bald-headed villain, but this isn&#8217;t a bold Democratic power play. It&#8217;s a naked confession that they&#8217;ve lost faith in actually winning over the American people. Stack the Senate with automatic blue seats, pack the Court to erase its conservative firewall, redraw House maps until they look like abstract art, and saddle taxpayers with billions in new debt and welfare costs that bankrupt Puerto Rico can’t handle even now — and suddenly the &#8220;threat to democracy&#8221; they screamed about for eight straight years becomes their permanent business model.

When one party has to rig the rules, the districts, and the judiciary just to stay in charge, they don&#8217;t believe in self-government anymore. They believe in ruling. Forever. The same people who called Donald Trump a fascist dictator are now openly engineering the constitutional off-ramp that would make actual tyranny look subtle.

Worse yet, Mississippi, the poorest state in the United States, is richer than the United Kingdom. If they joined our great nation, they&#8217;d be the poorest state in the entire union.
Absolutely bloody news there, mate.

I must say, this feels good. This was the rush of patriotism we all needed this week, amid war with terrorists, high-profile doxxing threats, Pope scuffles, and rape scandals. Despite our flaws as a nation, by golly, at least our weakest link (fiscally speaking) is more economically sound than the entirety of the United Kingdom.
The mockery is the easy part. The harder question is how the country that gave us the Magna Carta, Winston Churchill, and the Industrial Revolution ended up here. The answer is a masterclass in what happens when a government prioritizes the feelings of newcomers over the well-being of its own citizens for decades without correction.

The U.K.’s GDP technically has grown since 2008. NHS waiting lists are catastrophic. Housing costs are suffocating. And on top of all of it, <a href="https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/henley-private-wealth-migration-report-2025/what-driving-uks-millionaire-exodus">Britain&#8217;s punishing tax burden</a> on its most productive citizens sent wealth, investment, and talent straight out the door. You cannot bleed your earners dry and wonder why the engine stalled. The country hasn&#8217;t collapsed, but it&#8217;s buckled badly, and everyone can see it and feel it.
Their pocketbooks aren&#8217;t the only things threatened. Take the <a href="https://www.rotherham.gov.uk/downloads/file/279/independent-inquiry-into-child-sexual-exploitation-in-rotherham">grooming gang</a> scandal that rocked the U.K. over the past several years. Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford. It is one of the most documented and most deliberately suppressed institutional failures in modern Western history. Multiple official inquiries confirmed that networks of predominantly Pakistani-heritage men systematically targeted and sexually exploited vulnerable young British girls. Authorities knew. Police knew. Social workers knew. For years, they did nothing for fear of being called racist. Children were abused. Officials had the evidence. They chose institutional cowardice over the safety of British girls.
This is the rot. Open borders without assimilation requirements created the conditions that allowed it to fester. Europe wasn&#8217;t only deluding itself over crime policy. It was deluding itself about everything.
The problem was a government that imported millions of people over two decades, refused to enforce meaningful assimilation standards, and then labeled anyone who raised concerns a bigot. When you grow your population faster than your housing, your hospitals, and your schools, without requiring newcomers to adopt the legal and civic norms of the country they&#8217;re entering, you don&#8217;t get a multicultural utopia. You get broken public services, Muhammad as the number one baby name, and a GDP per capita that loses to Mississippi.
We don’t get to enjoy this schadenfreude for long. The same ideological forces that hollowed out Britain — open borders dressed as compassion, multicultural paralysis dressed as tolerance, debilitating taxes on the most productive members of society — have not left our politics. They’re knocking on the door.
Net migration in America is now negative for the first time in 50 years. That&#8217;s an absolute win. But <a href="https://x.com/i/status/2044780352586055994">Elmo</a> is already out here celebrating National Arab American Heritage Month, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is one green light away from unleashing rent control and a tax regime that would gut the financial capital of the world, and a sizable chunk of the progressive coalition openly sympathizes with terror. The U.K. didn&#8217;t fall in a day. It made a thousand small policy decisions, each defended as the humane choice, each quietly making things worse for the people who were already there.

About a year ago, I stumbled across this Theo Von character — a seemingly young podcaster, recovered addict, and chill comedian who blew up after interviewing <a href="https://www.theovon.com/tpw/episodes">regular people</a> and, eventually, not-so-regular people like JD Vance and President Donald Trump. My Theo phase lasted a few weeks until I discovered that the funny man in colorful sunglasses, who speaks like a surfer dude for a living, was 46 years old. 46 years old? Why the hell am I listening to an unmarried, silly, slightly stupid 46-year-old? That realization sent me straight to the unsubscribe button. I have nothing against unmarried, silly, slightly stupid podcasters — I just think that particular combination only flies in your 20s or early 30s.
I digress. 
The real problem with one Theodor Capitani von Kurnatowski III isn&#8217;t his age or his mental acumen. It&#8217;s that he is confidently broadcasting half-baked ideas to millions of listeners every single day — and our vice president <a href="https://x.com/MaryMargOlohan/status/2044182073477361828">just encouraged</a> young conservatives to tune in. I don&#8217;t buy it. Young people should not be taking Von at his word. It&#8217;s time we take stock of who we actually spend our attention on, weigh the pros and cons, and direct our energy toward voices that sharpen our thinking, inspire us to build something, and don&#8217;t leave us spiritually hollow.
First, the genocide thing. We shouldn’t take seriously those who casually misuse one of the most legally and morally weighted words in the English language. Von has repeatedly described Israel&#8217;s military campaign in Gaza as a &#8220;genocide&#8221; — a favorite progressive talking point deployed to muddy a complicated war. It is not a genocide, and the word has a definition. The 1948 UN Genocide Convention requires specific intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such — not high civilian casualties in wartime. The systematic slaughter of 800,000 to 1 million Tutsi men, women, and children by Hutu extremist forces in Rwanda is genocide. Targeting Hamas militants in direct response to the massacre of 1,200+ Israelis, while achieving one of the lowest civilian-to-combatant death ratios in modern warfare is <a href="https://www.ajc.org/news/5-reasons-why-the-events-in-gaza-are-not-genocide">not genocide</a>.
Von bought into Hamas’s debunked propaganda war faster than he could pop a Zyn.
Then there&#8217;s the money. Von emotionally lambasts Israel for stealing &#8220;all of our money.&#8221; Sigh. This is a crowd favorite among the perpetually aggrieved — and it has never made any sense. There is a 10-year, $38 billion agreement committing roughly $3.8 billion per year to Israel — signed by President Barack Obama, for the record. Total aid this year will come in just north of $4 billion, funding U.S. weapons purchases, joint missile defense development, military training, and shared programs that benefit us too. That sounds enormous in a vacuum — until you remember that the federal government spends $7.1 trillion annually. Israel&#8217;s aid represents roughly 0.05% of the federal budget. Foreign aid as a whole is about 1% of the budget. Israel is a slice of that slice.
Stop ignoring basic math, Voners. Read a book.
Then there&#8217;s the increasingly anti-Trump drift. Von has called bombing Iran a &#8220;horrible idea,&#8221; aligns himself with Senator Bernie Sanders regarding elites and class grievances, and regularly performs his working-class-versus-the-rich routine for an audience that eats it up. The truth is that bombing Iran was a last resort — they were months away from possessing 11 nuclear warheads and left us no other option. Bernie Sanders is a man who has never produced a single thing of value in his life, yet somehow owns three luxurious homes — the world&#8217;s most on-the-nose argument against his own ideology. And the class grievance act? If Von&#8217;s crowd truly despises a two-tiered society, they should stop cheering for policies that manufacture one. America has the most productive economy in human history, among the highest class mobility in the developed world, and every income bracket is doing better than it ever has. That&#8217;s not a system to resent — it&#8217;s one to defend.
It would also behoove Von to acknowledge what this administration has actually accomplished, rather than reflexively griping from the sidelines. Net migration is negative for the first time in 50 years. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act permanently extended the 2017 tax cuts. The federal workforce has been cut by hundreds of thousands. We&#8217;re seeing record energy production and the largest single-year decline in homicides in U.S. history. Von’s preferred alternative would have delivered DEI mandates, inflationary spending, a nuclear-armed Iran, an emboldened China, and more tax dollars funneled toward the surgical mutilation of children. The contrast isn&#8217;t subtle.
Theo Von isn’t just complain-maxxing to the void, his pessimism is doing measurable damage. Only 13% of Americans aged <a href="https://iop.harvard.edu/youth-poll/51st-edition-fall-2025">18–29</a> say the country is &#8220;generally headed in the right direction,&#8221; with over half saying it&#8217;s on the wrong track. That is Theo&#8217;s primary audience. Young men — and increasingly young women — are feeling hopeless about their futures, and it makes sense that they&#8217;d seek out a sympathetic ear in the chaos. But solidarity in despair is still despair. Wallowing in the system&#8217;s failures has never once fixed a problem.
We deserve better. I want voices that level with us and hold us accountable. They should come from people who acknowledge the struggle and then tell us to stop whining and get to work. Ben Shapiro, Nick Freitas, Matt Fradd: in. Political Theo Von, Tucker Carlson, Andrew Tate: out. The latter group has left us weaker in our convictions, mush-brained, and spiritually absent. 
Sorry, Theo. Stick to comedy.

On Tuesday’s episode of The View, it was Joy Behar’s turn to play biblical scholar. The longtime co-host confidently asserted: “Jesus himself did not run around saying, ‘I’m the Messiah, I’m the Messiah.’”
Co-host Sara Haines, to her credit, immediately responded with the obvious: “That’s exactly what Jesus said, ‘I am the Messiah.’”
Let that sink in. One of television&#8217;s most prominent voices just rewrote the Gospels on live television because it was politically convenient. This is what passes for insight on daytime television. And don’t forget that ABC considers The View a news show.
Let’s do what Behar clearly hasn’t: open a Bible.
In John 4, Jesus sits down with the Samaritan woman at the well. She says the Messiah is coming. Jesus replies plainly: “I who speak to you am He.” In John 8:58, He declares, “Before Abraham was, I am” — a direct claim to the divine name of God from Exodus 3:14. The religious leaders tried to stone Him on the spot for blasphemy. During His trial before the high priest Caiaphas in Matthew 26, when asked if He was the Christ, the Son of the Blessed, Jesus answered, “I am.” That confession is what led directly to His crucifixion. The entire trial and execution hinge on Jesus affirming His identity as the promised Messiah.
Is Joy Behar having a Joe Biden moment?
Jesus didn’t “run around” shouting it like a campaign slogan, but He most certainly claimed it — repeatedly and clearly and with divine authority. He spoke as one with authority over the Law itself. The very reason He was crucified was because He claimed to be the Messiah.
This isn’t just garden-variety ignorance. It’s the sneering arrogance of the secular Left, which loves a neutered, hippie version of Jesus who never makes any uncomfortable truth claims. In reality, the real Jesus is far too politically incorrect for The View set. He’s the one who called religious hypocrites a “brood of vipers” and insisted He was the exclusive path to salvation. Joy Behar and company like to memory-hole the parts of the story that don’t fit their narrative.
The View has long been a safe space for this kind of casual anti-Christian contempt. From Whoopi Goldberg’s historical illiteracy to the panel&#8217;s routine sneers at Christian nationalists, these multimillionaire celebrities treat faith as either a joke or a weapon, depending on the target. Behar isn’t just wrong here, she’s confidently, arrogantly wrong. The kind of wrong that only comes from someone who hasn’t cracked open a Bible since she <a href="https://ffrf.org/publications/day/joy-behar/#:~:text=Raised%20Catholic%2C%20she%20now%20identifies,felt%20that%20I%20was%20brainwashed.%E2%80%9D">“lost her faith”</a> to “find herself.”
The irony is thicker than her makeup. These are the same hosts who invoke Jesus when they want to shame conservatives about immigration or taxes, but the second a Republican does anything remotely culturally Christian, suddenly He’s just some vague figure who never made any bold claims about Himself. Meanwhile, actual Christianity — the kind grounded in Scripture — remains the most persecuted faith on earth, absorbing violence while progressives like Behar lecture us from their cushy ABC perch about who the real threat is.
While Behar was busy screaming to America about narcissism during Holy Week, millions of Christians were celebrating the holiest days of the year — the week the Messiah did exactly what the Gospels record: He claimed His title, carried His cross, and rose from the dead three days later to prove every word true.
Next time Joy wants to play Bible scholar, maybe she should try reading one first.
