<p>Alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia was back on the streets Friday as he vowed to “fight” the Trump administration.</p>
<p>A federal judge ordered Abrego Garcia’s release from ICE custody at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, arguing that the federal government had no legal basis for holding him. Abrego Garcia was appearing for a routine check-in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Baltimore when he delivered remarks before a crowd of activists.</p>
<p>“I stand here today with my head held up high. And I will continue to fight and stand firm against all of the injustices this government has done upon me,” Abrego Garcia said.</p>
<p>Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin called the judge&#8217;s decision &#8220;naked judicial activism,&#8221; pledging &#8220;to fight this tooth and nail in the courts.”</p>
<p>Abrego Garcia&#8217;s legal team condemned the Trump administration, saying they need to face &#8220;consequences.&#8221;</p>
<p>“This is not about one man or one family or one community — this isn’t even about the issue of immigration. This is about power over law,” Abrego Garcia&#8217;s attorney Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg said.</p>
<p>“The Trump administration has always chosen to use Mr. Abrego Garcia to try to stand for the principle that they get to do whatever they want to whomever they want whenever they want — with no consequences. There need to be consequences for the government, and that’s what we as his legal team are fighting for,&#8221; he added.</p>

<p>The Trump administration deported Abrego Garcia, who entered the U.S. illegally in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kilmar-abrego-garcias-journey-from-maryland-man-to-uganda-man-a-current-timeline" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2011</a>, to his home country of El Salvador in March due to an “administrative error.” He was brought back to the U.S. in June on human smuggling charges stemming from a 2022 Tennessee traffic stop.</p>

<p>Abrego Garcia was seen behind the wheel with eight other passengers in tow in body camera footage taken during the incident.</p>
<p>Although the group had been on the road for days as they made their way from Texas to Maryland, they had no luggage in the car.</p>
<p>A responding officer noted that he suspected “a human trafficking incident,&#8221; but they ultimately let Abrego Garcia go with a citation for driving with an expired license.</p>

<p>Kent revealed that 2,000 of the 18,000 known or suspected terrorists were let into the country as part of the Biden administration&#8217;s program to bring Afghans to the United States following the botched troop withdrawal from the war-torn country. He also said that the 18,000 number doesn&#8217;t include the &#8220;unknown&#8221; number of terrorists the Biden administration allowed in after they crossed the border.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re working right now hand in hand with DHS and with the FBI to run down this 2,000 — the Afghans that came here under Operation Allies Welcome who have ties to terrorist organizations, and additionally the other 16,000 individuals with ties to terrorist organizations that Biden let into our country,&#8221; Kent said.</p>

<p>Noem was giving her opening statement to the House Homeland Security Committee during a hearing entitled “Worldwide Threats to the Homeland.” But before she could finish her opening remarks, Noem was interrupted by two anti-ICE hecklers.</p>
<p>The first activist, who was donning Catholic cardinal attire, got up and began shouting over Noem.</p>
<p>“Stop ICE raids! The Power of Christ compels you!” he yelled as he held up a sign and brandished a cross.</p>
<p>Capitol Police swiftly removed the man from the hearing room and were instructed to arrest him. Just as officers were escorting him out, a second man got up and began repeatedly shouting: “Get ICE off our streets, stop terrorizing our communities!”</p>

<p>Noem remained unfazed and continued her testimony once both hecklers were removed from the hearing room.</p>
<p>As the Trump administration has carried out its mass deportation campaign, there has been an 8,000% increase in death threats and a more than 1,100% surge in assaults, according to the Department of Homeland Security.</p>
<p>Some of those threats have tragically materialized.</p>
<p>In September, a shooter opened fire on a Texas ICE facility, killing two detainees and himself as he tried to target federal officers.</p>
<p>In a nearby facility, a group of alleged Antifa anarchists lured federal agents outside using fireworks before firing off bullets on July 4, resulting in one local officer being injured.</p>

<p>Sanctuary authorities set free a twice-deported illegal immigrant with a rap sheet who allegedly caused a six-car pileup involving a school bus in Washington state last week, The Daily Wire has learned.</p>
<p>Mexican illegal immigrant Juan Hernandez-Santos, 40, allegedly lost control of his semi-truck and jackknifed into traffic in Lacey, Washington, last Thursday, sending four people to the hospital, according to authorities. The illegal immigrant already had a lengthy rap sheet of DUIs and other concerning offenses before the crash occurred.</p>
<p>Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged a detainer with local authorities in Washington, who ignored their request and set the illegal immigrant free, the Department of Homeland Security told The Daily Wire.</p>

<p>“Thankfully, no children were in the bus. This story could have had a very different tragic ending. The sanctuary politicians in Washington failed once again to protect American citizens by refusing to honor our ICE arrest detainer,&#8221; she said.</p>
<p>Hernandez-Santos was first deported in 2005 and again in 2006, DHS said. He later snuck back into the United States undetected.</p>
<p>The Mexican national was arrested in 2008 in Los Angeles for driving without a license and then a month later for a DUI and hit-and-run with property damage, according to DHS.</p>
<p>He was charged with possession of a controlled substance in 2018 before being arrested in 2020 in Los Angeles for his second DUI, DHS said.</p>
<p>The illegal immigrant behind the wheel didn&#8217;t have a commercial driver’s license, insurance, or a valid medical card, authorities said.</p>
<p>“In this situation, there is a lot of negligence involved,” State Trooper Kameron Watts <a href="https://komonews.com/news/local/crash-between-semi-truck-school-bus-snarls-traffic-down-nb-i-5-near-lacey-wsdot-commute-road-conditions-alternate-route-children-safety-accident-injuries-update-washington" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in a statement. “We actually dispatched some commercial vehicle enforcement officers to the scene to do a full-blown inspection of the truck itself and the paperwork all semi-truck drivers are supposed to have on them.”</p>
<p>Several recent crashes, some fatal, involving illegal immigrants driving trucks, have sparked a national crackdown.</p>
<p>Immigration and Customs Enforcement has assisted local authorities in several states to pull over and detain illegal immigrant truckers driving through weigh stations as part of the Trump administration&#8217;s mass deportation campaign.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the Department of Transportation is threatening to withhold federal funding to Democratic-run states that hand out commercial driver&#8217;s licenses to illegal immigrants. The agency has also instituted stricter requirements, including mandatory English language training.</p>

<p>&#8220;These planes will allow ICE to operate more effectively, including by using more efficient flight patterns,&#8221; McLaughlin said. &#8220;President Trump and @Sec_Noem are committed to quickly and efficiently getting criminal illegal aliens OUT of our country.&#8221;</p>
<p>The Trump administration has already deported more than 579,000 illegal immigrants, according to President Trump&#8217;s Border Czar, Tom Homan. Still, they are short of their lofty goal of carrying out one million deportations each year.</p>
<p>The latest contract was awarded to Daedalus Aviation, which was established in February 2024 and “offers a full range of commercial and charter aviation services” and “provides comprehensive responsive flight operations tailored to the unique needs of each mission,&#8221; according to The Washington Post.</p>

<p>Last month, The Wall Street Journal reported that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, along with her advisor Corey Lewandowski, ordered agency officials to purchase 10 737 jets from Spirit Airlines to carry out their own deportation flights.</p>
<p>Both Noem and Lewandowski were warned that it would be more cost-effective to hire more flight contractors, according to the outlet. It was also later discovered that the planes didn&#8217;t have engines.</p>
<p>The Trump administration has pressured ICE to increase the number of arrests to meet its deportation goals, but sources within the agency have told The Daily Wire that the pace is unsustainable.</p>

<p>In the last two months, the lives of four Indiana residents were taken, and eight others were seriously injured in collisions with illegal immigrants behind the wheel of cars and heavy trucks. <p>The first in the series of crashes occurred five days before Thanksgiving, when an illegal immigrant with a fraudulent green card allegedly killed a 76-year-old man in a hit-and-run in Bluffton, Indiana, <a href="https://news-banner.com/2025/11/1-dead-3-injured-in-bluffton-crash-driver-arrested-after-fleeing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to local reports. <p>In October, an illegal immigrant driving a semi-truck collided head-on with a 54-year-old man in Northwest Indiana, who was killed almost instantly, <a href="https://www.fox32chicago.com/news/ice-detainer-placed-on-illinois-truck-driver-after-fatal-indiana-crash-police" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to Fox 32. The truck driver was using a suspended Illinois Commercial Driver’s License that belonged to a relative.</p>

<p>One person is dead and another is in critical condition after a shooter opened fire at Kentucky State University Tuesday.</p>
<p>The Frankfort Police Department responded to an &#8220;active aggressor&#8221; at the historically black university around 3:35 p.m., <a href="https://www.wlwt.com/article/injuries-reported-shooting-kentucky-state-university/69677946" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to WLWT. The shooting happened at a dorm on campus known as Young Hall, CNN <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2025/12/09/us/kentucky-state-university-frankfort-shooting" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.</p>
<p>Police have taken a shooter, later identified as Jacob Lee Bard of Evansville, Indiana into custody. He was not a student at the school, according to police.</p>
<p>“We will share more information as available,” Democratic Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear <a href="https://x.com/GovAndyBeshear/status/1998495044144427362" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in an X post Tuesday. “Law enforcement are on scene, and a suspect has been arrested. Let’s pray for all those affected.”</p>
<p>The school remains &#8220;on lockdown until further notice,&#8221; the police department said.</p>
<p>A university official told <a href="https://www.wkyt.com/2025/12/09/one-dead-multiple-injured-after-shooting-kentucky-state-universitys-campus-suspect-custody/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WKYT</a> that the shooting left multiple people injured.</p>
<p>Police are expected to hold a press conference at 7:00 p.m. local time to share updates on the developing situation, according to WKYT.</p>
<p>The shooting comes nearly two weeks after an Afghan migrant opened fire on two National Guard soldiers deployed to Washington, D.C., by the Trump administration, resulting in the death of 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom.</p>
<p>The attack also follows two separate shootings at historically black universities in October, according to CNN.</p>
<p>One of the shootings, which occurred near Howard University in the nation&#8217;s capital, left five people injured.</p>
<p>The next day, at least one person was killed and six others were hurt at an attack on Pennsylvania’s Lincoln University during the school&#8217;s homecoming weekend.</p>
<p>Kentucky State University has more than 2,200 students and 450 faculty and staff, <a href="https://www.kysu.edu/about-ksu/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the school&#8217;s website.</p>

<p>Honduran illegal immigrant Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia allegedly stabbed a man using a “large fixed-blade knife” on a Charlotte train Friday, <a href="https://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/local/crime/article313445137.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to The Charlotte Observer.</p>
<p>Solorzano-Garcia was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/twice-deported-illegal-immigrant-accused-in-another-charlotte-train-stabbing?author=Jennie+Taer&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=3&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Twice-Deported+Illegal+Immigrant+Accused+In+Another+Charlotte+Train+Stabbing">deported</a> on two separate occasions before the attack and had a lengthy rap sheet for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, destroying evidence, resisting arrest, using a false ID, along with convictions for robbery and illegal re-entry.</p>
<p>It came just four months after the unprovoked murder of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, 23, in Charlotte by a man with at least 14 prior arrests for offenses such as armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.</p>
<p>Decarlos Brown Jr. served five years for the robbery, but got off on time served, probation, or community service in most of his other cases.</p>
<p>He allegedly stabbed Zarutska repeatedly in the neck as she was commuting from her job at a local pizzeria.</p>
<p>The Trump administration responded to Charlotte’s crime surge and sanctuary policies by deploying federal immigration agents to carry out what they dubbed “Operation Charlotte&#8217;s Web,” which resulted in hundreds of arrests of illegal immigrants.</p>

<p>Federal immigration agents located Jesus Saucedo-Portillo, who also had a past arrest for a DWI, on Saturday as he was getting into his car at Augsburg University. The officers were quickly met by a school official and campus security who &#8220;attempted to obstruct the arrest,&#8221; DHS said on X Monday.</p>
<p>ICE officers told the school officials that they had a warrant for Saucedo-Portillo&#8217;s arrest, but a university administrator told them that they were &#8220;violating university policies,&#8221; DHS said.</p>
<p>&#8220;Our officers informed them that federal law supersedes any University policy and that if campus security would not stop blocking the law enforcement vehicle from exiting, they would be obstructing justice,&#8221; DHS said.</p>
<p>Still, the school administrator &#8220;continued&#8221; to block ICE&#8217;s vehicle, ordering campus security to stand in front of it, according to DHS. ICE was able to &#8220;use the minimum amount of force necessary&#8221; to arrest Saucedo-Portillo.</p>
<p>School officials claimed that &#8220;masked ICE agents&#8221; showed up on campus and targeted an undergraduate student while also confronting individuals outside of a dorm, <a href="https://www.fox9.com/news/ice-activity-confirmed-augsburg-university-minneapolis-police-chief" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to Fox 9. The feds, they said, pointed their weapons at students and school officials.</p>
<p>&#8220;They aimed weapons at witnesses that included staff and students while many more students watched from their windows,&#8221; an Augsburg spokesperson wrote. &#8220;These tactics, with the implicit threat of violence, are unacceptable, dangerous, and profoundly disturbing.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;As an urban university, Augsburg has long-standing, professional relationships with local law enforcement, and we are accustomed to partnering closely on public safety issues,&#8221; the spokesperson added. &#8220;What happened on December 6 was far outside the scope of our normal experience. Our focus in the wake of this traumatic incident is on the safety and well-being of our campus community. <p>Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said his officers received &#8220;at least two 911 calls&#8221; that there were &#8220;people with guns&#8221; on campus.</p>
<p>&#8220;Police officers from the first precinct responded, and they were able to confirm with the university public safety officials there that there had been some federal law enforcement there and they had left prior to the arrival of the police,&#8221; O&#8217;Hara told Fox 9.</p>
<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re really scared, both the American citizens are afraid as well as people who have simply lived here and been contributing to the community for many years,&#8221; he said.</p>
<p>The Trump administration deployed more than 100 ICE agents from across the country to Minneapolis after it emerged that dozens of Somali fraudsters in the sanctuary state allegedly stole billions of welfare funds, funneling the cash through fake nonprofits and shell companies back to Somalia — and even the Somali terrorist group Al-Shabaab.</p>

<p>The Trump administration has located 62,000 <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-administration-finds-25000-migrant-kids-lost-by-biden-admin">missing migrant children</a> who crossed the border alone after the Biden administration lost track of roughly 320,000 of them, Border Czar Tom Homan revealed Sunday.</p>
<p>The Biden administration faced a record wave of migrant children crossing the border, bringing in roughly 500,000 of them. Federal authorities released many of them to poorly vetted sponsors, according to an inspector general’s <a href="https://www.oig.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/assets/2024-08/OIG-24-46-Aug24.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> released last year.</p>
<p>Several federal whistleblowers also came forward to raise the alarms about knowingly releasing children to “sponsors” they believed were trafficking the children. Some were reportedly known gang members and criminals.</p>
<p>Now, the Trump administration is searching for the missing children and has made massive strides in its effort, Homan told Fox News.</p>
<p>“President Trump saved over 62,000 children&#8217;s lives. Some of these children were in sex trafficking, we found them, some were in forced labor, some were being mistreated &#8230; I can&#8217;t even discuss some of the mistreatment we found out about. President Trump again proves why he&#8217;s the greatest president in my lifetime. Over 62,000 children rescued by President Trump … children that were ignored and weren&#8217;t being looked for under President Biden,” Homan said.</p>

<p>291,000 migrant <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/guatemalan-traffickers-exploit-bidens-unaccompanied-alien-children-program-records-suggest" target="_blank" rel="noopener">children</a> crossed the border without adults and were never given future court dates, last year’s inspector general’s report found.</p>
<p>Another 32,000 migrant children who were released into the United States with scheduled hearings never appeared for their court dates, according to the report, which tracked cases from October 2018 to September 2023.</p>
<p>When children cross the border alone, Border Patrol hands them over to the Department of Health and Human Services, which helps connect them with a sponsor in the United States.</p>
<p>But under the Biden administration, officials were instructed to work quickly to release children, which resulted in a compromised vetting system.</p>

<p>The American public can now see for themselves the thousands of illegal immigrants with rap sheets that range from homicide, assault, rape, drug trafficking, child molestation, cruelty toward a child, battery, and armed robbery that federal immigration authorities have taken off the streets. Some even have ties to terrorism.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the Trump administration&#8217;s latest attempt to debunk the mainstream media&#8217;s narrative that ICE isn&#8217;t prioritizing the arrests of criminals.</p>

<p>Among the bad hombres featured on the website is Iranian national Mehran Makari Saheli, 56, a former member of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) with admitted connections to Hezbollah. He was arrested by federal authorities in Minneapolis after his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm.</p>
<p>The website also showcases Egyptian national Yehia Elham Badawi, 48, who has multiple violent felonies following a 1994 shootout that left a Philadelphia police officer seriously wounded. Badawi also has a criminal history for robbery and aggravated assault.</p>
<p>Federal immigration agents arrested Badawi in Philadelphia.</p>
<p>Mexican illegal immigrant Aldrin Guerrero-Munoz in Minneapolis is also listed on the new page following his arrest in Minneapolis after he was sentenced to 32 years in prison for intentionally killing his 3-month-old son. He was also convicted of assaulting a fellow inmate at Minnesota&#8217;s Stillwater Prison.</p>
