The Trump administration has located 62,000 <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-administration-finds-25000-migrant-kids-lost-by-biden-admin">missing migrant children</a> who crossed the border alone after the Biden administration lost track of roughly 320,000 of them, Border Czar Tom Homan revealed Sunday.
The Biden administration faced a record wave of migrant children crossing the border, bringing in roughly 500,000 of them. Federal authorities released many of them to poorly vetted sponsors, according to an inspector general’s <a href="https://www.oig.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/assets/2024-08/OIG-24-46-Aug24.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> released last year.
Several federal whistleblowers also came forward to raise the alarms about knowingly releasing children to “sponsors” they believed were trafficking the children. Some were reportedly known gang members and criminals.
Now, the Trump administration is searching for the missing children and has made massive strides in its effort, Homan told Fox News.
“President Trump saved over 62,000 children&#8217;s lives. Some of these children were in sex trafficking we found them, some were in forced labor, some were being mistreated &#8230; I can&#8217;t even discuss some of the mistreatment we found out about. President Trump again proves why he&#8217;s the greatest president in my lifetime. Over 62,000 children rescued by President Trump … children that were ignored and weren&#8217;t being looked for under President Biden,” Homan said.

291,000 migrant <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/guatemalan-traffickers-exploit-bidens-unaccompanied-alien-children-program-records-suggest" target="_blank" rel="noopener">children</a> crossed the border without adults and were never given future court dates, last year’s inspector general’s report found.
Another 32,000 migrant children who were released into the United States with scheduled hearings never appeared for their court dates, according to the report, which tracked cases from October 2018 to September 2023.
When children cross the border alone, Border Patrol hands them over to the Department of Health and Human Services, which helps connect them with a sponsor in the United States.
But under the Biden administration, officials were instructed to work quickly to release children, which resulted in a compromised vetting system.

The Department of Homeland Security launched a website Monday to showcase a whopping 10,000 of the &#8220;worst of the worst&#8221; illegal immigrants nabbed in President Trump&#8217;s historic mass deportation campaign, The Daily Wire has learned.
The American public can now see for themselves the thousands of illegal immigrants with rap sheets that range from homicide, assault, rape, drug trafficking, child molestation, cruelty toward a child, battery, and armed robbery that federal immigration authorities have taken off the streets. Some even have ties to terrorism.
It&#8217;s the Trump administration&#8217;s latest attempt to debunk the mainstream media&#8217;s narrative that ICE isn&#8217;t prioritizing the arrests of criminals.
“This new Worst of the Worst webpage allows every American to see for themselves the criminal illegal aliens that we are arresting, what crimes they committed, and what communities we removed them from. This is all about transparency and showing results,” Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to The Daily Wire following the website&#8217;s launch.
“As the media whitewashes the facts, day in and day out, our brave men and women of ICE risk their lives for the American people. Americans don’t have to rely on the press for this information, with this transparent tool, they can see for themselves what public safety threats were lurking in their neighborhoods and communities,&#8221; McLaughlin added.

Among the bad hombres featured on the website is Iranian national Mehran Makari Saheli, 56, a former member of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) with admitted connections to Hezbollah. He was arrested by federal authorities in Minneapolis after his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The website also showcases Egyptian national Yehia Elham Badawi, 48, who has multiple violent felonies following a 1994 shootout that left a Philadelphia police officer seriously wounded. Badawi also has a criminal history for robbery and aggravated assault.
Federal immigration agents arrested Badawi in Philadelphia.
Mexican illegal immigrant Aldrin Guerrero-Munoz in Minneapolis is also listed on the new page following his arrest in Minneapolis after he was sentenced to 32 years in prison for intentionally killing his 3-month-old son. He was also convicted of assaulting a fellow inmate at Minnesota&#8217;s Stillwater Prison.

A twice-deported illegal immigrant with a rap sheet allegedly brutally stabbed a man on a Charlotte, North Carolina, train.
Honduran illegal immigrant Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia is accused of stabbing a man with a “large fixed-blade knife&#8221; on a light rail train Friday, leaving him in critical condition, <a href="https://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/local/crime/article313445137.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the Charlotte Observer.
He was first deported from the United States on March 9, 2018, before he crossed the border illegally again and was removed in 2021, <a href="https://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/12/06/ice-lodges-detainer-criminal-illegal-alien-charged-attempted-murder-after-stabbing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the Department of Homeland Security.
Solorzano-Garcia snuck back in undetected for a third time on an unknown date.
He was previously arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, destroying evidence, resisting arrest, using a false ID, and has convictions for robbery and illegal re-entry.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called it a &#8220;heinous&#8221; attack, saying that her agency has taken action to ensure he faces justice.

&#8220;ICE lodged an arrest detainer to ensure Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia is not released back into North Carolina neighborhoods,&#8221; Noem said. &#8220;Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the county will honor the detainer since they have a history of not cooperating with ICE.&#8221;
“Under President Trump, ICE is being unleashed to ensure public safety for all Americans. Make no mistake: We will not rest until every depraved criminal illegal alien is removed from our communities,&#8221; Noem said.

The latest stabbing comes just four months after the unprovoked murder of Ukrainian refugee <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-asks-supreme-court-to-hear-birthright-citizenship-case?author=Reuters&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=undefined&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Trump+Asks+Supreme+Court+To+Hear+Birthright+Citizenship+Case">Iryna Zarutska</a>, 23, in Charlotte.
Decarlos Brown Jr. allegedly stabbed Zarutska repeatedly in the neck as she was commuting from her job at a local pizza joint.
Last month, the Trump administration deployed federal immigration agents to Charlotte, leading to hundreds of arrests of illegal immigrants in response to local sanctuary policies.

The Supreme Court agreed Friday to decide whether President Donald Trump&#8217;s push to end birthright citizenship is legal, according to reports.
Upon re-entering the White House, Trump signed an executive order to prevent the children of illegal immigrants or foreigners with temporary visas from receiving citizenship upon birth.
It quickly faced a slew of lawsuits arguing that the order violated the 14th Amendment, which affords citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil regardless of their parents&#8217; immigration status.
The high court is now expected to decide in late June or early July on the longtime interpretation of the 14th Amendment, <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2025/12/05/us/politics/supreme-court-trump-birthright-citizenship.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to The New York Times.
In June, the high court justices <a href="https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a884_8n59.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ruled</a> 6-3 along ideological lines to allow Trump to try to end birthright citizenship in some parts of the country.

The ruling, however, did not address the question of birthright citizenship itself, which is the practice of granting automatic citizenship rights for babies born on United States soil, regardless of their parents’ citizenship status.
The Trump administration <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-asks-supreme-court-to-hear-birthright-citizenship-case?author=Reuters&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=undefined&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Trump+Asks+Supreme+Court+To+Hear+Birthright+Citizenship+Case">asked</a> the Supreme Court in September to take up the case after several lower courts paused the order.
“The lower court’s decisions invalidated a policy of prime importance to the President and his Administration in a manner that undermines our border security. Those decisions confer, without lawful justification, the privilege of American citizenship on hundreds of thousands of unqualified people,” the Justice Department wrote in the appeals at the time.

Federal immigration authorities nabbed violent Somali offenders, including a gangbanger and a pedophile, as part of a recent operation targeting Minneapolis.
More than 100 ICE officers from across the country were deployed to Minneapolis this week to target roughly 500 Somalis with deportation orders, Homeland Security sources recently revealed to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-admin-sends-ice-to-minneapolis-to-nab-hundreds-of-somali-illegal-immigrants?author=Jennie+Taer&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=5&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=Trump+Admin+Sends+ICE+To+Minneapolis+To+Nab+Hundreds+Of+Somali+Illegal+Immigrants">The Daily Wire</a>. Within less than a week, ICE took several violent offenders off the streets.
Among them was Abdulkadir Sharif Abdi, a former member of the Gangster Disciples and current member of the Vice Lord Nation gang, according to the Department of Homeland Security. Abdi also had convictions for fraud, receiving stolen property, receiving a stolen vehicle, vehicle theft, and multiple probation violations.
The feds also snatched pedophile Sahal Osman Shidane, who was convicted of criminal sexual conduct with a minor aged 13-15, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The Trump administration placed the blame on the &#8220;sanctuary&#8221; leaders in Minnesota who allow illegal immigrant criminals to walk out of jails and onto the streets.
“Sanctuary policies and politicians like Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey allowed these pedophiles, domestic terrorists, and gang members to roam the streets and terrorize Americans,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement Friday.
“ICE law enforcement are risking their lives to protect Minnesotans while their own elected officials sit by and do nothing. No matter when and where, ICE will find, arrest, and deport ALL criminal illegal aliens,&#8221; McLaughlin added.
The Trump administration set its sights on Minnesota after fraudsters in the sanctuary state allegedly stole billions of taxpayer funds, funneling cash from state welfare programs through fake nonprofits and shell companies back to Somalia — and even Somali terrorist group Al-Shabaab, City Journal <a href="https://www.city-journal.org/article/minnesota-welfare-fraud-somalia-al-shabaab" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> last month.
Much of the fraud has been tied to the state&#8217;s massive Somali population. Seventy-eight Somalis have so far been charged for their alleged roles in the fraud operation, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed during a recent press conference.
In one case, a nonprofit allegedly used federal funds meant to feed thousands of children during COVID to buy homes, luxury cars, and real estate in Turkey and Kenya, according to one example provided by Leavitt.

Democratic lawmakers are proposing new legislation to &#8220;drastically scale back&#8221; the detention of illegal immigrants across the country, which would also result in the release of any illegal immigrants who claim to be LGBTQ.
The &#8220;Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act&#8221; would end detention that is considered mandatory for many illegal immigrants, including members of the LGBTQ community, Washington Rep. Pramila Jayapal <a href="https://jayapal.house.gov/2025/12/03/jayapal-smith-introduce-legislation-to-end-inhumane-immigration-detention-conditions/">announced</a> Wednesday. And Immigration and Customs Enforcement sources told The Daily Wire it will create a gaping loophole allowing for the release of illegal immigrants en masse.
One ICE source quipped that &#8220;almost every&#8221; illegal immigrant detainee will now say they&#8217;re gay or transgender &#8220;just to get released.&#8221;
&#8220;It would spread like wildfire,&#8221; the source said.
Another agency source called the move a &#8220;f*cking joke,&#8221; adding that, &#8220;It&#8217;s gonna turn into bail reform like New York. Criminals just released because their feelings are hurt.&#8221;

The bill would also end ICE&#8217;s use of privately-run detention centers, which hold thousands of the agency&#8217;s detainees, while preventing it from detaining children and families. Along with the LGBTQ community, anyone who is above 60 years old or has a &#8220;serious&#8221; mental or physical illness, or is a pregnant woman, can be released from detention under the bill.
“This bill brings dignity, justice, oversight, and accountability to the detention system by repealing mandatory detention, prohibiting the detention of families and children in family detention, phasing out the use of private detention facilities and jails, and requiring DHS to establish civil detention standards,&#8221; Jayapal told reporters during a press conference Wednesday while joined by anti-Israel activist and former ICE detainee Mahmoud Khalil.
“The bill creates a presumption of release and imposes a higher burden of proof to detain primary caregivers and vulnerable populations. The bill also mandates the DHS Inspector General to conduct unannounced inspections and requires DHS to admit Members of Congress to detention facilities for unannounced inspections,&#8221; she said.

The alleged shooter, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, didn’t undergo multiple standard background checks after he arrived in the United States in 2021 as part of the Biden administration’s “Operation Allies Welcome” program that brought over 77,000 individuals from the war-torn nation following the botched withdrawal of American troops, Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News host John Roberts.
The Biden administration allowed Lakanwal into the U.S. because of his past work with federal agencies operating in Afghanistan, including the CIA, Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/national-guardsmen-shooting-suspect-worked-with-the-cia-agency-head-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">revealed</a> last week. The Trump administration has paused the processing of all immigration applications for individuals from 19 &#8220;high risk countries&#8221; following the shooting of two National Guard troops by an Afghan national while they were patrolling Washington, D.C., last week.
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services directed personnel to stop the decision-making process for immigration applications for anyone from the countries &#8220;of concern,&#8221; according to a Tuesday agency memo. The new guidance extends to immigrants slated to receive a Green Card or citizenship.

An illegal immigrant cop who was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-releases-illegal-immigrant-cop-from-ice-custody">arrested</a> by federal authorities in October and later released has since been brought back onto the force.
The Hanover Police Department announced Tuesday that it has brought Radule Bojovic, an illegal immigrant from Montenegro, back on as an officer following his release from Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention in October. Bojovic overstayed a B2 tourist visa that required him to leave the United States on March 31, 2015, the Department of Homeland Security <a href="https://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/10/16/governor-jb-pritzkers-illinois-illegal-alien-working-sworn-police-office-badge-gun" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> at the time of his arrest.
An immigration judge granted a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-releases-illegal-immigrant-cop-from-ice-custody">$2,500 immigration bond</a> just two weeks after he was picked up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Bojovic returned to work Monday and will receive a paycheck for the time he missed while he was detained, the department said in a statement Tuesday.
&#8220;Given that his bond was not contested and he remains authorized to work by the federal government, the Hanover Police Department determined that he may return to work,&#8221; the department said.
&#8220;His first shift back since his detention took place yesterday. The Village and Hanover Park will provide Officer Bojovic back pay for the time he was on leave,&#8221; they added.
Despite his immigration status, Bojovic was hired in January because he had a federal work permit and passed all background checks, the department said.
Bojovic was eligible to receive a starting salary of $78,955.70 when he was hired, according to the Department of Homeland Security. His 2025 earnings were $205,707, including $9,276 for FICA/Medicare taxes.

The Afghan migrant accused of shooting two National Guard troops patrolling the streets of Washington, D.C., last week has pleaded not guilty.
Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, is accused of shooting West Virginia National Guardsmen, 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom and 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe. Beckstrom tragically died from her wounds just a day after the attack.
During a virtual hearing Tuesday, Lakanwal, who joined from a hospital bed where he&#8217;s being treated for gunshot wounds, pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, which include assault with intent to kill while armed; possession of a firearm; possession of a firearm during a crime of violence; and murder, <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/suspect-dc-shooting-national-guard-members-charged-murder-pleads-not-g-rcna247014" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to NBC News.
It was also revealed in court documents that Lakanwal yelled &#8220;Allahu akbar!&#8221; as he carried out the brutal attack. Additionally, he was apparently restrained just as he tried to reload his gun.
A judge denied the suspect bond, according to NBC.
Both Beckstrom and Wolfe “were sworn in less than 24 hours before they were shot on the street in Washington,” United States Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro said during a press conference Thursday morning.
Beckstrom had volunteered to work during the Thanksgiving holiday to give her fellow soldiers time with their families before the shooting occurred.

Wolfe “remains in serious condition,” but is showing signs of movement and awareness, Republican West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey said during a press conference Monday.
During a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, President Donald Trump said he spoke with Wolfe&#8217;s parents.

The Trump administration has commenced a new deportation operation targeting Somalis in Minneapolis, The Daily Wire has learned.
More than 100 Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers from across the country have descended on Minneapolis with orders to scoop up hundreds of illegal immigrants from Somalia who already have deportation orders, Homeland Security sources told The Daily Wire.
One source said as many as 500 Somalis are on the target list and that any additional illegal immigrants found during the operation are fair game.

Fraudsters in the sanctuary state have stolen billions of taxpayer funds, funneling the cash through fake nonprofits and shell companies back to Somalia — and even Somali terrorist group Al-Shabaab, City Journal <a href="https://www.city-journal.org/article/minnesota-welfare-fraud-somalia-al-shabaab" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> last month. A large portion of the fraud has been tied to Minnesota&#8217;s large Somali population, who have allegedly exploited state welfare programs.
So far, 78 Somalis have been charged for their alleged roles in the fraud operation, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed during a recent press conference.
One nonprofit, claiming to support migrants, used federal funds meant to feed thousands of children during COVID to buy houses, luxury cars, and real estate in Turkey and Kenya, according to one example provided by Leavitt.
“What we see are schemes stacked upon schemes, draining resources meant for those in need. It feels never-ending,” U.S. Attorney Joseph Thompson said. “I have spent my career as a fraud prosecutor and the depth of the fraud in Minnesota takes my breath away.”

A newlywed couple was tragically killed in a collision allegedly caused by an illegal immigrant truck driver with a California license, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Rajinder Kumar, of India, jackknifed his semi-truck and trailer on November 24. The disabled big rig blocked both lanes of a major highway in Deschutes County, Oregon, and led to the deaths of William Micah Carter and his wife, Jennifer Lynn Lower, after their vehicle &#8220;struck the trailer at highway speeds,&#8221; <a href="https://bendbulletin.com/2025/11/28/two-vehicle-crash-in-deschutes-county-kills-two/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to local reports. The couple had been married for just sixteen days when the crash occurred, Jennifer’s father, Tom Lower, told The Bulletin.
The truck driver crossed the southern border illegally into Lukeville, Arizona, in 2022 and was later released into the country at a time when the Biden administration was allowing entry of thousands of illegal immigrants each month, according to the Department of Homeland Security. From there, he received a work permit in 2023 and a California Commercial Driver&#8217;s License to drive trucks.
“Rajinder Kumar, a criminal illegal alien from India, was released into our country under the Biden administration and issued a commercial driver’s license by Gavin Newsom’s Department of Motor Vehicles. How many more senseless tragedies must take place before sanctuary politicians stop allowing illegal aliens to dangerously operate semi-trucks on America’s roads?” said Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Our prayers are with William and Jennifer’s families. Under Secretary Noem, ICE will continue its efforts to get illegal alien truck drivers off America’s highways,&#8221; McLaughlin added.
The Indian national is charged with criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also placed a detainer with the local jail, formally requesting that local authorities hand him over to federal custody if he&#8217;s ever to be released.

However, it&#8217;s unlikely that local authorities will work with federal authorities since they&#8217;re hamstrung by Oregon&#8217;s sanctuary laws.
The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/california-has-issued-thousands-of-illegal-trucking-licenses-to-foreigners" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Department of Transportation</a> has labeled California as a major source of several fatal collisions involving illegal immigrant drivers. The agency recently revealed that California authorities issued 17,000 non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses to foreign drivers.
As a result, the Trump administration is withholding $40 million in federal funding from California after its investigation found that state authorities weren’t enforcing the English-language requirement for truck drivers.
