Legendary podcast host Joe Rogan is urging actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to come clean about his alleged steroid use in response to a figure in the fitness world admitting last week that he lied about the issue.
Rogan, who is also a UFC commentator, made the remarks about Johnson in reference to Brian Johnson, who goes by the “Liver King,” admitting last week that he “lied” and “misled” a lot of people about his own steroid use.
“The Rock should come clean right now,” Rogan said on an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast. “He should make a video in response to the ‘Liver King’ video. I need to talk to you because The Rock’s been lying. There’s not a f***ing chance in hell he’s clean. Not a chance in hell. As big as The Rock is at 50? He’s so massive, and he’s so different than he was when he was 30.”
“There’s a responsibility you have to people who are listening to you,” Rogan continued. “If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s one thing. But if you do talk about it, there’s a responsibility you have to people listening to you, and I think you have to be honest about it, which is why I’m honest about it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking hormone replacement.”

Rogan’s guest on the podcast, Derek from the YouTube channel “More Plates More Dates,” said Johnson suggests that he does not take steroids, although he has admitted to taking steroids in the past.
Derek broke the story about the Liver King’s steroid use last week in a video in which he showed viewers an email that Liver King sent to him admitting that he takes thousands of dollars of steroids every month.
Liver King later admitted that the story was true in a video that he posted online.
“I’m making this video to apologize because I f***ed up, because I’m embarrassed and ashamed,” he said. “Because I lied and I misled a lot of people.”
“Yes, I’ve done steroids,” he continued. “And yes, I am on steroids monitored and managed by a trained hormone clinician.”
