Podcaster <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-rogan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Rogan</a> absolutely destroyed a recent New York Times headline that warned about the dangers of the U.S. Constitution, suggesting that there’s no amount of “gaslighting” the news organization could do to make him see their side.
During “The Joe Rogan Experience” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOQdjgdRcfA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">podcast</a>, Rogan and his guest evolutionary biologist, podcaster, and author Dr. Bret Weinstein talked about the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/08/31/books/review/constitution-secession-democracy-crisis.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">headline</a> that read, “The Constitution Is Sacred. Is It Also Dangerous?”
“One of the biggest threats to America’s politics might be the country’s founding document,” the subheadline added.
“This isn’t the Babylon Bee,” Rogan told his guest, referencing the satire news source. “This is an actual New York Times article.”

“One of the biggest threats to America&#8217;s politics might be one of the greatest documents that any country was ever founded on if not the greatest ever,” Rogan continued. “That could be a threat to America&#8217;s politics? What politics are we talking about?”
Rogan asked how the NYT could “possibly gaslight me enough to go along with you on this?”

Weinstein called it “incredible,” noting how on one hand, it was “completely predictable” because “there&#8217;s obviously an authoritarian force there that just grinds its teeth at night over the Constitution and the fact that it prevents it from doing things that it just wants to do.”
“So, of course they&#8217;re, like, scratching their heads like, ‘can we come up with an argument for why it might be time to get rid of that thing?&#8217; And of course, if you&#8217;re a normal thinking person, this is complete insanity,” he added. “But if you&#8217;re a New York Times reader, I&#8217;m sure that fits with the kind of ethos that&#8217;s been cultivated.”
The podcast host then suggested this is why a person like former President Donald Trump is so important to the Left because they can claim his return to the White House is a so-called “imminent threat,&#8221; allowing them to justify headlines that claim the Constitution is “dangerous&#8221; or that it&#8217;s time to get rid of things like the First and Second Amendments.

Podcast giant <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-rogan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Rogan</a> slammed billionaire Oprah Winfrey and former first lady Michelle Obama this week for discussing incoming inequality at the Democratic National Convention, noting the sheer hypocrisy of the situation.
Rogan made the remarks during his “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast this week while discussing some of the lunacy that unfolded at the DNC.
“How about Oprah?” Rogan said. “Oprah was talking about her and Trump running together, and now she’s speaking to the DNC that he’s a threat to democracy and she’s up there talking about income inequality, like, ‘Hey lady — you’re rich as f***!’ I’m like, ‘How is that equal?’”
He said that it was “nuts” how numerous celebrities used to be close friends with Trump, but they now hate him because he’s a Republican and not a Democrat.

Podcaster Joe Rogan slammed MSNBC on Tuesday after the leftist media outlet posted a clip of Rogan late last month that made it appear that he praised Vice President Kamala Harris when he was talking about former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
MSNBC&#8217;s TikTok account posted a clip taken from the &#8220;Joe Rogan Experience&#8221; podcast in late July before adding a disclaimer that read, “We have removed an earlier version of this post that incorrectly implied Joe Rogan was talking more about Vice President Kamala Harris. He was referring to Tulsi Gabbard,” The New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/08/28/media/joe-rogan-blasts-msnbc-for-deceptively-editing-kamala-harris-comments/?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=nypost" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. The MSNBC clip led to more fake headlines suggesting Rogan was suing the cable television network after it falsely reported that he applauded Harris. Rogan told his guest Andrew Huberman on Tuesday that the clip and resulting false headlines &#8220;have gotten so popular&#8221; that his stepfather called him about a potential lawsuit.
&#8220;I&#8217;m not suing MSNBC,&#8221; Rogan clarified on his podcast. &#8220;But this is what MSNBC did. They took a clip of me talking about Tulsi Gabbard and they edited it up and made it look like I was saying great things about Kamala Harris.&#8221;

Rogan said the MSNBC clip was a ridiculous interpretation because he was talking about Gabbard&#8217;s military service.
&#8220;That&#8217;s not something Kamala Harris did; that&#8217;s something Tulsi Gabbard did,&#8221; he added. &#8220;I was just saying things about her and they put it out there as a clip of me praising Kamala Harris. But they don&#8217;t care about the truth. They just want a narrative to get out there amongst enough people.&#8221;

Crowe, who is from New Zealand, appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=embQ1r9udaI">podcast</a> on Tuesday and discussed his recent move back to the United States.

Daily Wire host Matt Walsh defended podcast giant Joe Rogan on Friday after reports claiming Rogan endorsed independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. led to some on the Right blasting him for not backing Donald Trump.

Walsh responded to the backlash from some conservatives to reports of Rogan endorsing Kennedy, saying those &#8220;disowning him today for saying nice things about RFK Jr are acting foolishly at best.&#8221; Walsh has been a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAZXLphZAdo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">guest on Rogan&#8217;s show</a>, which remains the top podcast in the world on Spotify.

The comedian has also been highly critical of Trump, saying in 2022 that he&#8217;s turned down multiple offers from Trump&#8217;s team for the former president to go on &#8220;The Joe Rogan Experience.&#8221;

“Everybody forever was like Kamala Harris is the worst Vice President,” Rogan said. “She&#8217;s the least popular vice president of all time and then in a moment, a moment in time, all of a sudden, she&#8217;s our solution.”
“She&#8217;s our hero,” he added. “Everybody&#8217;s with her. All these social media posts about her, try Googling a negative story on her, you won&#8217;t find one. Ta-da!”

“It’s just so wild that the media’s all behind her now,” Rogan continued, calling out the 180 switch of journalists on the VP.
Malice noted that when Harris had tried to run for president in 2020, she “didn’t even make Iowa.” 
The two debated why Harris is who the Democratic party is pushing when Tulsi Gabbard, who destroyed Harris in the Democratic primary, exists.
“Well, it just shows you that what they&#8217;re looking for is not what they say they&#8217;re looking for,” Rogan said. “Because she [Tulsi] is a strong woman. She is a person who served overseas twice in a medical unit. So she got to see people blown up by the war. She was a congresswoman for eight years.”
“She is a person of color,” he added. “She&#8217;s everything you want, all those things you want, and yet you don&#8217;t want her &#8230;&#8221;
Malice added, “because [Gabbard’s] not for war.”
“Yes, well, she&#8217;s also just not willing to play ball,” Rogan replied. “There&#8217;s a game that&#8217;s being played, and if you&#8217;re like, &#8216;hey, you&#8217;re not supposed to f***ing move the ball.&#8217; Like, oh, look at this b*tch over here. Like, get out of here. You&#8217;re gonna f*** up our game. It&#8217;s not real democracy. It&#8217;s controlled parties.”
Later in the show, Rogan suggested the assassination attempt on former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a> at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13 would not be the only one and said he thinks Trump will beat Harris in a debate, “if he lives.” (2:23:23)
Rogan asked Malice, “Do you think they are going to try to take him [Trump] out again?” His guest didn’t hesitate and said “Yes.” 
“I think if they did that, this is not the only time they&#8217;re gonna do that,” Rogan added.

A congressional investigation has uncovered overt political bias in the leadership of an advertising coalition that’s being used to control online speech, according to a <a href="https://dw-wp-production.imgix.net/2024/07/2024-07-10-GARMs-Harm-How-the-Worlds-Biggest-Brands-Seek-to-Control-Online-Speech.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">House Judiciary Committee report</a> released on Wednesday ahead of a hearing on whether advertisers are violating federal competition laws.
The report on the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, or GARM, accuses the group of attempting to influence what content appears online by starving disfavored content, or even entire platforms, of advertising dollars needed to survive. Internal emails obtained by the committee found that GARM’s leadership strategized how to use the coalition against news outlets, including The Daily Wire, with opposing views from its leadership.
“GARM and its members discussed a strategy of blocking certain news outlets like Fox News, The Daily Wire, and Breitbart News,” the report states, pointing to an email from a top executive associated with the coalition stating that he “hated their ideology and bulls**t.”
One of the lead organizations in the coalition, GroupM, the world’s largest media buying agency, admits in emails that The Daily Wire is “on our Global High Risk exclusion list, categorized as Conspiracy Theories.”

GARM was formed by the World Federation of Advertisers in 2019, and was embraced as a “flagship project” of the World Economic Forum. Its stated goal is to create a “common understanding” in the advertising industry of “what harmful and sensitive content is” as well as “where ads should not appear,” basing it all on the importance of “brand safety” for its members.
The report exposes the political bias of Rob Rakowitz, GARM’s leader and co-founder, who in one email complains about people “advocating for freedom of speech online,” and about “extreme global interpretation of the US Constitution.” Rakowitz also criticizes the fact that the Constitution was written “by white men exclusively.”
“For an organization reliant on speech and persuasion in advertising, GARM appears to have anti-democratic views of fundamental American freedoms,” the report states, citing Rakowtiz’s emails.
Other entities targeted by GARM include Elon Musk’s Twitter, now X, after it was initially purchased by the tech billionaire. The report states that GARM tried to direct all of its members — corporate giants like Coca-Cola and Unilever who together account for 90% of global advertising dollars — to “stop all paid advertisement” on the platform after Musk purchased it. The report states that GARM “bragged about” the fact that Twitter was “80% below revenue forecasts” after its effort.

GARM also worked to pressure Spotify over Joe Rogan’s podcast, the report shows, specifically over the host’s claims that young, healthy people didn’t need a COVID vaccine. Rakowitz, GARM’s leader, admits in private emails that threats like the one it made to Spotify “gets us into hot water by way of anticompetitive and collusive behaviors.”
The committee report concludes that “GARM likely violated federal antitrust laws,” claiming that it found “direct evidence” that it was “demonetizing certain viewpoints to limit consumer choice” and therefore harmed consumers.
“Colluding to suppress voices and views disfavored by the leading marketers at the world’s largest companies and advertising agencies is core to GARM’s founding principles,” the report states.
In the emails between Rakowitz and the GroupM executives, Joe Barone and John Montgomery, a plan appears to be hatched to closely monitor The Daily Wire in hopes that they find a reason to censor the outlet — it’s a strategy that was used to censor Breitbart, the GroupM executive explains.
“There is an interesting parallel here with Breitbart,” Montgomery wrote in an October 2021 email after he was asked about The Daily Wire. “Before Breitbart crossed the line and started spouting blatant misinformation, we had long discussions about whether we should include them on our exclusion lists. As much as we hated their ideology and bulls**t, we couldn’t really justify blocking them for misguided opinion. We watched them very carefully and it didn’t take long for them to cross the line.”

He then recommends taking the same approach to The Daily Wire. “We should watch them carefully to make sure they don’t stoop below the GARM floor,” Montgomery writes, before being told by his colleague Barone that The Daily Wire was already on GroupM’s “Global High Risk exclusion list.”
Though the emails show Rakowitz discussing plans to censor specific outlets with GroupM, the committee report says he denied doing so in a transcribed interview with congressional investigators.
“When Mr. Rakowitz was asked by the Committee during his transcribed interview whether he discusses with GroupM its list of news outlets that are worthy of monetization, he denied doing so,” the report states. Rakowitz told the committee that he “won’t get into those conversations to keep myself compliant with our competition law policy.”
In addition to Shapiro, the CEO of GroupM, Christian Juhl, will also be a witness, Breitbart <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/07/08/jim-jordan-grill-executives-accused-colluding-silence-conservatives/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> on Monday.
The report outlines specific instances where GARM members used the coalition to get involved in U.S. elections — in one series of emails in October 2020, an executive for Unilever, which is based in the United Kingdom, tries to convince Facebook to take down a Donald Trump ad it viewed as misinformation. When Facebook explained that it has different standards for political speech, GARM leadership privately seethed.
“Honestly reprehensible,” Rakowitz wrote in an email to the Unilever executive, in reference to Facebook’s decision not to censor Trump.
The president of Unilever, a consumer goods giant that sits on GARM’s steering committee, will also testify at the hearing.
The message to Facebook, the emails obtained by the committee show, was that GARM wanted it to do more censorship — Rakowitz specifically wrote that the censorship efforts exhibited during COVID “should be the North Star” and urged it to do the same level of content moderation for elections.
“In other words, GARM pushed Facebook for coordinated action around the upcoming elections similar to the actions the platform took during the COVID-19 pandemic to censor speech,” the report states.
The committee report concludes that while any of these companies is free to advertise wherever they please, the collusion facilitated through GARM put it in violation of the law.
“Twenty years ago, the Supreme Court described collusion as “the supreme evil of antitrust.’ Today, this description remains true,” it states. “If collusion among powerful corporations capable of collectively demonetizing, and in effect eliminating, certain views and voices is allowed to continue, the ability of countless American consumers to choose what to read and listen to, or even have their speech or writing reach other Americans, will be destroyed.”

Rogan made the remarks on his podcast &#8220;The Joe Rogan Experience&#8221; on Wednesday while speaking to stand-up comedian, writer, and actor Tony Hinchcliffe.
He noted the &#8220;kooky&#8221; times that everyone is living through right now and said that it was strange that there did not appear to be any &#8220;course correction at all.&#8221;
&#8220;We&#8217;re being run by a dead man,&#8221; he said. &#8220;They&#8217;re trying to stop this other guy from even running, and they&#8217;re exposing how corrupt the democracy is. They&#8217;re exposing how corrupt the system is just by charging this guy with 34 felonies for paying off a lady he had sex with. Like, what?&#8221;
&#8220;The way it was written, the way it was put in a ledger, it&#8217;s basically, in most situations, it would have been considered a misdemeanor, but they turned it into a felony,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;They trumped it up. They trumped it up &#8212; no pun intended. And then he signed like 34 different checks so there are 34 different counts. The whole thing&#8217;s crazy.&#8221;
&#8220;What&#8217;s scary is how many Democrats are willing to allow this kind of stuff to happen. A lot of them are aware of it,&#8221; he later added.
He said that Democrats were &#8220;like s***s that are always talking bad about other girls for being s***s.&#8221;

Author and podcaster Coleman Hughes, appearing on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” declared that the reason that the Israel-Hamas war was unique was that the terrorist group Hamas had employed a strategy that should not be allowed in the world we live in.
“If you ask the question, ‘What is unique about this war? What is different about this war than all other wars?’, it’s not the civilian death toll,” Hughes, the author of “The End of Race Politics: Arguments for a Colorblind America,” began. “The ratio of (dead Hamas) combatants to (Palestinian) civilians, I think it’s better than the American army’s was when we got ISIS out of Mosul. That was like 10,000 civilians dead to kill 4,000 ISIS. This is 19,000 civilians dead to kill 13,000.”
“What’s unique about this war, unlike every other war that I could think of, is you have an army in Hamas that has perfected the art of embedding itself, enmeshing itself with civilians so that you cannot hit them without hitting the people around them,” he explained. “Other armies have done this but none have perfected it to the extent that Hamas has. No army that I know of in military history has had 15 years to build 300 miles of tunnel underneath a city that they don’t use to shelter the civilians, but they use to shelter themselves so that they can operate right under a kindergarten, right under a mosque.”
“So this is a challenge no army has faced and so that’s what makes this war different,” he asserted. “I agree with all of the absolute tragedy and suffering of the Palestinian people but what creates that is the way Hamas fights. And either we can say one of two things: We can either say, ‘Well, Israel doesn’t have a clean shot’ and so they have to let Hamas get away with it because it’s too much to bear — then we are essentially creating a situation where terrorists have found the perfect solution, which is that you can cross the border, go house to house slaughtering your enemies and then hide behind your own people and they can do nothing about it. It’s a perfect strategy.”
“Can we live in a world where we allow that to be an acceptable strategy?” he asked rhetorically. “I don’t think so. And it’s very ugly to watch – it’s heartbreaking and I completely understand why people don’t think the way I think when they see the videos, I completely get it. I don’t think we can actually live in a world where that’s allowed to be a strategy.”

Podcast giant <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-rogan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Rogan</a> slammed ABC News&#8217; &#8220;The View&#8221; this week after they attacked a widely respected independent author during one of their recent shows.
Rogan made the remarks while speaking to author Coleman Hughes, who recently went on &#8220;The View&#8221; to discuss his book, “The End of Race Politics: Arguments for a Colorblind America.”
During his appearance on the show, co-host Sunny Hostin <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/sunny-hostin-gets-wrecked-after-accusing-independent-author-of-being-co-opted-by-republicans">attacked</a> Hughes, claiming that he was &#8220;being used as a pawn by the Right&#8221; and that he was &#8220;a charlatan of sorts.&#8221;
&#8220;I don’t think there’s any evidence I’ve been co-opted by anyone and I think that’s an ad-hominem tactic people use to not address, really, the important conversations we’re having here,&#8221; Coleman fired back at Hostin on the show.
Rogan and Hughes discussed &#8220;The View&#8221; interview this week during an episode of &#8220;The Joe Rogan Experience.&#8221;
“I wasn’t expecting necessarily for her to kind of try to ambush me in that way and attack my character in that way, and I responded to it in the moment as I do, and I didn’t expect it to go as viral as it did, but I think it arguably went more viral than anything I’ve ever done,” Hughes said.
Rogan responded, &#8220;Well, it is the show that people love to hate. They get so much hate-watching and hate-watching viral clips of them saying ridiculous things. I mean, it is a rabies-infested henhouse.&#8221;
