<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/country-music">Country music</a> star Brantley Gilbert made it known during a recent concert that he&#8217;s not down with <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/anheuser-busch-ceo-breaks-long-silence-amid-dylan-mulvaney-pr-crisis" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Anheuser-Busch</a> teaming up with controversial transgender activist and social media influencer <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/dylan-mulvaney" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dylan Mulvaney</a>.</p>
<p>Gilbert, an <a href="https://www.whiskeyriff.com/2021/09/13/brantley-gilbert-on-west-virginia-crowds-anti-biden-chant-oh-im-here-for-that/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">open supporter</a> of former President Donald Trump, smashed a can of Bud Light to the ground when he was tossed the beer at a concert this past weekend, <a href="https://www.outkick.com/brantley-gilbert-smashes-bud-light-video/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">video</a> shows.</p>
<p>&#8220;Yeah, f*** that,&#8221; the country star said after taking a look at the Bud Light can. After smashing it, Gilbert was tossed a different beer. He looked at it approvingly and tossed it to one of his bandmates to &#8220;shotgun,&#8221; or consume very quickly by punching a hole in the side of the can.</p>

<p>Unlike other stars who are too afraid to be open about their conservative-leaning politics, Gilbert has rocked pro-Trump gear and has even <a href="https://www.whiskeyriff.com/2021/09/13/brantley-gilbert-on-west-virginia-crowds-anti-biden-chant-oh-im-here-for-that/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">enjoyed</a> his fans&#8217; &#8220;F*** Joe Biden&#8221; chants at a concert in 2021.</p>
<p>And he&#8217;s not the only country star to weigh into the Bud Light-Mulvaney controversy. As <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/john-rich-travis-tritt-join-boycott-of-bud-light-after-brand-partners-with-dylan-mulvaney" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Wire</a> reported, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/john-rich">John Rich</a> and <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/travis-tritt-thanks-braves-rips-wing-nut-cancel-culture-after-singing-anthem-thanks-for-allowing-me-to-pay-tribute-to-america" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Travis Tritt</a> joined a Bud Light <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/boycott">boycott</a> last week.</p>
<p>“What beer should my bar [Redneck Riviera] in Nashville replace #BudLight with?” Rich <a href="https://twitter.com/johnrich/status/1643715065680474112">tweeted</a> Wednesday, which led fans to flood the comments with suggestions.</p>
<p>“I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same,” Tritt <a href="https://twitter.com/Travistritt/status/1643765186736553984">shared</a> on <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/social-media">Twitter</a> Wednesday evening. A few hours later, the singer also <a href="https://twitter.com/Travistritt/status/1643791339350360068">warned fans</a> about purchasing Jack Daniel’s after an ad campaign featuring drag queens resurfaced online.</p>
<p>“In full disclosure, I was on a tour sponsored by Budweiser in the 90s. That was when Anheuser-Busch was American owned. A great American company that later sold out to the Europeans and became unrecognizable to the American consumer. Such a shame,” Tritt wrote in a follow-up.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/anheuser-busch-ceo-breaks-long-silence-amid-dylan-mulvaney-pr-crisis" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Anheuser-Busch</a> CEO <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/anheuser-busch-ceo-behind-failed-bud-light-apology-is-a-former-cia-spy-handler" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Brendan Whitworth</a> addressed the controversy with Mulvaney on Friday but fell short of appeasing folks on either side of the issue.</p>
<p>“We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people,” Whitworth <a href="https://www.anheuser-busch.com/newsroom/our-responsibility-to-america" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>. “We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer.”</p>
<p>The statement notably contained no mea culpa and no mention of Mulvaney &#8212; a biological male who claims to be a &#8220;girl&#8221; &#8212; or the radical transgender ideology he espouses.</p>
