A <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/transgender">trans activist</a> lobbied to get a woman fired from her job as a community manager at the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/video-games">video game</a> company Limited Run Games and appears to have been successful.
Social media user Purple Tinker <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/twitter">tweeted</a> several grievances against a woman named Kara Lynn on January 6.
&#8220;The community manager for @LimitedRunGames, @/KaraLynne0326, is a transphobe who follows a veritable who&#8217;s who of right-wing transphobic creeps. Unless and until she is fired from the company permanently, I am not giving them another single dime. (CW: Transphobia),&#8221; the tweet from the now-deleted account said.
<a href="https://twitter.com/stillgray/status/1611780031864528896">Screenshots</a> included evidence of Lynn questioning men who identify as transgender using women&#8217;s restrooms, plus committing offenses such as following Libs of TikTok on Twitter and looking forward to a Harry Potter game coming out.
On that same day, Limited Run Games announced on its official Twitter account that an employee was fired, though it didn’t mention Kara Lynn by name.
&#8220;LRG respects all personal opinions, however we remain committed to supporting an inclusive culture. Upon investigating a situation, an employee was terminated,” their tweet said. “Our goal as a company is to continue to foster a positive and safe environment for everyone.&#8221;
Replies were limited on the LRG post, but many users were able to express outrage over what happened. 
&#8220;Nerd Culture Content Creator&#8221; Melonie Mac and streamer replied to a tweet from conservative social media influencer Ian Miles Cheong, who brought attention to the firing. &#8220;This is so messed up. @KaraLynne0326 is amazing and deserves better. Shame on you, @LimitedRunGames,&#8221; she shared.

&#8220;You do not respect all personal opinions else this decision would not have happened, and if you were committed to an inclusive culture you wouldn&#8217;t have fired a Christian woman for her beliefs,&#8221; Mac wrote in reply to LRC’s tweet.
“In other words, you are infected by the Woke Mind Virus―firing someone because they follow people (that other people don&#8217;t like) on Twitter! Unbelievable,” another reply <a href="https://twitter.com/ProfessorF/status/1611807954872979459">said</a>.
“Fired for wrong-think,” a third person <a href="https://twitter.com/boowiebear/status/1611919131351056385">echoed</a>. “Your product and company will suffer for your lack of concern for diversity of thought, values and experiences. That is the only diversity that matters.”
Purple Tinker is a biological male who identifies as a transgender woman and a known activist who founded BronyCon, a convention for adults who like dressing up as My Little Pony characters, per an Observer <a href="https://observer.com/2012/10/bro-no-scandal-rips-through-brony-community-as-bronycon-founder-purple-tinker-cries-slander/">article</a> from 2012.
