Actress Tori Spelling said she’s reached a point where she’s ready for legal action over a situation involving dangerous mold in her rental home.
The 50-year-old mother of five previously discussed how she believes mold in her home was making the whole family sick. Now Spelling is asking fans to help her find legal representation in the matter.
“Does anyone know how to find a major great MOLD lawyer in CA that can help our family?” the actress wrote on her Instagram story, per Today. “Our troubles are next level with our mold problem and the house that’s been slowly killing us for 3 years.”
“My kids and I are so sick and can’t get well and our family needs help. Overwhelmed,” she continued. “We do need to start with an amazing lawyer who can guide us through this.”
Several days prior, the “90210” alum discussed how she and her kids had been in a “continual spiral of sickness” which she blamed on the mold issue in her home, as The Daily Wire previously reported.
“Used to think…That’s what happens when you have young kids in school,” she said in a lengthy Instagram post shared on May 10. “They just continually bring sicknesses home. But, when it gets to the point where they are at home sick more than being in school we had to reassess what was going on.”
Spelling said it became apparent that something bigger was going on.
“You just keep getting sick, one infection after another,” she said. “Respiratory infections. Extreme allergy-like symptoms too and like my poor Finn skin rashes as well.”

“We now know that when the house was labeled a health hazard and not live able (sic) that wording was FACT,” she went on. “We now GET IT! It’s hard to just uproot a huge family especially in midst of all feeling so sick and in bed. But, we now will vacate the home asap.”
She concluded by saying she’s grateful for having renters insurance.
Spelling and Dean McDermott married in 2006. They have five kids together: Liam, 16; Stella, 14; Hattie, 11; Finn, 10; and Beau, 6.
