DirecTV has rejected an offer from Disney that would’ve allowed for only three hours of coverage of the ABC Presidential debate between former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump">Donald Trump</a> and Vice President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kamala-harris">Kamala Harris</a> for blacked-out satellite customers amid its ongoing contract dispute with the satellite provider.
A statement on Tuesday from DirecTV to <a href="https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/directv-rejects-disney-offer-kamala-harris-donald-trump-debate-1236139895/">Variety</a> read, “Unfortunately, returning only Disney’s ABC stations from the entire portfolio of channels for a limited 3-hour window will cause customer confusion among those who would briefly see the debate only to lose the channel again shortly after.”
DirecTV said it had agreed to allow ABC to restore service for the ABC News presidential debate if Disney would &#8220;restore all the channels across its platforms through the end of &#8216;Monday Night Football&#8217; at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, Sept. 17.”
“Returning the Disney-owned channels for the next week while we work to reach a new agreement would benefit customers who would regain access to ABC for the debate and the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 16 as well as their favorite college and professional football games on ABC and ESPN, ACC or SEC networks,” DirecTV said.

However, “The Walt Disney Co. flat-out rejected DirecTV’s offer,” according to the satellite provider, Variety reported.
In an earlier statement obtained by The Daily Wire on Tuesday, a Disney spokesperson said that it would provide coverage of the three-hour debate where it would be available “widely across broadcast, cable and streaming.”
“Although we have yet to reach an agreement, we are providing a three-hour feed of ABC News coverage to all impacted DirecTV customers at no cost because we want all Americans to be able to view tonight’s debate at this important moment in our history,” the statement read. 
“We remain at the table negotiating with DirecTV and the restoration of our programming to their subscribers is completely within their control,” the statement from the Disney spokesperson added.

The announcement follows a report last week that more than 11 million DirecTV subscribers nationwide might not see the debate on their ABC News channel after it went dark on September 1 as the Walt Disney Company and the satellite subscription company remain in a carriage dispute, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/millions-might-not-see-trump-kamala-debate-due-to-ongoing-contract-dispute">reported</a>.
The existing contract expired on Sept. 1 with the news channel and dozens of others, like ESPN, FX, and Disney Jr going dark — with no current negotiations underway, a source told the outlet.
ABC News is scheduled to host what will likely be the one and only debate between Trump and Harris on Tuesday.
Despite ABC News being blackout for DirecTV, customers who have Disney+, Hulu, or ABC News Live will be able to see Trump and Harris spar, as it will be streamed in real time, <a href="https://deadline.com/2024/09/harris-trump-debate-disney-directv-blackout-1236077163/">Deadline</a> noted.

Singer <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/elton-john">Elton John</a> said his two kids are concerned about his eventual death.
The 77-year-old recording artist discussed the topic in his new <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/entertainment">documentary</a> “Elton John: Never Too Late,” which premiered on Friday at the Toronto International Film Festival. John has two sons – Zachary, 13, and Elijah, 11 – via surrogate along with husband David Furnish, 61.
&#8220;They think about my mortality. They worry about my mortality,&#8221; John said, per <a href="https://people.com/elton-john-2-children-worry-about-his-mortality-age-77-8708010">People</a>. &#8220;Not so much David, but me.”
The Grammy Award winner went on to explain that it’s because they &#8220;love their daddy, so they want me to be around forever, [and] I would love to be around forever.&#8221;
&#8220;I want to see them have children and get married. I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;m going to be around for that. Who knows?&#8221; John continued. &#8220;You never know. So that&#8217;s why I want to use the best time — the best of my time — while I&#8217;m around,&#8221; he adds. &#8220;Time together is so wonderful and so precious.&#8221;
John also talked about his health issues recently. Earlier in September, he reported to have partial visual impairment in one of his eyes. 
&#8220;Over the summer, I&#8217;ve been dealing with a severe eye infection that has unfortunately left me with only limited vision in one eye,&#8221; he wrote on social media at the time. &#8220;I am healing, but it&#8217;s an extremely slow process and it will take some time before sight returns to the impacted eye.&#8221;

Last summer, the recording artist was hospitalized after falling at his villa in Nice, France. He was spending time there after concluding his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour.
Years ago, the “Rocket Man” singer was misdiagnosed with a colon infection when he was actually suffering from appendicitis. He also had complications after undergoing surgery for prostate cancer in 2017, per <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/music/2019/oct/05/elton-john-24-hours-from-death-after-prostate-cancer-treatment">The Guardian</a>.
“It turned out that I had a rare complication from the operation,” John said, mentioning how he spent his nights in the hospital awake, “wondering if I was going to die.”
“In the hospital, alone at the dead of night, I’d prayed: please don’t let me die, please let me see my kids again, please give me a little longer,” he wrote in his memoir, “Me,” per the outlet.
“In a strange way, it felt like the time I spent recuperating was the answer to my prayers: if you want more time, you need to learn to live like this, you have to slow down.”

Before Seacrest took over, Sajak hosted the popular game show for more than four decades. The former host discussed his decision to step down during filming in June. 
“I’ve always said this to you, you’ve heard me say this dozens of times, I’d rather leave a couple of years too early than a couple of years too late,” Sajak <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/pat-sajak-opens-up-about-leaving-wheel-of-fortune">told</a> his daughter Maggie Sajak during a Good Morning America interview.
“Could I still do it? Yeah, I think I could for a while,” he went on. “There’s also some other things in life that we’d like to do, and I’m enjoying this last year. It’s been a great 40 years, and I’m looking forward to whatever’s ahead.”
Seacrest previously gushed about taping “Wheel of Fortune” after being on set in July. “I’m still spinning with excitement!” he <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ryanseacrest/reel/C9fm9OXJGPQ/">wrote</a> in an Instagram post caption at the time.

On Sunday, the 34-year-old singer and her beau Kansas City Chiefs star Kelce had some fun in the sun at the tennis tournament, where the two shared a VIP box with the Mahomes, the <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/09/09/sports/taylor-swift-and-travis-kelce-enjoy-double-date-with-patrick-and-brittany-mahomes-after-us-open-outing/">New York Post</a> reported.
The “Shake It Off” hitmaker and Kelce were then photographed looking stylish on their way to dinner in New York City at Meduza Mediterrania restaurant. Arriving separately — but to the same location — were the Kansas City Chiefs QB and his wife, the Post noted.
The group hanging out together comes amid speculation from some that there had been some rift between the ladies after Swift wasn’t seen hanging out with Brittany at the opening night of the Chiefs game in Arrowhead on Thursday.

Suggestions online came from the fact that it could be because Mahomes made headlines after she hit back at those who didn’t like that she had liked a post by <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-thanks-brittany-mahomes-for-defending-presidents-2024-maga-platform">Trump</a> in which he outlined his 2024 Make America Great Again platform.
In the original post shared by Trump on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/C-m53xGu3MY/">Instagram</a>, the former president listed “The 2024 GOP Platform” to “Make America Great Again,” noting things like tax cuts, no tax on tips, securing the border, and stopping illegal immigration. He also posted about a promise to “end inflation,” “Make America Affordable Again,” and “Keep men out of women’s sports.”
Brittany liked the post, without explaining which of the ideas she agreed with, hit back at those who tried to cancel her and delivered a clear message to leftist adults who were upset, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/C_B3CgGSRxC/?img_index=1">OutKick</a> reported.
“I mean honestly,” Brittany’s <a href="https://www.instagram.com/brittanylynne/">Instagram Story</a> read. “To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood.”
“There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well,” she added.
Not a week later, Mahomes’ wife appeared on the Whoop podcast and made it clear she doesn’t “give a f*** what people have to say about” her anymore, crediting her husband with teaching her not to worry about what others think, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/i-dont-give-a-f-about-critics-brittany-mahomes-after-getting-ripped-for-liking-trump-post">reported</a>.
“Yeah, I think we got kind of thrown into the fire together, and I think that’s what helped us, you know, do so well in the life that we are, is that we did it all together. On Monday, the <a href="https://www.cmaworld.com/cma-announces-nominees-for-the-58th-annual-cma-awards/">CMAs announced</a> the nominations for the 58th CMA Awards, with Wallen taking the most with seven nominations, followed by five each for Stapleton and Cody Johnson. Relative newcomer rapper Post Malone got four, with up-and-coming country star Lainey Wilson matching those nominations. Country artists like Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, Kacey Musgraves, Luke Combs, and Luke Bell each took three.
However, Beyonce’s foray into the country music genre with her country and a little bit more album this year didn’t earn her a single nomination, the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/09/arts/music/beyonce-cmas-nominations-cowboy-carter.html">New York Times</a> reported.  
Beyonce’s “Texas Hold ’Em” immediately got everyone’s attention when it ended up going to the top of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/beyonce-tops-country-chart-with-cowboy-carter">Billboard’s Hot 100 Songs chart</a> and Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, where she remained on top for two weeks, the outlet noted. The 43-year-old singer’s fans took to social media following the announcement to make it clear they weren’t pleased, <a href="https://pagesix.com/2024/09/09/entertainment/beyonce-fans-call-out-cma-awards-for-snubbing-cowboy-carter/">Page Six</a> noted.
“The CMAs have once again deferred to those in the industry who prefer to deny Black artists the recognition they deserve, failing to nominate Beyoncé in a single category this year despite her record-breaking success with TEXAS HOLD ‘EM and<a href="https://x.com/hashtag/COWBOYCARTER?src=hashtag_click"> #COWBOYCARTER</a>,” the person on the Beyonce fan <a href="https://x.com/BeyLegion/status/1833129937215086686">account</a> claimed.
“The [Cowboy Carter] era received overwhelming critical acclaim, commercially-outperformed nearly all other releases this year, and brought millions of new listeners and engagements to the genre,” the person added.
Another person online accused the <a href="https://x.com/getawayonce/status/1833131923104743841">CMA</a> of being racist, without providing any proof, writing on social media “there’s just no f**king way that Bey and Cowboy Carter got completely ignored at the CMAs but f**ka** Post Malone got 4 nominations… this is just racism and there’s no other word for it [Because] Cowboy Carter is one of the biggest albums of the year and it literally put country on the spotlight again this year.”
In the pop star singer’s own words in a post on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/C4s6Zr7rlwA/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">social media</a> before it released, she previously called “Cowboy Carter” a ‘Beyoncé’ album&#8221; and said “this ain’t a Country album.&#8221;

Legendary star James Earl Jones, known for voicing “Star Wars” villain Darth Vader in the franchise and his parts in movies like “Field of Dreams,” has died. He was 93.
On Monday, the actor’s representative with the Independent Artist Group confirmed to <a href="https://deadline.com/2024/09/james-earl-jones-dead-1236082801/">Deadline</a> magazine that Jones had passed away at his home in Dutchess County, NY. A cause of death has yet to be announced at the time of publication.
Born in 1931 on a farm in in Arkabutla, Mississippi, Jones is widely regarded for his work on stage and screen, becoming one of the rare EGOT winners after taking home two Primetime Emmys, a Grammy Award, an Honorary Oscar, and three Tony Awards during his career, the outlet noted.

The star of the big and small screen’s career spans more than sixty years following his Broadway debut in 1958 at the Cort Theatre, a place that would later be renamed the James Earl Jones Theater in 2022, <a href="https://variety.com/2024/film/news/james-earl-jones-dead-darth-vader-lion-king-1236138656/">Variety</a> noted. His TV credits alone are more than 70 including movies and miniseries like “Roots” and “The Atlanta Child Murders&#8221; along with guest roles on shows like “Picket Fences,” “Law &amp; Order,” “The Simpsons,” “Frasier,” and “House.” 
Generations of movie goers probably first heard the iconic baritone sound of Jones voice as that of evil Darth Vader in the 1977 smash hit, a role he would revisit for years to come. Another generation of kids would first hear his voice as the King Mufasa in the classic animated Disney movie “Lion King” in 1994.
Others will likely recall seeing Jones for the first time as King Jaffe Joffer in Eddie Murphy’s 1988 hit “Coming to America,” a role he recently reprised for the highly-anticipated sequel “Coming 2 America”  in 2021.
His role as a reclusive author in 1989’s “Field of Dreams,” alongside Kevin Costner is just one of the many great roles he’s had. Others include his part in three Jack Ryan movies as CIA deputy director Vice Admiral James Greer in 1990’s “The Hunt for Red October,” 1992’s “Patriot Games,” and 1994’s “Clear and Present Danger,” Variety noted.
In addition to his Honorary Academy Award in 2011, he was honored in 2002 with a Kennedy Center Honor and a Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement award in 2009.
During a <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2014/01/19/magazine/james-earl-jones-on-darth-vader-mufasa-and-natch-totes-mcgotes.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York Times</a> interview in 2014, Jones talked about his lengthy career and said the &#8220;secret is never forgetting that you’re a journeyman actor and that nothing is your final thing, nothing is your greatest thing, nothing is your worst thing. I still consider myself a novice.”
Jones is survived by his son, Flynn Earl Jones whom he shares with his second wife of 34 years, Cecelia Hart. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/selena-gomez">Selena Gomez</a> has revealed that she will never be able to carry her own children due to several medical issues, but she also said that adoption or surrogacy are definite options for her.
In an interview with <a href="https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/story/selena-gomez-cover-interview">Vanity Fair</a>, the 32-year-old actress opened up about her desire to be a mother but admitted her path “will look a little different” after being diagnosed with the auto-immune disease Lupus in 2015 followed by bipolar disorder in 2020.
“I haven’t ever said this &#8230; but I unfortunately can’t carry my own children,” Gomez said. “I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while…”
“[But] I’m in a much better place with that,” she added. “I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are both huge possibilities for me.”

“It made me really thankful for the other outlets for people who are dying to be moms,” Gomez continued. “I’m one of those people. I’m excited for what that journey will look like, but it’ll look a little different. At the end of the day, I don’t care. It’ll be mine. It’ll be my baby.”

“I’ve never been loved this way&#8230;He’s just been a light,” Gomez told VF of her beau. “A complete light in my life. He’s my best friend. I love telling him everything.”
The superstar actress and singer recently made headlines when it appeared she made comments about the possibility that her music career is coming to an end.

“I started having a lot of fun with music and then touring was really fun,” the pop singer said. “But I was doing my TV show [‘Wizards of Waverly Place’] at the same time, and I just found it really fun, so I just kept going.”
“But the older I get, the more I’m kind of like, ‘I would like to find something to just settle on,” she added. “I do feel like I have one more album in me, but I would probably choose acting. I am gonna wanna chill because I’m tired.”

Hollywood star Kathy Bates announced that she’s done her final project and will retire once the reboot of CBS’ “Matlock” airs later this month.
Speaking to The <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/08/arts/television/matlock-kathy-bates.html">New York Times</a>, the 76-year-old actress shared how she had planned on retiring before she was sent the script to play Madeline Matlock in the reboot of the popular attorney <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090481/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2">TV series</a> that aired from 1986-1995 and had Andy Griffith playing the lead.
“This is my last dance,” Bates said as she revealed that she knew it was time to quit after she ended up crying on her sofa during an unnamed movie shoot.
“It becomes my life,” she added. “Sometimes I get jealous of having this talent. Because I can’t hold it back, and I just want my life.”

A description of the “Matlock” series <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt26591147/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_4_nm_4_in_0_q_Matlock">says it</a> “[f]ollows Madeline Matlock as she rejoins the work force at a prestigious law firm, where she uses her wily tactics to win cases and expose wrong doing.”
Bates has been part of Hollywood and Broadway for more than five decades.
Her impressive resume includes the 1990 movie based on Stephen King’s horror novel “Misery&#8221; in which Bates played a fan who kidnaps her favorite author (played by <a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001001/?ref_=nmbio_mbio">James Caan</a>) and subjects him to a whole host of horrific tortures to get him to revive her favorite characters storyline.
The role was a huge boost to her career and led to her capturing the &#8220;&#8216;Best Actress&#8217; Oscar and Golden Globe award, a first in that genre (horror) for that category,&#8221; <a href="https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000870/bio/?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm">IMDb</a> noted.
A year later, Bates appeared in the flashback period piece “<a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101921/?ref_=nmbio_mbio">Fried Green Tomatoes</a>” alongside actress Jessica Tandy. In 1995, Bates landed a “Best Supporting Actress” nomination for her role in the 1998 political movie “Primary Colors.”

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kate-middleton">Kate Middleton</a> dropped some incredible news about her cancer battle, sharing that she’s completed nine months of chemotherapy and is now on the path to remain “cancer free.”
In a post on Monday on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_s6SukNNne/?igsh=MWQ1ZGUxMzBkMA%3D%3D" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a> from the royal house of Kensington Palace, the Princess of Wales can be seen in the emotional video spending time with Prince William and their three kids as she opens up about the relief of finally completing chemo and what she’s learned about what matters most. 
“The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family,” Middleton said. “Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.” 
“The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you,” she added. “With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.” 
“This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted,” Middleton continued. “Of simply loving and being loved. Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus.”

Princess Kate said her “path to healing and full recovery is long” and she must take each day one day at a time. She also revealed that she will be back to work soon and undertaking “more public engagements in the coming months.”
“Despite all that has gone before I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life,” Middleton said. “William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time.”
“Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling,” she added. “To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light so let that light shine bright.”
The Princess of Wales has been keeping a low profile since announcing her cancer treatment on March 22. 
“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” she said at the time. “The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present.”
“My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” the princess added.

The 98-year-old Hollywood legend won an award for outstanding variety special at the event for his 2023 birthday special, “Dick Van Dyke 98 Years of Magic.”
He answered questions from reporters after winning the award, including one about how he hopes to be remembered. &#8220;For laughter,&#8221; Van Dyke said in reply, per <a href="https://www.tvinsider.com/1150985/dick-van-dyke-talks-legacy-2024-creative-arts-emmys/">TV Insider</a>. &#8220;I hope for making people laugh for 75 years.&#8221;
&#8220;I&#8217;ve been in the business 75 years. I can&#8217;t believe that I&#8217;m still here and performing,&#8221; he added. The “Mary Poppins” star then took a dramatic pause and looked around the room, saying with a smile, &#8220;I&#8217;m looking for work if anybody has.&#8221;

Later, Van Dyke was asked to give advice to the up-and-comers. “You have to stick with it,” he said. “You&#8217;re gonna go through hard times and a lot of auditions &#8230; but you have to stay with it. Be patient if you&#8217;ve got the confidence in yourself, and it&#8217;s very important to believe that you can do it.&#8221;
During his speech, Van Dyke thanked the crowd and had a special word of thanks for his wife and producer of the birthday special, Arlene Silver. &#8220;Thank you! That reception, I cannot tell you what it means,” he said. 
&#8220;The young lady who got this award, you may think of the word nepotism and I would understand it, but this lady got the job all by herself as producer of the Dick Van Dyke special because she knows me inside and out, and knows how I work, and don&#8217;t take no sass from anybody,” Van Dyke went on.
Van Dyke won multiple accolades over the course of his decades-long career including several Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award, and a Tony Award. He’s best known for classic television and films including “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” “Bye Bye Birdie,” “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” “Dick Tracy,” “Night at the Museum,” and many more. 
“I’m the oldest nominee in history. I can’t believe it,” he told the Daytime Emmys crowd in June, per <a href="https://variety.com/2024/tv/awards/dick-van-dyke-daytime-emmys-winner-days-of-our-lives-1236029346/">Variety</a>. “I was playing old men all my life. The NFL announced on Sunday that rap artist <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/celebrities">Kendrick Lamar</a> will be the headliner at the halftime show at <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/super-bowl">Super Bowl LIX</a>.
This will be Lamar’s second time on the Super Bowl stage as he appeared along with an ensemble of <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/music">artists</a> including Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent in 2022, per <a href="https://variety.com/2024/music/news/super-bowl-2025-halftime-performer-1236136777/">Variety</a>. Super Bowl LIX is scheduled for February 9, 2025, at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
Lamar issued a statement on the news, saying, “Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date. And I’ll be there to remind the world why. They got the right one.”
The 37-year-old Compton-born recording artist was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Music in 2018, making him the first recipient who wasn’t from a jazz or classical music category. He’s also won 17 Grammy Awards along with multiple other accolades over the course of his career.
Lamar is an outspoken supporter of Black Lives Matter and other leftist social causes. He made headlines in June 2022 after donning a fake crown of thorns during a performance and dousing himself in fake blood to protest the overturning of Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs decision, as The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/godspeed-for-womens-rights-kendrick-lamar-wears-crown-of-thorns-drenches-self-in-blood-on-stage-to-protest-roe-v-wade-reversal">reported</a>.

During “The Joe Rogan Experience” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOQdjgdRcfA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">podcast</a>, Rogan and his guest evolutionary biologist, podcaster, and author Dr. Bret Weinstein talked about the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/08/31/books/review/constitution-secession-democracy-crisis.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">headline</a> that read, “The Constitution Is Sacred. Is It Also Dangerous?”
“One of the biggest threats to America’s politics might be the country’s founding document,” the subheadline added.
“This isn’t the Babylon Bee,” Rogan told his guest, referencing the satire news source. “This is an actual New York Times article.”

Weinstein called it “incredible,” noting how on one hand, it was “completely predictable” because “there&#8217;s obviously an authoritarian force there that just grinds its teeth at night over the Constitution and the fact that it prevents it from doing things that it just wants to do.”
“So, of course they&#8217;re, like, scratching their heads like, ‘can we come up with an argument for why it might be time to get rid of that thing?&#8217; And of course, if you&#8217;re a normal thinking person, this is complete insanity,” he added. “But if you&#8217;re a New York Times reader, I&#8217;m sure that fits with the kind of ethos that&#8217;s been cultivated.”
The podcast host then suggested this is why a person like former President Donald Trump is so important to the Left because they can claim his return to the White House is a so-called “imminent threat,&#8221; allowing them to justify headlines that claim the Constitution is “dangerous&#8221; or that it&#8217;s time to get rid of things like the First and Second Amendments.
