Megyn Kelly said “there’s something wrong with” President Joe Biden after a video went viral showing Biden putting his hands on a young girl’s shoulder and telling the teen dating advice he said he’s given to his daughter.
During the Sirius XM “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast Monday, the host spoke with her guests — entrepreneur/ founding COO of PayPal David Sacks and founder/CEO of The Production Board David Friedberg — about the video of the president’s “weird” touching of another female during his recent trip to a college in Irvine, California.
“I’m sorry, something’s off, I don’t know what it is,” Kelly told her guests. “I don’t know what he’s done, but something’s off.”

“To me, like I’m saying, there’s something wrong with this guy [Biden],” she added. “There’s something off. Normal men don’t behave like this.”
The host then shared the viral clip of the president leaning near a teen’s ear with his hands on her shoulder and telling her, “Now, a very important thing I’ve told my daughters and granddaughters. No serious guys until you’re 30,” as The Daily Wire previously reported.
“What?” one girl yells to the president, who repeats as he keeps his hands on the other girl’s shoulders, “No serious guys ’til you’re 30.”

“I’m sorry, it’s weird,” Kelly shared after the clip. “No one wants him touching their shoulders, and giving dating advice to an 11 or 12 year old … first of all shut up look how uncomfortable she is.”
“Don’t advise my daughter on when she should get serious with a man, step away sir,” she added. “I like him better when he’s not doing anything.”
“He’s not all there and there’s something distressing about it,” Sacks replied.
The video looked very similar to other videos of Biden grabbing the shoulders of women, one includes a clip below of Biden six years ago placing his hands on the shoulders of then-Defense Secretary Ashton Carter’s wife and keeping them there as he whispers something in her ear.
