<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-biden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">President Joe Biden</a> put his hands on a young girl&#8217;s shoulders and gave out dating advice during an event at Irvine Valley College on Friday.
Numerous <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/creepy-as-f-the-latest-viral-video-of-joe-biden-whispering-in-a-little-girls-ear" target="_blank" rel="noopener">videos</a> of Biden interacting with young girls and some women have gone viral over the past decade. The Democrat has repeatedly grabbed females&#8217; shoulders and sometimes whispers into girls&#8217; ears, shocking the internet and some in the media.
&#8220;President Joe Biden grabs a young girl by the shoulder and tells her &#8216;no serious guys till you&#8217;re 30&#8217; as she looks back appearing uncomfortable,&#8221; TPUSA Frontlines reporter <a href="https://twitter.com/fromkalen" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kalen D’Almeida</a> captioned his video reporting Friday evening. 
&#8220;Secret Service appears to try to stop me from filming it after Biden spoke at Irvine Valley Community College,&#8221; D’Almeida said. 
&#8220;Now, a very important thing I&#8217;ve told my daughters and granddaughters,&#8221; Biden says in the video, while putting his hands on a young girl&#8217;s shoulders, &#8220;no serious guys until you&#8217;re 30.&#8221;
&#8220;What?&#8221; one girl yells back at Biden. &#8220;No serious guys &#8217;til you&#8217;re 30,&#8221; the president repeats, video shows.
The video has already racked up 2.7 million views.

The reporter also posted numerous stills of the interaction, posing, &#8220;Would you let Creepy Joe around your children?&#8221;

Back in July, POTUS was criticized for his <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/creepy-as-f-the-latest-viral-video-of-joe-biden-whispering-in-a-little-girls-ear" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interaction</a> with a young girl he met on a biking trail in Delaware.
“Dad ran into Joe on a biking trail in Delaware and got a live sniffing video,” a Twitter user captioned the video.
In the 14-second clip, Biden poses for a photo with a young girl and a woman, presumably the girl’s mother, before he lowers his head by the girl’s cheek and whispers something inaudible.

Biden&#8217;s odd behavior has been well-documented by even some in the liberal media. New York Magazine’s Intelligencer in 2015, for example, <a href="https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2015/02/9-times-joe-biden-whispered-in-womens-ears.html">noted</a> Biden’s penchant for “creepily” cozying up to females, tagging him as “the president of Awkwardly Whispering in Women’s Ears” and outlining eight incidents, which included children.
Biden has been accused of sexual misconduct and inappropriate touching by at least eight women, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/8-women-have-accused-joe-biden-of-sexual-misconduct-inappropriate-touching" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Daily Wire</a> reported in 2020.
<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/woman-accuses-joe-biden-of-sexual-assault" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tara Reade</a>, a former assistant in Biden’s Senate office in the early 1990s, has accused the president of sexually assaulting her in 1993.
“Yeah, and he went down my skirt but then up inside it, and he penetrated me with his fingers, and he was kissing me at the same time, and he was saying something to me,” Reade claimed. “He said several things. I can’t remember everything he said.”
