<p>The hosts of ABC&#8217;s &#8220;The View&#8221; freaked out during Tuesday&#8217;s broadcast, panning The New Yorker&#8217;s latest cover art over its apparent insinuation that former House Speaker <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/nancy-pelosi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Nancy Pelosi</a> (D-CA) was &#8220;too old&#8221; for elected office.</p>
<p>Cohost Joy Behar started the conversation about the cover, which was meant to show politicians too old for public office and included — alongside Pelosi — President Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).</p>

<p>Whoopi Goldberg referenced the Axios report published early Tuesday — which said Biden&#8217;s team was pulling out all the stops to remove trip-hazards from his path and keep him from falling and getting hurt — and then pivoted to the magazine&#8217;s cover art.</p>
<p>&#8220;I hate that cover. Why do they have to put Nancy Pelosi in there?&#8221; Behar asked. &#8220;Nancy Pelosi, if you watch any of her interviews, she&#8217;s as sharp as a tack, as they say. She makes sense, she keeps getting re-elected by 80% of the constituency.&#8221;</p>
<p>Goldberg suggested that it didn&#8217;t matter whether or not Biden fell down, adding, &#8220;Joe Biden can fall down 55 times, that&#8217;s not going to make me think he can&#8217;t do the job.&#8221;</p>

<p>Cohost Sunny Hostin once again complained that Americans didn&#8217;t revere their elders the way other cultures did, and argued that Pelosi&#8217;s experience made her more valuable.</p>

<p>Behar jumped back in then, pivoting to Trump and arguing that Biden&#8217;s age was of no consequence — the only thing that mattered was preventing Trump from winning a second term in office.</p>
<p>&#8220;Let&#8217;s say Joe Biden, God forbid, dies in office,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Isn&#8217;t that still okay for the country? The country will survive it, but if Trump wins, the country will not survive it. That&#8217;s a fact.&#8221;</p>
