American Indie star Phoebe Bridgers shouted “F*** America” to the crowd during her concert at a festival in England on Friday in response to Roe v. Wade being overturned.

The 27-year-old singer walked out on stage at the music festival in Glastonbury and asked if there were any other Americans in the audience. She then went on an NSFW rant against America and the United States Supreme Court following the court’s 6-3 decision that overturns the landmark 1973 ruling as a result of the decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

The ruling recognizes that there is no constitutional right to an abortion and returns the issue to the states to pass abortion legislation, as The Daily Wire previously reported.

“I’m having, like, the s***tiest day,” Bridgers told the audience. “Like, are there any Americans here? Who wants to say f*** the Supreme Court on three? One, two, three — f*** the Supreme Court.”

“F*** that s***. F*** America,” she added. “Like, f*** you.”

The crowd cheered loudly, and the “Moon Song” hitmaker continued her rant.

“All these irrelevant, old motherf***ers trying to tell us what to do with our f***ing bodies.”

She then finally went back to playing her guitar and singing.

In May, the singer revealed in social media posts that she had an abortion while on tour last year, calling it “easy,” and said “everyone deserves” access in response to the leaked draft from the Supreme Court indicating the Roe v. Wade decision could be overturned.

“I had an abortion in October of last year while I was on tour,” the four-time Grammy nominee tweeted to her hundreds of thousands of followers.

“I went to Planned Parenthood where they gave me the abortion pill,” she added. “It was easy. Everyone deserves that kind of access.”

In October 2021, the indie singer also showed which side of the abortion argument she was on when she sent a message to Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) telling her fans that proceeds from her cover of “That Funny Feeling” would go to Texas Abortion Funds.

The comments came after Abbott had signed SB 8, which bans almost all abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected at around six weeks of pregnancy, as The Daily Wire previously reported.
