<p>Superstar Phoebe Bridgers told followers she recently got an abortion while on tour, calling it &#8220;easy&#8221; and said &#8220;everyone deserves&#8221; access in response to the leaked draft from the Supreme Court indicating the <em>Roe v. Wade</em> decision could be overturned.</p>
<p>The 27-year-old singer posted on her <a href="https://people.com/health/phoebe-bridgers-shares-that-she-had-an-abortion-in-october-everyone-deserves-that-kind-of-access/">Instagram Stories</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/phoebe_bridgers/status/1521582506801254400?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet">Twitter</a> Tuesday sharing what she experienced in October when she said she got &#8220;an abortion pill&#8221; after walking into a Planned Parenthood.</p>
<p>&#8220;I had an abortion in October of last year while I was on tour,&#8221; the four-time Grammy nominee tweeted to her hundreds of thousands of followers.</p>
<p>&#8220;I went to Planned Parenthood where they gave me the abortion pill,&#8221; she added. &#8220;It was easy. Everyone deserves that kind of access.&#8221;</p>
<p>Her post included an article from The Cut that provided a &#8220;list of places&#8221; where people &#8220;can donate to right now.&#8221;</p>

<p>The &#8220;Moon Song&#8221; hitmaker was at the 2022 Met Gala in New York City Monday night when reports surfaced of the leaked draft. She attended the annual event with her boyfriend, Paul Mescal, the outlet noted. Bridgers and Mescal have been romantically linked since 202o and the two made things <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CXT8ITIM11H/">Instagram official</a> in December 2021.</p>
<p>In October 2021, the singer also showed which side of the abortion argument she was on when she sent a message to Governor Gregg Abbott (R-TX) telling her fans that proceeds from her cover of That Funny Feeling would go to Texas Abortion Funds. Abbott had just signed SB 8, which bans almost all abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected at around six weeks of pregnancy, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/abbott-signs-heartbeat-bill-allowing-texans-to-sue-abortion-providers">reported</a> by the Daily Wire.</p>

<p>The last part of Schumer&#8217;s post was a reference to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh who she slammed and said was the reason she &#8220;got arrested&#8221; when she tried to stop him from being confirmed in 2018.</p>
