Jeremy’s Chocolate Sells Half A Million Chocolate Bars Within Days Of Launch

Jeremy’s Chocolate has sold more than half a million candy bars since launching late last week as an alternative to Hershey’s after the Pennsylvania chocolate maker’s woke commercial spotlighting transgenderism.

The business, which offers chocolates in two varieties, was created after Hershey’s rolled out an International Women’s Day marketing campaign that featured a man who identifies as a woman as one of its spokespersons. The stunt led Jeremy Boreing, co-CEO of The Daily Wire, to produce a candy line that wouldn’t kowtow to the Left’s views on gender.

“Fine, I’ll do it,” Boreing tweeted. “Introducing Jeremy’s Chocolate. Yes, it’s real. We have two kinds: HeHim and SheHer. One of them has nuts. If you need me to tell you which one, keep buying Hershey’s. But if you know what a woman is and love chocolate, go to:”

The milestone underscores consumers’ appetite for chocolate bars from a company that won’t serve up a side of woke virtue signaling. Within hours of the Friday launch, Jeremy’s Chocolate had sold 100,000 bars, and before the weekend was up, had sold more than 300,000. Now, the company has sold over 23 tons of chocolate.

“The people asked and we answered,” Boreing said. “Thanks to Jeremy’s Chocolate, you can stop eating chocolate that hates you. Harry’s Razors hates you; Disney hates you; and now Hershey’s hates you. As long as corporations and institutions across America continue to alienate half the country, The Daily Wire will continue building alternatives. Stop giving your money to woke chocolate companies that hate you.”

The Daily Wire also published an ad for Jeremy’s Chocolate featuring Boreing and Daily Wire stars Brett Cooper and Michael Knowles.


On Tuesday morning, Boreing plugged the chocolate line during a Fox News Channel appearance.

“Our entire enterprise at The Daily Wire is about building alternatives to all the institutions dominated by the woke Left – kids’ entertainment, razors, now chocolates,” Boreing told Fox & Friends. “We believe that corporate America is supposed to serve America. We’ve got a situation now in the country where the incentives for corporations have been misaligned. They live in a kind of fear of the woke Left and, as a result, they take for granted the rest of us will just keep giving our money to them because we don’t have another choice.”

“We want to give people those choices,” he added. “That’s what it’s really all about.”

The Daily Wire has built a reputation for big responses to woke corporations and institutions. In January 2021, the company signed Gina Carano to produce and star in “Terror on the Prairie” after she was canceled by Disney. And in March of last year, Boreing launched Jeremy’s Razors in response to Harry’s Razors publicly declaring they would pull ads from The Daily Wire in response to a Daily Wire host articulating traditional views on gender.
