Model Ireland Baldwin’s proud mom post mentioned boyfriend André Allen Anjos and her mom Kim Basinger, but left off her father Alec Baldwin shortly after the star omitted her from a recent tribute post to his children.
The 27-year-old model/actress finally shared a post on her Instagram after giving birth to her daughter Holland, and she revealed that her pregnancy wasn’t easy and thanked those who have been there for her, including her boyfriend’s parents. Baldwin gave birth on May 18.
“I haven’t really taken a moment to process all of this,” Baldwin’s post read. “I just wanted to write a message here for soon to be moms.”
“I really struggled in my pregnancy as many of us do … As someone who suffers tremendously from health anxiety, pregnancy shifted everything into overdrive,” she added, noting the ups and downs she went through, worrying about “everything.”
“I read countless pregnancy horror stories and watched negative birthing videos … and worried I wouldn’t make it through my delivery or something terrible would happen,” Baldwin continued.

But in the end, the model said her daughter was born and her “fears fled,” as she called her body “f***ing magic” after it “created life.”
“I would birth her 100 more times if I had to,” Baldwin said. “I couldn’t be more grateful for my partner’s parents and my mom who visited. My partner and I have taken this on together and we make an even better team than I imagined. I’ve never been more in love with him.”
It was the lack of Ireland’s father’s name in the post that got people’s attention after the “Saturday Night Live” star recently admitted he “forgot” to include his eldest daughter Ireland in his post about detailing all the reasons he has to “carry on.”
Baldwin initially took to his Instagram and shared a photo slideshow of his seven children with wife Hilaria Baldwin: daughters Carmen, 9, Lucia, 2, Ilaria, nearly 8 months, and sons Leonardo, 6, Rafael, 7, Romeo, 4, and Eduardo, 2. In the caption he wrote, “Seven reasons to carry on during some tough times. I’m not gonna lie, without my family, I don’t know what my life would be.”
Following criticism for leaving off his daughter, he made a second post that included a black-and-white photo of Ireland, whom he shares with his first wife Basinger.
