Biden Admin Failed To Deport Illegal Alien Accused Of Violent Child Rape After Judge Ordered It 2 Years Ago

An illegal alien accused of violently raping a young girl in New York City last week was ordered to be deported from the U.S. two years ago, but the Biden administration failed to remove him.

New York City police arrested 25-year-old illegal immigrant Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, from Ecuador, after residents beat him up and held him down until law enforcement arrived.

The New York Post reported that a federal immigration judge in the city ordered him to be deported in February 2022, according to sources at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The report said that Inga-Landi illegally crossed into the U.S. at Eagle Pass, Texas, in June 2021 as part of the unprecedented wave of illegal aliens pouring into the country under President Joe Biden.

Inga-Landi entered the U.S. with his alleged son and “was deemed ‘inadmissible’ by border agents because they lacked proper documentation to be in the U.S., but were released with the notice to appear in immigration court for ‘humanitarian’ reasons.”

Inga-Landi allegedly ambushed two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl, walking in a remote part of Kissena Park on Thursday afternoon. Armed with a “large machete-style knife,” the man allegedly forced the pair of teens off the path and tied their wrists together with shoe laces. He then molested the girl before stealing their phones and leaving the scene, according to police.

Residents beat Inga-Landi so badly that he hid under a car on the street to protect himself, according to video of the incident. CBS News reported that he got beaten up so severely that the police had to take him to the hospital before they could take him to jail.

The Queens rape suspect, Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, waived his Miranda rights and told police he had a drug problem and had never done anything like this before, NYPD Chief of Detectives Joe Kenny said.
