UFC President Dana White spoke about his friendship with former President Donald Trump on Thursday night during his speech at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
White said he received a call from Trump two weeks ago asking if he would be willing to speak at the event and that the former president was concerned about interrupting the time White spent with his family.
&#8220;He&#8217;s fighting for the future of this country and he&#8217;s concerned about interrupting my family trip. That&#8217;s the President Trump that I know. A man who truly cares about people,&#8221; he said. &#8220;The mainstream media likes to push the narrative that he doesn&#8217;t care about anyone but himself. I absolutely know that&#8217;s not the truth because I&#8217;ve been friends with this guy for 25 years. And for the people who know me, they&#8217;ll know this is true.&#8221;
&#8220;I&#8217;m in the tough guy business and this man is the toughest, most resilient human being that I&#8217;ve ever met in my life,&#8221; he later added. &#8220;The higher the stakes, the harder he fights and this guy never ever gives up. So what&#8217;s at stake here? The answer is in President Trump&#8217;s text and I quote &#8216;a fight for our country&#8217;.&#8221;
White said that Trump &#8220;is a proven leader, a fearless leader, and this country was in a much better place when he was in the Oval Office.&#8221;
He also called Trump &#8220;a real American bad*ss,&#8221; which comes just days after Trump was shot during an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in western Pennsylvania.

Taylor Wily, who starred in the remake of &#8220;Hawaii Five-O&#8221; and &#8220;Forgetting Sarah Marshall,&#8221; died on Thursday. He was 56 years old.
Wily’s death was confirmed on Hawaii&#8217;s KITV 4 Island News by musician Lina Girl Langi, one of his close friends.
&#8220;It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of a Hawaii celebrity who was also a family friend,&#8221; Langi said. &#8220;Taylor Wily, former wrestler, MMA fighter and actor passed away today in Hurricane, Utah.&#8221;
&#8220;He would look physically menacing until you just folded right into a hug, and that was it,&#8221; she added. &#8220;My heart is breaking.&#8221;
Michael J. Henderson, Wily&#8217;s manager, <a href="https://ew.com/taylor-wily-dead-hawaii-five-0-forgetting-sarah-marshall-8667237#:~:text=Taylor%20Wily%2C%20the%20Samoan%20actor,He%20was%2056.">told</a> Entertainment Weekly that he died from natural causes and no further details would be available at this time.
Wily, born Teila Tuli, was born in Hawaii in 1968 and started his career in the Japanese sport of sumo wrestling in the 1980s and had a successful run, becoming &#8220;the first foreign-born wrestler to win the championship in the third-highest Makushita division,&#8221; according to <a href="https://people.com/hawaii-five-0-actor-taylor-wily-dead-at-56-8667178">People</a>.
He later went on to fight in the first UFC fight in 1993, losing to UFC fighter Gerard Gordeau.

Despite his enormous size and previous career as a professional fighter, he was widely remembered by those who knew him as a &#8220;gentle giant.&#8221;
Wily appeared in seven episodes of the original &#8220;Magnum P.I.&#8221; and appeared in the 2008 romantic comedy “Forgetting Sarah Marshall.”
He is best known for his role as Kamekona on CBS&#8217;s remake of &#8220;Hawaii Five-O,&#8221; where he appeared in more than 170 episodes during the show&#8217;s 10-year run from 2010 to 2020.
“Hawaii Five-O” and “Magnum P.I.” executive producer Peter Lenkov posted on social media that he was &#8220;devastated&#8221; and &#8220;heartbroken&#8221; by the news.
“You came in with a towel on your head mopping up sweat, and I was smitten. You charmed me into making you a regular… on the show… and in my life. You were family. And I will miss you every day, brother,” he said in a follow-up post. “PS: when we spoke last week, we laughed at how right you were from Day 1. Five-0 was our dream job. And I was so lucky we got to share that magic together.”

Former President Donald Trump received thunderous applause at UFC 302 in New Jersey on Saturday night, one of his first public appearances since a New York jury convicted him of 34 felony counts.
Trump walked into the venue with Dana White, the president of UFC, to a standing ovation. He shook hands with attendees and greeted the judges before taking his seat.

UFC middleweight Kevin Holland, who snapped his opponent&#8217;s arm during his match, climbed out of the octagon after his win to talk to Trump.

&#8220;Dana White has done a great job,&#8221; Trump said. &#8220;I hope he doesn&#8217;t run for office against me. He&#8217;s done a fantastic job. It&#8217;s an easier business than politics.&#8221;

Spotify superstar <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/joe-rogan">Joe Rogan</a> is a man’s man in the classic sense of the phrase.
The comedian loves hunting, eating red meat, and combat sports. He’s been part of the UFC revolution for more than 20 years, providing color commentary for some of the sport’s biggest matches.
He looks as wide as he is tall, and it’s all muscle, not fat. So why does he attract so many female listeners?

No surprise there given the show’s content, Rogan’s personal interests, and the crush of male guests. He also curses like the proverbial sailor sans apology.
Yet <a href="https://variety.com/2024/digital/news/joe-rogan-renews-spotify-deal-not-exclusive-1235895424/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Variety’s announcement</a> of Rogan’s Spotify contract extension included this nugget:

Turns out women love Rogan, too. But why?

Rogan is unapologetically male at a time when pop culture suggests that’s off limits. So-called “toxic masculinity” must be called out and avoided at all costs.
That message got through to Rogan.
“It’s become a disparaged term, to be a man,” <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoE_VJ0UopM" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rogan said in an undated clip</a> from his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
“We are now around soft men and hard times. We’re in a time of ‘<a href="https://www.thedailystar.net/opinion/views/news/peterson-rogan-tate-the-cult-toxic-masculinity-3129491" target="_blank" rel="noopener">toxic masculinity’</a> where you can be toxically male,” he said <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5Za3RPE9uc" target="_blank" rel="noopener">in another talk</a> on the subject. “And if you’re suppressing masculinity, you’re going to bring on hard times.”
He dug deeper into the phrase last year with <a href="https://www.mediaite.com/podcasts/joe-rogan-goes-after-critics-who-believe-toxic-masculinity-is-an-indictment-of-all-men-thats-crazy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">“The Punisher” star Jon Bernthal</a>.

It’s not unlike how women swoon over the Taylor Swift/Travis Kelce courtship. The couple represents an old-school romance, the prettiest girl at the prom and the gridiron hero scoring touchdowns for his sweetie.
Podcaster Karol Markowicz noticed a recent viral moment when Kelce moved past a security guard to open a car door for his squeeze during a Big Apple date. The video swiftly got shared far and wide, with Markowicz noting how women swooned over his old-fashioned manners.
They’re playing out their gender roles to a T, sans apology. And so, too, is Rogan. Women reacted to Kelce’s Alpha Male move, much like they long for Rogan’s podcast brand.

When Cancel Culture came calling Rogan stood his ground. He apologized for using the N-word in the past, although never against a person of color in a derogatory way and carried on his show and career. The press piled on, too, shaping everything Rogan did or said as “controversial” or “problematic.” 
He ignored the attacks, understanding his fans didn’t believe the false narratives against him. Plus, he kept on challenging authority, promoting his professional and personal interests as if the woke mob never knocked on his door.
That’s courage in 21st-century America, and Rogan’s alpha male instincts served him well. Thus the new Spotify deal, reportedly worth up to $250 million.
Men appreciate Rogan as much for his content as his attitude toward their gender. He preaches discipline, much like Dr. Jordan B. Peterson, connecting with disaffected young males hungry for a father figure.
Alpha Males don’t wait for opportunities to knock on their door. They break the door down and make it happen.

Rogan is a mixed martial artist as well as a stand-up comic. That requires patience, discipline, and a dedication to one’s health that goes beyond what most people embrace.

Young men in particular won’t find many Alpha Male role models in pop culture. James Bond had to ride behind his female partner on a motorcycle in the most recent 007 affair, “No Time to Die.” Iconic male figures like Mad Max and He-Man now play second fiddle to strong, empowered female characters.
Male politicians like Gov. Gavin Newsom and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau hardly radiate Alpha Male energy. That leaves many men without a sense of purpose or identity. How many times must they see “the future is female” messages before they feel less than useful?
Rogan welcomes them with humor and tough love. That’s the Alpha Male approach, and it means the Spotify superstar will keep attracting both men and women to his signature showcase.

UFC president <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dana-white-tells-ufc-sponsor-go-f-yourself-when-asked-to-delete-social-media-post-about-trumphttps://www.dailywire.com/news/dana-white-tells-ufc-sponsor-go-f-yourself-when-asked-to-delete-social-media-post-about-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dana White</a> shut down a reporter over the weekend who questioned White about allowing his fighters — in this case, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ufc-fighter-delivers-a-masterclass-in-how-to-deal-with-the-media" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sean Strickland</a> — to speak their minds on hot-button topics, such as LGBT issues.
&#8220;You obviously give a long leash to your fighters about what they can say when they are up there with the UFC microphone, and you are getting into territory of homophobia, transphobia; like is there —,&#8221; the reporter started, before White interrupted him.
&#8220;I don’t give anybody a leash. A leash? Free speech,&#8221; White responded. &#8220;To control what people say? To tell people what to believe? I don’t tell any other f***ing human being what to say, what to think, and there’s no &#8216;leashes&#8217; on any of them.&#8221;
&#8220;What is your question?&#8221; White stated bluntly. The reporter answered timidly, &#8220;I was asking that question. I&#8217;ll move on though.&#8221;
&#8220;Yeah, probably a good idea,&#8221; White shot back. &#8220;That&#8217;s ridiculous to say I give somebody a &#8216;leash.&#8217; Free speech, brother. People can say whatever they want and they can believe whatever they want.&#8221;
White went on to illustrate his point that everyone can have their own views at the UFC, noting that two gay female fighters sat on a stage alongside Strickland following the fighter&#8217;s comments. &#8220;They could give a s*** what Sean Strickland thinks, or what he says, or what his beliefs are, or what his opinions are. Ya know what I mean?&#8221;

Strickland was asked before his weekend fight in Canada about a years-old social media post the reporter suggested was homophobic. Strickland, in turn, asked the reporter if he would be upset if his son were gay and therefore unable to give him biological grandchildren. The reporter said it would not matter to him, and Strickland responded, &#8220;Well then you’re a weak f***ing man. You’re part of the f***ing problem.&#8221;
&#8220;You elected Justin Trudeau,&#8221; the fighter continued, before referencing the nation&#8217;s draconian lockdown measures. &#8220;When he seized the bank accounts, like you’re just f***ing pathetic. The fact that you have no f***ing backbone and as he shut down your f***ing country and seized bank accounts, you ask me some stupid s*** like that.&#8221;
&#8220;Go f*** yourself,&#8221; Strickland said. &#8220;Move the f*** on man.&#8221;
The fighter later mentioned that transgenderism was considered a mental illness before it became a political football for the Left. &#8220;The world is not saying, &#8216;You&#8217;re right, chicks have d***s,&#8221; Strickland mocked. &#8220;The world is saying, &#8216;No, there are two genders.'&#8221;

It was just a few days ago that a Republican lawmaker from South Carolina named Nancy Mace <a href="https://www.facebook.com/MattWalshBlog/videos/im-embarrassed-by-this-moment-from-nancy-mace/253191271140537/">invoked</a> the invented concept of &#8220;white privilege&#8221; in a congressional hearing. She was supposedly trying to put Hunter Biden in his place by saying that he&#8217;s the beneficiary of &#8220;white privilege,&#8221; because he can ignore subpoenas without suffering any consequences. But as I explained on the show at the time, all Nancy Mace did was legitimize the Left&#8217;s framing, which is fundamentally anti-white and fraudulent. Hunter Biden does not benefit from his skin color. He benefits from the fact he&#8217;s the son of the president of the United States. Everyone knows that.
So all Nancy Mace accomplished was reinforcing a false narrative that demonizes millions of white people, and accuses them of having unearned privilege simply because they were born with a certain skin color. She also derailed the entire hearing by allowing Democrats like AOC to harp on their own personal definitions of &#8220;white privilege.&#8221;
As counterproductive and idiotic as Nancy Mace&#8217;s stunt was, it does need to be said that it wasn&#8217;t that surprising. Nancy Mace isn&#8217;t exactly a staunch, far-right conservative. She raised money for Liz Cheney, came out in support of the so-called &#8220;LGBTQ movement,&#8221; and voted to hold former Trump adviser Steve Bannon in contempt of Congress. This is the track record of someone you might expect to adopt the Left&#8217;s narrative on &#8220;white privilege,&#8221; because she&#8217;s adopted so many of the Left&#8217;s other narratives.
The much bigger issue is that Nancy Mace is just one example of a larger problem in the Republican Party — one that affects politicians we&#8217;re told are considerably smarter, and more right-of-center, than Nancy Mace.

Take Matt Gaetz, for example. Gaetz obviously doesn&#8217;t comply with the Left&#8217;s new speech codes. He publicly humiliated Mark Milley, who was the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff at the time, for teaching soldiers about &#8220;white rage.&#8221; He also led the effort to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy because he wasn&#8217;t sufficiently committed to the &#8220;America First&#8221; movement. All this is to say, Matt Gaetz is the last person you&#8217;d expect to pull a Nancy Mace and start adopting the Left&#8217;s framing on identity politics.
But this week, that&#8217;s exactly what Matt Gaetz did.
Appearing on Newsmax, Gaetz began talking about Donald Trump&#8217;s big win in the Iowa Caucuses. And he said that, based on his experience on the ground in Iowa, Trump is attracting more &#8220;diverse&#8221; voters, meaning voters who aren&#8217;t white. And Matt Gaetz presented this as a good thing. Here&#8217;s how he phrased it:

“For every Karen we lose, there’s a Julio and a Jamaal ready to sign up for the MAGA movement.” If we decode the language there, Matt Gaetz is saying that in the freezing tundra of Iowa, he apparently didn&#8217;t see a lot of white women. But he did see tons of Hispanics and black people coming out for Donald Trump. They were presumably waving their MAGA flags around in the blizzard conditions or whatever.
Even if you pretend that&#8217;s true, which it clearly isn&#8217;t, the language Matt Gaetz used in that clip tells you a lot. No Republican, Matt Gaetz included, would ever dream of speaking this way about black voters in the reverse. You aren&#8217;t going to hear Gaetz say of black voters who don&#8217;t vote Republican (which is the vast majority): &#8220;Oh we don&#8217;t need those Jamals. We&#8217;ve got plenty of white people to take their place.&#8221; He&#8217;s only going to talk like that about white women, or &#8220;Karens,&#8221; as he calls them.
Here is a Republican who is even considered (wrongly, I think) to be &#8220;far right&#8221; who has entirely adopted the Left&#8217;s anti-white rhetoric and racial double standards. That&#8217;s how pervasive this stuff is. He&#8217;s happy to attack &#8220;Karens,&#8221; but he&#8217;d never do the same in reverse, because then he&#8217;d be called a racist. And he can&#8217;t have that.
The other remarkable thing about this clip is how it inverts all of the conservative arguments we&#8217;ve been hearing for the past several years. We went from Democrats denying that the Great Replacement was happening, to admitting it and saying it&#8217;s good, to Republicans also agreeing that it&#8217;s good and advocating for a Great Replacement in their own party. But along with being objectionable, this is also politically suicidal. It actually isn&#8217;t at all even close to true that for every white female voter Republicans lose, they&#8217;re replacing her with a black voter. White women still support Republicans in far, far greater numbers than black males. It&#8217;s not even close. As Ann Coulter has pointed out many times, the <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2020/09/21/trump-white-voters-support-418420">only group</a> Trump lost ground with in 2020 was white people — specifically <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-support-demographics-white-men-exit-poll-1545144">white men</a>. And yet Republicans have apparently decided that the key to victory is to pander for the minority vote while alienating their key constituency.
Whatever explains this self-defeating embrace of identity politics among conservatives, it&#8217;s definitely catching on. It&#8217;s not just Nancy Mace and Matt Gaetz doing it. In that same hearing where Nancy Mace talked about &#8220;white privilege,&#8221; Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed that Hunter Biden was afraid of her because she&#8217;s a strong, independent woman. She actually said that, as if it was some kind of devastating insult. &#8220;He&#8217;s not afraid because he&#8217;s a criminal; he&#8217;s afraid because we&#8217;re girlbosses.&#8221; That&#8217;s the idea. It&#8217;s hard to think of a better way to torpedo the case against Hunter Biden than to use lines like this. When you have a strong case against someone, you don&#8217;t say they&#8217;re afraid because you&#8217;re a woman. You say they&#8217;re afraid because of the damning facts and evidence you&#8217;ve assembled. This is the exact opposite of what Republicans should have done in this hearing, but one after another, they did it. They kept commiting to these vapid displays of identity politics, over and over again.
And it&#8217;s not just confined to that one hearing, or to Matt Gaetz interviews. By now we&#8217;re all familiar at this point with Nikki Haley&#8217;s constant use of identity politics during this campaign. In case you somehow missed it, here&#8217;s a mercifully short clip to show you what I&#8217;m talking about:

Just like the remarks from Nancy Mace or Marjorie Taylor Greene or Matt Gaetz, this is totally indistinguishable from something AOC might say. It&#8217;s the most cliched form of gender politics imaginable. It&#8217;s not just stupid. It adopts the Left&#8217;s narrative that immutable characteristics — like skin color or gender — matter more than anything else. This is a narrative that has cost millions of people jobs, college admissions, contracting jobs, federal financial assistance, and so on. It has been a disaster for this country and it needs to stop. Instead of saying that, Republicans are embracing it. They&#8217;re reinforcing it at every opportunity.
Why is this happening? It&#8217;s possible that we&#8217;re seeing yet another cynical attempt to win over voters. Maybe that&#8217;s the explanation. But if that&#8217;s the case, it&#8217;s obviously a bad idea. You might remember that Donald Trump devoted years of his presidency to pushing something called &#8220;The First Step Act,&#8221; which Matt Gaetz promoted. The Trump team even ran a Super Bowl ad featuring a drug trafficker that Trump let out of prison. The idea, according to Trump&#8217;s inner circle, was to improve the GOP&#8217;s voting share among black Americans. Of course it didn&#8217;t work. Black voters in 2020 did what they&#8217;ve done in every modern election, which is vote overwhelmingly for Democrats. Trump got basically the same percentage of the black vote that George W. Bush did back in 2004. 
So if identity politics is a ploy for votes, it doesn&#8217;t seem likely to work. Identity politics from the Right doesn&#8217;t appear to convince anyone. But if you take a few steps back, it&#8217;s not hard to see that identity politics is just one part of a much larger problem among conservatives. Increasingly, conservatives are embracing the narratives of the Left, wholesale, even when they&#8217;re complete lies. We saw that when Nikki Haley mourned the death of George Floyd. She immediately bought the official narrative, and then she went on to say — as American cities were burning down — that George Floyd&#8217;s death needed to be &#8220;personal and painful for every American.&#8221; We also saw this from Mitt Romney, who marched with BLM, and even chanted their slogans. 
And just the other day, we saw something similar from Ron DeSantis at a CNN town hall. Watch as CNN&#8217;s Wolf Blitzer asks DeSantis a question that&#8217;s premised on a completely false narrative. And then notice that Ron DeSantis doesn&#8217;t push back at all:

He immediately assumes that CNN is telling the truth, when they were lying. Smearing innocent Texas who are defending this country and the border.

As Mike Cernovich pointed out on X, this is completely inexcusable. CNN is flat-out lying about what happened. And in response, maybe because no one briefed him on this, DeSantis just accepts the premise, which originated from the Biden White House, even though it was completely wrong. What happened is that the White House originally claimed that quote, &#8220;a woman and two children drowned near Eagle Pass, and Texas officials blocked U.S. Border Patrol from attempting to provide emergency assistance.” That was the report that millions of people heard from CBS News, which broadcast the narrative first.
But shortly afterwards, Joe Biden&#8217;s DOJ contradicted that version of events entirely. As Fox&#8217;s Bill Melugin pointed out, the DOJ made it clear that quote, &#8220;The migrants had already drowned at 8 p.m., and the Border Patrol didn’t inform Texas until an hour later at 9 p.m. &#8230; The DOJ now confirms, those migrants had been deceased for an hour before Texas was even alerted about it.&#8221;

So it&#8217;s just like the false claims that the Border Patrol had &#8220;whipped&#8221; illegal migrants, as Bill Melugin pointed out. The narrative is just a total lie, as the Biden administration itself admitted. But even after the DOJ admitted that, CNN asked Ron DeSantis about it on the debate stage. And everyone pretended it was true. It&#8217;s embarrassing for the DeSantis campaign, for CNN, and for everyone else involved in this moment. But even if the narrative were true — even if illegal migrants had died who could have been saved — it still wouldn&#8217;t mean anything. It would be one anecdote that doesn&#8217;t tell us anything about immigration policy more generally. But the point is that conservatives reflexively accept the version of events they&#8217;re given. They don&#8217;t define the narrative. They just play along with the narrative they&#8217;re given. The fact that it&#8217;s getting harder and harder to find exceptions to this rule is not a good sign for the modern conservative movement.
But the other day, we saw one of these rare exceptions, courtesy of UFC fighter Sean Strickland. Strickland is an American who just arrived in Toronto for the UFC fights this weekend. Here&#8217;s how he handled a member of the Canadian press, who tried to corner him with the same kind of dumb gotcha questions that you&#8217;ve heard a million times before. Watch:

How many conservative politicians could hold their ground in a situation like that, and affirm — in the face of an &#8220;ally&#8221; of the LBGTQIA+ community — that transgenderism is a mental illness? You could probably count the number on one hand, if that.
Notice how Sean Strickland doesn&#8217;t even remotely accept the premise of this hack&#8217;s questions. He doesn&#8217;t concede that he was wrong to speak his mind, or to think unapproved thoughts. Instead he immediately identifies the &#8220;reporter&#8221; as a propagandist and laughs in his face. And he reaffirms what he said before, because it&#8217;s what he believes is true. And then afterwards — at his second press conference in Toronto, after there had been a full media cycle about this, and Canada&#8217;s state press had labeled him a bigot — what did Sean Strickland do? You can hear the crowd loves it. At one point a guy runs up to the stage to shake his hand. So he doesn&#8217;t back down, and everyone in the audience recognizes that and appreciates it. He makes a mockery of the people who wanted him to cower and apologize — and there were a lot of them in Canada, particularly in the media. He makes it clear that hate speech isn&#8217;t real, which is bold to say in Canada, where transphobia can get you charged with a crime. There you have a UFC fighter who&#8217;s a more vocal supporter of freedom of speech than pretty much any conservative politician in America. You won&#8217;t find him talking about &#8220;white privilege&#8221; or &#8220;strong conservative women.&#8221; This is what resonates now.
If the Republican Party wants to win elections, this is the path it needs to take. If they reject the Left&#8217;s obsession with skin color and gender and homosexuality, then voters will respond. We don&#8217;t need another &#8220;First Step Act,&#8221; or any pandering to stereotypes like Julio and Jamaal. We need politicians who are capable of acting like normal people.
If a UFC fighter can do it, there&#8217;s no reason the leaders of the Republican Party can&#8217;t.

UFC CEO and President Dana White said he told one of the sponsors for his mixed martial arts organization to &#8220;go f*** yourself&#8221; when directed by the unnamed company to remove a post on his personal social media account that included former President Donald Trump.
&#8220;One of our big sponsors called and said, take that down,&#8221; White said during an <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWvLRcc_R4M" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a> with comedian and podcaster Theo Von. &#8220;You know what I said? Go f*** yourself.&#8221;
&#8220;You vote for whoever you want to vote for, and I&#8217;ll vote for whoever I want to vote for,&#8221; White continued. &#8220;That&#8217;s how this works. I don&#8217;t even care who you&#8217;re voting for. It&#8217;s none of my f***ing business. F*** you. Don&#8217;t ever f***ing call me and tell me who to vote for.&#8221;
White — a longtime friend and supporter of Trump — has made numerous public appearances with the former Republican president at UFC events. White even spoke on Trump&#8217;s behalf at the 2016 Republican National Convention before Trump won the presidential election.
White and Trump were most recently seen on November 11 at Madison Square Garden for UFC 295, walking alongside Kid Rock and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
If any UFC sponsors object to White&#8217;s longstanding friendship with Trump, the UFC owner said such companies would receive the same response.
&#8220;I&#8217;m at a point now in my life and my career where I want to be with people that I&#8217;m aligned with,&#8221; White said. &#8220;It&#8217;s not just about the money. It is about the money because it&#8217;s a sponsorship deal, but it&#8217;s not just [about the money]. I&#8217;m not going to take a bigger offer if it&#8217;s not something that I am aligned with and I don&#8217;t 100 percent believe in.
&#8220;When you do a sponsorship deal with somebody, you have to look deep into who they are and who&#8217;s running the company, who&#8217;s making the decisions, and are you aligned?&#8221;
&#8220;It&#8217;s like this whole Bud Light deal — people are talking s*** now, sellout and all this,&#8221; White said. &#8220;Believe me, I&#8217;m the furthest f***ing thing from a sellout. Bud Light is the right move for me.&#8221;

Trump also called Biden “corrupt” and “incompetent” and said the issues like immigration, crime, and the economy have become much worse under the Biden administration. Likely referencing recent accusations and the House <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/this-president-is-compromised-comer-says-biden-family-brokered-over-40m-worth-of-foreign-deals" target="_blank" rel="noopener">investigation</a> into the Biden family’s overseas business dealings, Trump claimed the president has “taken millions of dollars from other countries like China.”
“I don’t like doing the same word for two people,” Trump said regarding his “Crooked Hillary” nickname for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. “We’re using the word crooked for Joe Biden because Joe Biden is the most crooked president in the history of our country by a factor of hundreds. He’s a crook.” 
President Trump lost Nevada in <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/elections/2016/results/nevada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2016</a> and <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2020/11/03/us/elections/results-nevada.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2020</a> by less than three points but hasn&#8217;t written the state off for 2024.

UFC Irish fighter <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/conor-mcgregor" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Conor McGregor</a> has been accused of &#8220;violently&#8221; sexually assaulting a woman inside a men&#8217;s bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Florida last week during Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets.
The incident allegedly happened after the Nuggets defeated the Heat on June 9, according to demand letters sent to McGregor obtained by TMZ Sports.
In the letters, attorney Ariel Mitchell claims NBA and Miami Heat security aided the attack by separating the unnamed woman from her friend and forcing her into a restroom where McGregor and a personal security guard were waiting.
&#8220;Security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom,&#8221; Mitchell wrote, adding that McGregor allegedly appeared from inside a wheelchair-accessible stall &#8220;and shoved his tongue in the victim&#8217;s mouth and aggressively kissed her.&#8221;
The letters further stated the woman told the 34-year-old fighter she had to urinate, which helped remove him from her. However, the letters claim McGregor forced the woman to have oral sex with him, grabbed and pinned her against the bathroom wall, and attempted to &#8220;sodomize her.&#8221;
At that point, Mitchell wrote in the letters that the woman repeatedly elbowed the former UFC Featherweight and Lightweight Champion, which helped her escape. As the woman fled the scene, she allegedly left her purse that McGregor&#8217;s security guards &#8220;held hostage&#8221; until she pleaded for them to return the personal belonging to her.
Two days later, the woman allegedly reported the assault to local authorities on Sunday morning, who encouraged her to seek legal representation.
The Miami Police Department told <a href="https://twitter.com/TMZ/status/1669433258671591425?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ that an investigation</a> into the matter is ongoing.

Mitchell said the woman seeks settlements with the NBA, the Miami Heat, and McGregor.
Attorneys representing McGregor reportedly denied the allegations, adding that the mixed martial artist &#8220;will not be intimidated.&#8221;
Miami Heat officials on Thursday released a statement saying the basketball organization is aware of the allegations and would conduct a full investigation into the matter while the NBA is working with the team to gather more information.

UFC officials addressed the allegations and said they would also work to gather more information.
&#8220;The organization is aware of the recent allegations regarding Conor McGregor and will continue to gather additional details regarding the incident,&#8221; UFC said in a statement published by TSN <a href="https://twitter.com/aaronbronsteter/status/1669426790362669056" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reporter</a> Aaron Bronsteter. &#8220;UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements.&#8221;
McGregor faced <a href="https://www.cbssports.com/mma/news/conor-mcgregor-under-investigation-for-second-sexual-assault-accusation-per-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sexual assault allegations in 2019</a> after an Ireland woman claimed he assaulted her inside her vehicle outside a Dublin pub. In September 2020, authorities arrested the UFC fighter in Corsica on suspicion of attempted sexual assault and indecent exposure. He also faced a separate assault accusation in <a href="https://www.cbssports.com/mma/news/conor-mcgregor-denies-assault-allegations-from-woman-on-his-yacht-last-summer-in-ibiza/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">January 2023</a>.
The alleged incident occurred during the same NBA Finals game where McGregor participated in a halftime skit that sent the Heat&#8217;s mascot &#8220;Burnie&#8221; to the emergency room after he punched the person inside the costume multiple times while promoting his TIDL Sport recovery spray.
