WATCH: Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Hit Targets In Syria

On Friday, the United States launched strikes against Syria in conjunction with France, Britain, and Israel which resulted in a threat from Russia.

President Donald Trump announced the strikes against Syria, saying, “I ordered the United States armed forces to launch precision strikes on targets associated with the chemical weapon capabilities of Syrian dictator of Bashar al-Assad.”

CBS News reports that many of the targets, “in particular the air bases in some of the military installations,” have been hit.

Shortly after the strikes began, numerous social media users started to upload videos to Twitter of the strikes as they unfolded.
