Former NBC “Today” host Matt Lauer told actress Sandra Bullock in a creepy 2009 interview that he has seen her naked and that he had a nude photo of her as his screensaver.
Lauer, who was interviewing Bullock about her film “The Proposal,” began the interview by telling her that he has now seen her naked, the Daily Mail reported.
“It’s been two years since you’ve been here,” Lauer said. “The major thing that’s changed since I’ve seen you last? I have now seen you naked.”
“And I’m so sorry about that,” Bullock said as she cringed. “Were you able to sleep afterwards?”
“It’s now my screensaver,” Lauer responded in a creepy tone.
Bullock questioned where Lauer was looking as he made his comments — hinting that he was looking somewhere inappropriate.
NBC terminated Lauer this week immediately after sexual misconduct allegations surfaced.
Among other allegations, Lauer is accused of sexually assaulting an unnamed female staffer at NBC inside his office in 2001, The New York Times reports.
Another report from Page Six alleges that he is accused of sexting multiple NBC female staffers and interns.
