On Sunday, Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway blasted CNN’s Dana Bash on “State of the Union” after Bash brought up her husband’s tweets.
Bringing up tweets that Conway’s husband had deleted, Bash asked Conway, “What is up with your husband’s tweets?”
“It’s fascinating to me that CNN would go there, but it’s very good for the whole world to have just witnessed that it’s now fair game… how people’s spouses and significant others may differ with them… That should really be fun,” Conway responded.
“It has nothing to do with my spouse,” Conway continued. “You just brought him into this, so this ought to be fun moving forward.”
Conway noted that Bash asked her the question because she says Bash “meant to harass and embarrass” her.
