<p>On Monday night, after she won a well-deserved Emmy for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Maeve Millay in the drama series &#8220;Westworld,&#8221; actress Thandie Newton decided to go for the classic leftist daily double: deny God exists but then claim God is a woman. Grasping her Emmy, Newton blathered, &#8220;I don&#8217;t even believe in God, but I&#8217;m going to thank her tonight.&#8221; Continuing in that vein, Newton opined, &#8220;I am so blessed; I am so blessed. Without this I am even so f**king blessed.&#8221;</p>
<p>After the usual litany of thank you&#8217;s to her coworkers and producers, Newton paid tribute to her daughter, whose birthday it was, saying, &#8220;I get to guide you and love you and protect you, which is my North Star. I love you so much.&#8221;</p>
<p>Newton&#8217;s foray into metaphysics brought approval from some delighted with her perspective:</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">On Wednesday, a Louisiana immigration judge <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.njd.564334/gov.uscourts.njd.564334.378.0.pdf">ruled</a> that pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil can be deported to Syria or Algeria, saying the extension of time requested by his attorneys was denied.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“The order from the immigration judge, Jamee Comans, came despite a separate order in Khalil’s federal case in New Jersey blocking his deportation while that court considers Khalil’s legal argument that his detention and deportation are unlawful retaliation for his Palestinian advocacy,” <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2025/09/17/mahmoud-khalil-immigration-deportation-order-00569769">Politico</a> reported.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">In April, Comans <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-rules-columbias-pro-hamas-agitator-mahmoud-khalil-can-be-deported?utm_source=chatgpt.com">ruled</a> that Khalil – who was detained over his actions leading anti-Israel protests at Columbia University — could be deported, giving him until April 23 to appeal the decision.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Judge Comans cited the letter from the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, finding that Khalil’s presence in the United States had potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States, noting, “As previously found by this Court, the Immigration Judge lacks authority to question foreign policy determinations made by the U.S. Secretary of State.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Rubio had written that Khalil had led “antisemitic protests and disruptive activities, which fosters a hostile environment for Jewish students in the United States.” Khalil led American undergraduates at Columbia University in actions in support of Hamas after its October 7, 2023, attack. “He served as the negotiator on behalf of the occupying students with the university, pressuring the administration to accommodate student demands based on their illegal activity. He helped organize an illegal encampment on the campus that denied access to ‘Zionist’ students,” JNS <a href="applewebdata://187BEFC8-51EE-4818-A3C5-5F1D4D558027/v">noted</a>.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“The Court also takes into consideration, as a negative factor, the Respondent’s underlying fraud in the course of applying for adjustment of status,” the judge wrote, adding that Khalil “failed to disclose his involvement, association and participation with United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) and Columbia University Apartheid Divest (CUAD), on his Form I-485. Candid disclosures by the Respondent may have triggered the need for additional information and further processing, involving some degree of discretionary decision-making on the part of the USCIS adjudicator.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“The evidence shows the Respondent knew of the potential immigration consequences for his involvement in protests organized by varying organizations on campus, including CUAD,” Comans explained. “The Respondent was quoted in the news stating that he did not participate in the protests during this time because he was worried about the immigration consequences of his participation, specifically that he would lose his student visa. &#8230; The Court finds the Respondent’s lack of candor and purposeful failure to disclose complete information on the Form I-485 to be significant negative factors. His involvement, association, and participation with CUAD and UNRWA were such that the truth would predictably have disclosed other facts relevant to his qualifications.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Finally, there is no indication Congress ever intended an applicant to benefit from a waiver when the applicant willfully and intentionally fails to accurately report information in the post entry process of adjustment of status,” she pointed out. “The waiver was not designed to reward a lack of candor by applicants admitted as immigrant visa holders who then intentionally engage in dishonesty by misrepresenting facts in the application process to adjust status, post entry. A waiver under these conditions would render the application process meaningless and improperly shift the burden to demonstrate integrity of the information provided by the alien onto the United States government.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“This Court finds that Respondent’s lack of candor on his I-485 was not an oversight by an uninformed, uneducated applicant. This Court finds that the Respondent’s purposeful, non-disclosure was not a misrepresentation by another which imputed consequences to the Respondent. Rather, this Court finds that Respondent willfully misrepresented material fact(s) for the sole purpose of circumventing the immigration process and reducing the likelihood his application would be denied,” she continued.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“This Court cannot and will not condone such an action by granting a discretionary waiver. To do so, would encourage future applicants to take the gamble of materially misrepresenting facts and then seeking a waiver if it is somehow discovered by the U.S. government,” she contended. “The Respondent has failed to meet his burden of proof to establish he is eligible for the waiver, and in the alternative, the Respondent failed to meet his burden of proof to establish that he warrants a favorable exercise of discretion for a waiver under INA § 237(a)(1)(H). Therefore, the request for relief will be denied.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The judge concluded by ordering that Khalil’s application for asylum regarding Algeria was denied and that his applications for asylum regarding Syria were denied.</p>

Judge Orders Palestinian Activist Mahmoud Khalil Deported To Syria Or Algeria

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Critics are calling for the firing of ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel after he claimed the suspected assassin of Charlie Kirk was part of President Donald Trump’s MAGA movement.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel stated in his monologue Tuesday night.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“In between the finger-pointing, there was grieving,” he continued. “On Friday, the White House flew the flags at half-staff, which got some criticism, but on a human level, you can see how hard the president is taking this.”</p>

‘An Affront To Human Decency’: Kimmel Ripped For Falsely Claiming Suspected Kirk Assassin Was MAGA

<p style="font-weight: 400;">U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee pulled no punches on Tuesday while speaking with The Jerusalem Post at its Diplomatic Conference, declaring that European nations pushing a unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state “destroyed” the negotiations for the Israeli hostages held by the terrorist group Hamas in Gaza.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“I’ll tell you what destroyed the negotiations for the hostages was the European nations going and having this push for a unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state,” Huckabee asserted. “I can tell you that was very detrimental, and it destroyed negotiations.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“I can’t say we were close to some type of resolution because Hamas has never been close to a resolution, and people have to understand: Whatever they pretend that they’re for, they’re not at the moment in which they have to make the agreement,” he stressed. “The same people who did the barbaric, savage things on October 7 are the same people you’re expected to sit down and have a conversation and a negotiation with? Look at what they did on October 7. Good gosh, remember what they did?”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“These are not normal people,” he asserted. “These are not people that you deal with like you’re buying a car or you’re working out some trade agreement. These are horrible, savage people who did the most unspeakable things to other human beings, civilians, and so they don’t negotiate for hostages based on a moral code that we’re used to dealing with; Israel is used to dealing with. That’s not what we’re dealing with. And so, we all want the hostages home, and we want them home today. <p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="1295" data-end="1697">According to Greenfield, the company’s founding mission was never just about ice cream — it was always about being a “values-led” company that stood for “peace, justice, and human rights,” conveniently defined through the far-Left lens of modern identity politics. He went so far as to say that if Ben &amp; Jerry’s can’t be a platform for leftist causes, “then it wasn’t worth being a company at all.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="1699" data-end="2127">Greenfield’s resignation caps off years of ideological escalation at Ben &amp; Jerry’s. In 2021, the company tweeted that America’s policing system “can’t be reformed” and “must be dismantled” after the Daunte Wright shooting, calling the tragic incident a result of “white supremacy.” That same year, Ben &amp; Jerry’s partnered with Colin Kaepernick for the “Change the Whirled” flavor, directing proceeds to his radical anti-police foundation.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="2558" data-end="2990">Ben &amp; Jerry’s has also been a persistent critic of Israel, going so far as to cease operations in what they called “Occupied Palestinian Territory,” parroting BDS-style rhetoric. Employees have reportedly been subjected to video lectures from anti-Israel activists, including Omar Shakir, a known BDS promoter expelled from Israel, who falsely accused the Jewish state of apartheid while downplaying terrorist aggression from Hamas.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="2992" data-end="3205">The company’s descent into full-scale activism included introducing flavors called “Justice Remix’d” and “Pecan Resist,” each an homage to far-Left causes such as criminal justice reform and resistance to the Trump administration.</p>

Ben & Jerry’s Radical Co-Founder Quits After Unilever Muzzles His Leftist Activism

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Amid the furor over Charlie Kirk’s assassination, claims have been made in the attempt to &#8220;both sides&#8221; political violence that the man who attacked Pennsylvania Democrat governor Josh Shapiro’s home was a Trump supporter.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Shapiro himself, responding to the anger from President Donald Trump after the Kirk assassination, wrote, “No one party is immune from political violence. My family and I can attest to that.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Violence transcends party lines — and the way to address it and have true peaceful debate is for leaders to speak and act with moral clarity. That needs to start with the President,” Shapiro said.</p>
<p>But the evidence available suggests that Shapiro&#8217;s attacker, Cody Balmer, is almost certainly not an example of right-wing violence.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Balmer had declared “himself a “socialist” in social media accounts <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/04/14/us-news/cody-balmer-suspected-josh-shapiro-arsonist-pictured/">expressing a range of far-left beliefs</a>,” The New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/04/14/opinion/josh-shapiro-survives-fire-assassination-attemptthe-left-must-own-the-culture-of-political-violence-it-created/?utm_campaign=iphone_nyp&amp;utm_source=pasteboard_app">pointed out</a>, adding, “Balmer also shared multiple left-wing anti-capitalist posts on his Facebook.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">According to a search warrant, the motivation for Balmer&#8217;s hatred of Shapiro was rooted in the Jewish governor&#8217;s <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2025/04/16/arson-attack-shapiro-palestine-motive/83113218007/">support for Israel</a>.</p>
<p>After Balmer set the fire at Shapiro’s home, he reportedly <a href="https://www.fox43.com/article/news/local/dauphin-county/county-officials-release-cody-balmer-911-call-shapiro-residence-attack/521-593ceb32-d9af-4692-860e-d623e77b5ce7">called 911</a>, declaring he “&#8230;will not take part in his (Shapiro&#8217;s) plans for what he wants to do to the Palestinian people&#8230; he needs to stop having my friends killed.” District Attorney Fran Chardo <a href="applewebdata://26D98909-A91F-46CC-A43A-4774AD366721/v">stated</a>, “We will use the statement [by Balmer] regarding Palestine as evidence the defendant targeted the Governor because he is Jewish. We allege that this was a hate crime.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“His posts express opposition to former President Joe Biden, President Donald Trump, the GOP and the Democratic Party. He also posted memes critical of the COVID-19 pandemic response, suggesting that the media and government overreacted and taking pride in disobeying lockdown orders,” News From The States <a href="https://www.newsfromthestates.com/article/plagued-legal-woes-alleged-shapiro-attacker-espoused-murky-political-views?utm_source=chatgpt.com">reported</a>.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Although his brother <a href="https://www.spotlightpa.org/news/2025/04/pennsylvania-governor-mansion-arson-attack-mental-health-shapiro/">claimed</a> that he tried to convince everyone in his family to vote for Trump in 2024, Balmer <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/investigations/2025/04/14/who-cody-balmer-harrisburg-pa-arson-shapiro/83079845007/">said</a> of politicians, “I don&#8217;t play favorites especially since they all suck.” His family also <a href="https://www.spotlightpa.org/news/2025/04/pennsylvania-governor-mansion-arson-attack-mental-health-shapiro/">said he had mental illness issues</a> and would not take his medication.</p>

<p>None of these facts have stopped the media from labeling the attack on Shapiro right-wing violence.</p>
<p>Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” in listing attacks by members of the Right on political figures, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGzT8Zyzb80">limned</a> Shapiro’s attacker as from the Right as Scarborough included Shapiro in his list, saying, “This followed Josh Shapiro having his home, an attempted arson, trying to burn down his home with his wife and his children sleeping inside of it. His goal, he admitted, was to burn the house down, find the Democratic governor of the state of Pennsylvania, and then beat him to death with a hammer.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Don Lemon <a href="https://x.com/DeplorableWench/status/1967585901539926253">stated</a>, “The man who targeted the home of Democratic governor Josh Shapiro &#8230; was a Trump supporter.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Other voices on social media made <a href="https://x.com/TheRickyDavila/status/1911808208722936004">claims</a> such as, “The terrorist attack on Governor Josh Shapiro’s residence wasn’t random, it was a MAGA lunatic who was radicalized by hate and propaganda online.”</p>

No, The Attack On Democrat Josh Shapiro’s House Is Not An Example Of ‘MAGA’ Violence

<p style="font-weight: 400;">The Muslim mayor of Dearborn, Michigan — which has a large Muslim population — told a local Christian man that he was <a href="https://www.themidwesterner.news/2025/09/dearborn-muslim-mayor-unleashes-on-christian-resident-at-city-meeting-you-are-not-welcome-here/">not welcome in the city</a> after the man questioned the city honoring a Muslim journalist who has reportedly praised the terrorist group Hezbollah.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The confrontation occurred at a Dearborn city council meeting, when Christian resident Ted Barham voiced his opposition to renaming Warren Avenue after local Arab American journalist Osama Siblani. Barham cited the journalist’s history of praising Hezbollah, a U.S.-designated as a terrorist organization, and expressing anti-Israel sentiments.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Rather than engaging with these concerns, Hammoud delivered a sharp message: “Although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here.” The mayor reportedly added that the day Barham moves out of the city would be marked by a celebratory parade.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Siblani, who arrived in the U.S. in 1976 and founded The Arab American News, has publicly glorified Hezbollah and openly wished harm on Israel, even threatening to send Israeli Jews “back to Poland,” according to MEMRI. During a 2024 rally in Dearborn, when chants of “death to Israel” filled the air, Siblani assured the crowd that Hezbollah would “take care of the job,” a likely euphemism for violent eradication of the Jewish state.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Siblani has repeatedly emphasized the importance of bolstering the influence of those who support his views on U.S. politics,&#8221; MEMRI <a href="https://www.memri.org/reports/delegation-middle-east-michigan-governor-gretchen-whitmer-includes-dearborn-michigan">reported</a>, &#8220;In November 2023, Siblani boasted that Muslims are <a href="https://www.memri.org/tv/deraborn-michigan-palestine-rally-adam-abusalah-biden-cancer-mayor-abdullah-hammoud-resistance">on the road to a great victory in D.C. and Palestine</a>, and that the White House and Washington are full of ‘bloodthirsty killers’ who need to be ‘cleaned out.’ In May 2024, <a href="https://www.memri.org/tv/michigan-based-editor-arab-american-news-osama-siblani-on-way-white-house-congress">he said</a>: ‘I can very confidently tell you that we are on the road to the White House, to Congress, to the decision-making everywhere in the United States.’”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Siblani remains a celebrated figure among local officials, including Hammoud, who honored him alongside other political leaders at the street sign ceremony. Meanwhile, Barham was publicly labeled an “Islamophobe,” with the mayor accusing him of bigotry based on a 2019 YouTube video that a subsequent review found contained no derogatory remarks about Islam.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">As The Detroit Free Press <a href="https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/wayne/2025/09/12/mayor-abdullah-hammoud-dearborn-resident-not-welcome-osama-siblani-signs/86107427007/">noted</a>:</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Michigan&#8217;s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, rumored to be eyeing a 2028 presidential run, along with other Democrats like Rep. Debbie Dingell, have not taken a stance on the decision to rename the street for Siblani, or the attack on Barham for opposing it.</p>
<p>The Michigan city of Dearborn now has a majority Arab population.</p>
