The former Navy SEAL-turned-senator lit up Fox News Monday, delivering a <a href="https://x.com/LindseyGrahamSC/status/2069056911312343190">scorching</a> message about Tehran&#8217;s regime without diplomatic fluff. Sheehy, who fought in both Iraq and Afghanistan, isn&#8217;t buying the mullahs&#8217; charm offensive for a single second.
&#8220;This is a murderous regime that doesn&#8217;t want a deal,&#8221; Sheehy declared flatly. &#8220;They don&#8217;t want $6 gasoline. They don&#8217;t want the Straits to be open. They want you and your family and all of us to be killed.&#8221;
Sheehy&#8217;s assessment was clear: Iran isn&#8217;t negotiating. It&#8217;s stalling, using a classic &#8220;rope-a-dope&#8221; designed to run out the clock on Trump&#8217;s presidency.
&#8220;They want to buy time,&#8221; Sheehy warned. &#8220;They want to buy as much time as they can because President Trump&#8217;s the only president who&#8217;s ever actually gone after them head to head.&#8221;
Sheehy is not like the typical armchair hawks on Capitol Hill — he is a combat veteran who watched Iran fund the insurgencies that killed his brothers in arms. When host Brian Kilmeade floated the theory that Tehran is playing the political calendar, Sheehy didn&#8217;t hesitate: &#8220;You&#8217;re 100 percent right.&#8221;
The senator also torched the idea of Qatar and Pakistan serving as neutral middlemen in any deal. &#8220;Qatar&#8217;s been laundering money for terrorist organizations for decades,&#8221; he said bluntly. &#8220;The Pakistanis, through ISI, funded insurgencies against us and hid bin Laden.&#8221;
He asserted America&#8217;s real allies remain Israel, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, full stop. &#8220;When you look at who&#8217;s been by our side through thick and thin, no matter what, throughout the region for decades, it&#8217;s been Israel, UAE, and, of course, Saudi Arabia as well.&#8221;
Sheehy also pushed back on those worried about long-term foreign entanglements: &#8220;What&#8217;s worse than a forever war in the Middle East is a forever war right here on our streets, just down the road, 9/11.&#8221;
He&#8217;s been consistent on this for months. Back in January, Sheehy <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/take-out-the-trash-gop-senator-urges-u-s-support-for-overthrowing-irans-terror-regime?utm_source=chatgpt.com">compared</a> the Iranian regime to &#8220;a hobo on LSD with a knife in the street&#8221; and called on the U.S. to help Iran&#8217;s own people &#8220;take out the trash.&#8221;

An Australian court has handed a stunning legal lifeline to two nurses who were caught on video bragging they would kill Israeli patients — ruling the damning footage <a href="https://www.thenewdaily.com.au/news/2026/06/23/nurses-anti-israel-video">can&#8217;t be used</a> against them at trial.
Sydney&#8217;s Downing Centre District Court Judge Michael McHugh dealt a potentially fatal blow to the prosecution Tuesday, tossing the viral video of Ahmad Nadir, 28, and Sarah Abu Lebdeh, 27, because it was recorded without their consent.
&#8220;I&#8217;ve come to the firm view that the video evidence must be excluded from each of the trials of the applicants,&#8221; McHugh ruled.
The footage — which sparked international outrage when it surfaced in February 2025 — showed the pair making chilling threats during a random online chat with Israeli influencer Max Veifer on ChatRoulette while working a night shift at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital in southwest Sydney.
In the video, Abu Lebdeh declared: &#8220;I won&#8217;t treat them, I will kill them,&#8221; when asked about Israeli patients. Veifer pressed her: &#8220;You&#8217;ll kill them? So if an Israeli is in Australia and God forbid something happened to him and he comes to your hospital, would you kill him?&#8221;
Nadir answered by making a throat-slitting gesture, then said: &#8220;You have no idea how many Israelis came to this hospital and —&#8221; before trailing off. He also told Veifer: &#8220;I am so upset that you are Israeli, eventually you are going to get killed,&#8221; and boasted he had sent many Israeli patients to hell.

Nadir later tried to walk it back, <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/australia-nurses-video-israeli-influencer-max-veifer-antisemitism/">telling</a> the Sydney Daily Telegraph it was &#8220;a joke, a misunderstanding.&#8221;
The judge acknowledged the obvious outrageousness of what was said — calling the nurses&#8217; alleged statements &#8220;at the very least likely highly disturbing to right-minded people&#8221; — but tossed the evidence anyway, citing both the privacy violation and the footage&#8217;s already-massive spread across social media and news outlets worldwide.
Prosecutors had argued the random, public nature of ChatRoulette meant the nurses had no reasonable expectation of privacy. &#8220;Not all private conversations are created equal,&#8221; Crown prosecutor Justin Hannebery KC said.
The pair, who pleaded not guilty, are still scheduled to face trial August 31. Both were fired and suspended indefinitely from practicing nursing anywhere in Australia after the video went viral.
Without the footage, the prosecution&#8217;s case faces an uncertain road ahead.

Then, Starmer&#8217;s government surrendered British territory to Mauritius for $46 billion in what critics called a stunning act of national self-harm. A Jewish student was <a href="https://www.jpost.com/diaspora/antisemitism/article-899834#google_vignette">choked and strangled</a> by a classmate in a December 2025 antisemitic attack at a Boulder, Colorado, middle school, and a federal civil rights complaint has <a href="https://www.adl.org/resources/press-release/adl-files-title-vi-complaint-against-colorado-school-district-alleging">just been filed</a> alleging the district failed to adequately protect him, according to documents submitted to the U.S. Department of Education&#8217;s Office for Civil Rights.
The <a href="https://www.adl.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/2026-06/title-vi-complaint-boulder-valley-school-district-6-15-26-redacted.pdf">complaint</a>, filed last week by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) on behalf of the student and his family, alleges that Boulder Valley School District failed in its legal obligations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination based on national origin and has been interpreted to cover antisemitic harassment in schools receiving federal funding.
According to the filing, the student — identified only as Student A to protect his safety and privacy — was physically assaulted at Southern Hills Middle School by a peer who targeted him because he is Jewish. The complaint states:

The harassment began with antisemitic remarks directed at Student A on the soccer field by classmates. As described further below, it escalated rapidly to include verbal slurs (including repeated use of the word “kike” directed at Student A), threats (including of gun violence), and Nazi salutes in 2024, and progressed to repeated physical assaults (including strangulation), antisemitic taunting in the lunch line, after school and in class (including organization of a game called “Jew touch tag” in PE, in which Jews are chased), and Holocaust-related mockery (including a student telling Student A in math class, “at least my grandma didn’t spend 8 years in hiding,” and asking Student A, “do you get scared when someone raises their hand?” and “do you get scared when someone counts to nine?”). 
The most violent incident occurred on December 15, 2025, when a classmate fashioned a Chromebook charging cord into a lasso, threw it around Student A’s neck without warning or provocation, and dragged Student A backward from a chair while calling Student A a “stupid kike” — conduct so severe it resulted in a police report. &#8230;
That incident was followed by a February 26, 2026, incident in which a former friend of Student A threatened to bring his father’s gun to school to shoot people and then stated in Student A’s Spanish class that “Hitler should have killed all the Jews when he had the chance”; a March 2026 assault in which a fellow student punched and kicked Student A multiple times; and an April 2026 incident in which a fellow student approached Student A while Student A was playing basketball alone at recess and spat in Student A’s face. </blockquote>
The ADL says the family notified school officials and district administrators each time they learned of incidents involving Student A, and they are prepared to provide email records corroborating those notifications.
Particularly troubling, the complaint alleges, is that a teacher who was present during the assault told a Boulder Police Department detective that she did not report the attack to school administrators. That admission is contained in a police report attached to the federal filing.
The district did conduct a bullying investigation, with a report dated December 15, 2025, and one student believed responsible received what was described as a week-long suspension — though the complainants say they are uncertain whether that student actually served the full suspension.
A second police report related to a separate incident has also been requested by the complainants, but as of the filing date they had not yet received a copy from the Boulder Police Department.
The complaint further cites the district&#8217;s own policies — including Boulder Valley School District policy governing student conduct — arguing that the school&#8217;s response fell short of its own stated standards, let alone federal civil rights requirements.
The filing comes amid a national surge in reported antisemitic incidents, including in K-12 schools. Civil rights advocates say physical assaults targeting Jewish students remain underreported and under-disciplined, and that schools have a binding legal obligation to respond meaningfully when harassment rises to the level of a hostile environment.

Maine Senate Democratic hopeful Graham Platner is taking fresh heat after a buried online post revealed he once branded all police officers &#8220;opportunistic cowards&#8221; — the latest in a parade of scandals that have plagued his bid to unseat incumbent Republican Sen. Susan Collins.
The since-deleted Reddit screed, unearthed by <a href="https://themainemonitor.org/platner-reddit-comments/">The Maine Monitor</a>, dates to June 2020, when Platner — then 35 and posting under the handle &#8220;P-Hustle&#8221; — fired off a rant mocking the Hancock County Sheriff&#8217;s Department for requesting riot equipment during the height of Black Lives Matter unrest. Rather than engage seriously with the request, Platner ridiculed the deputies as &#8220;overweight pansies&#8221; too soft to handle &#8220;George Stevens Academy sophomores and aging hippies&#8221; without taxpayer-funded gear. Then came the kicker: &#8220;Cops are opportunistic cowards.&#8221;
Retired federal special agent and Maine state Rep. Donald Ardell expressed his anger. &#8220;It just shows a complete lack of understanding of the way law enforcement operates,&#8221; the Maine Republican told <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dem-senate-hopeful-under-fire-resurfaced-comments-calling-cops-opportunistic-cowards">Fox News</a>. &#8220;They have to be prepared for eventualities.&#8221;
That same month, Platner blasted a Maine police chief as &#8220;thin blue line trash&#8221; for refusing to take a knee alongside Floyd protesters. He also endorsed the slogan &#8220;all cops are bastards&#8221; — later reported by <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2025/10/16/politics/kfile-graham-platner-maine-senate-candidate-deleted-reddit-posts">CNN</a> — and questioned in 2021 whether corruption runs through the entire law enforcement profession.
Ardell, who says current and former colleagues are &#8220;disgusted&#8221; by Platner&#8217;s remarks, summed it up bluntly: &#8220;It&#8217;s a series of consistent bad decisions, and it seems to be continuing.&#8221;
The cop commentary is just one item on a lengthening rap sheet of controversy for the self-described &#8220;oyster farmer&#8221; and far-Left populist. Platner&#8217;s Reddit history — spanning nearly a decade before he scrubbed it upon launching his campaign — also includes him calling himself a &#8220;communist&#8221; and &#8220;socialist,&#8221; mocking rural white voters as &#8220;racist&#8221; and &#8220;stupid,&#8221; and making cruel remarks about a teenage girl&#8217;s suicide attempt.
His personal life hasn&#8217;t fared much better under scrutiny. His campaign admitted he sent sexually explicit texts to at least half a dozen women while married. He <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/see-it-graham-platner-has-active-profile-on-predators-paradise-messaging-app">maintained a profile</a> on Kik — a messaging app critics call a &#8220;predator&#8217;s paradise&#8221; — and has struggled to explain why ex-girlfriends knew about his Nazi-linked tattoo years before he claims he learned of its significance himself.
Platner has insisted his online posts were jokes, dismissing them as &#8220;sh*tposting.&#8221; He&#8217;s attributed some remarks to PTSD from military deployments.
Ardell isn&#8217;t buying the rehabilitation narrative.
&#8220;This is not a guy that has a skeleton in the closet,&#8221; the lawmaker said. &#8220;This is a guy that has a whole graveyard.&#8221;

The memorandum of understanding signed Wednesday by President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2026/06/17/middleeast/us-iran-war-mou-text-intl">explicitly declares</a> &#8220;the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon,&#8221; with both parties pledging to &#8220;refrain from the threat or use of force against each other.&#8221; Hezbollah is an ally of Iran and fought alongside Iranian forces in the current war — making its continued attacks a direct challenge to Tehran&#8217;s commitments under the deal.
Trump signaled his expectations on Thursday in a social media post, writing: &#8220;We expect a complete Ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Israel.&#8221; Within hours, four Israeli soldiers were dead.
Ministers in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu&#8217;s government called for intensifying strikes against Hezbollah following Friday&#8217;s deaths. Friday&#8217;s strike did not come out of nowhere. It is the latest episode in a campaign of violence that Hezbollah has sustained across multiple ceasefires and diplomatic agreements.
Hezbollah opened its current front against Israel on October 8, 2023 — the day after Hamas&#8217;s massacre — firing rockets and guided missiles at Israeli border communities in what it called solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza. What began as sporadic fire escalated into one of the most sustained cross-border bombardments in the history of the Israel-Hezbollah conflict.
By the time a ceasefire halted major fighting on November 27, 2024, Hezbollah had <a href="https://israel-alma.org/summary-of-war-data-israel-northern-arena-2023-2024/">carried out</a> 5,185 documented attack waves against Israel — firing over 10,000 rockets, and deploying anti-tank missiles, suicide drones, and air defense systems. The deadliest single strike of that phase killed 12 children and teenagers on a soccer field in the Druze village of Majdal Shams on July 27, 2024. October 2024 alone saw 1,158 attacks — the most intense single month of the conflict.
Since a new ceasefire took effect on April 17, 2026, Hezbollah has carried out 975 documented attack waves — 745 targeting IDF forces operating inside Lebanon and 230 directed at Israeli territory itself. Seventeen IDF soldiers and one Israeli civilian have been killed during that ceasefire period alone, according to the Alma Research and Education Center, which tracks attacks on Israel&#8217;s northern front.
Neither the April ceasefire nor a subsequent Statement of Principles issued June 3 slowed Hezbollah&#8217;s operational tempo. In the <a href="https://israel-alma.org/weekly-report-hezbollah-attacks-against-israel-june-1-7-2026/">first seven days</a> of June alone, Hezbollah launched 198 attack waves, including 93 rocket and missile barrages against IDF forces and 30 strikes at Israeli territory.
Friday&#8217;s killing of four soldiers — coming within 48 hours of a U.S.-Iran agreement committing both sides and their allies to permanent cessation of hostilities — suggests that whatever Tehran agreed to in Versailles, its proxy Hezbollah, as always, has no intention of holding to it.

An organization that poses as conservative and is rallying opposition to artificial intelligence infrastructure is using a leftist network to set up protests against AI data centers.
Humans First burst onto the scene recently with an announcement that it would stage simultaneous demonstrations in more than a dozen cities this summer, targeting what it characterizes as the reckless proliferation of AI data centers. The group&#8217;s chair, Amy Kremer — a veteran of the Tea Party era and a figure who played a prominent role in events surrounding January 6, 2021 — has cast the effort as a bottom-up conservative revolt against a Washington establishment that has surrendered to Silicon Valley&#8217;s interests.
&#8220;I was one of the earliest leaders of the Tea Party movement in 2009, and I can tell you that the disconnect between the elites and the base that gave rise to the Tea Party movement can be seen today in the battle over AI data centers,&#8221; Kremer said, according to <a href="https://www.axios.com/2026/06/18/conservatives-protest-ai-data-centers?utm_campaign=mrf-utm_campaign=editorial&amp;utm_source=x&amp;utm_medium=owned_social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;mrfcid=202606186a32afd2479a3d090dbfe8d2">Axios</a>.
The populist packaging is familiar. The contents are something else entirely.

Key figures within Humans First come from the leftist movement&#8217;s activist core — one prominent organizer spent years working on climate campaigns as part of the Sunrise Movement, a group defined by its <a href="https://www.sunrisemovement.org/movement-updates/to-win-on-climate-we-must-crush-fascism/">virulent opposition</a> to the Trump administration.
Another senior figure heading the group&#8217;s Left-leaning outreach worked to turn out voters for Kamala Harris&#8217; presidential bid. Humans First has acknowledged the mixed composition, describing itself as nonpartisan — a significant walk-back from its &#8220;America First AI policy&#8221; positioning.
More telling than its membership, however, is the digital infrastructure undergirding the operation. An oversight on the group&#8217;s own website — an uncensored privacy policy — exposed its use of Action Network, a platform that <a href="https://actionnetwork.org/groups/left-action#:~:text=Action%20Network%20is%20an%20open,unlawful%20or%20other%20improper%20action.">markets itself</a> explicitly as a tool for building &#8220;progressive&#8221; political power, as pointed out by Capital Research Center investigator Parker Thayer.

The service limits access to causes aligned with the political Left and is widely understood as a fundraising and organizing backbone for leftist nonprofits, analogous to what ActBlue is for Democratic campaigns. It is difficult to imagine a genuinely right-leaning organization either choosing or qualifying to use it.
The protests themselves — focused on concerns like water consumption, energy use, local noise, and the national security implications of sprawling data infrastructure — are issues that have historically animated environmentalists and Left-leaning community groups more than Republican voters.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth stressed on Thursday that the deal made to end the war in Iran was &#8220;born of strength of American action,&#8221; and said the Pentagon is &#8220;ready to go&#8221; if President Donald Trump decides to restart the war.
Hegseth, a hard-liner on Iran, said that this negotiation is different from past negotiations because of the military action taken against the Iranian regime.
“One key difference between this agreement and others is this was born of strength of American action,&#8221; Hegseth said. &#8220;JCPOA came from a bunch of begging and talking — this agreement came after months of bombing and a blockade that was impenetrable.”

Hegseth also echoed the lines previously promulgated from senior administration officials, saying the MOU is &#8220;all performance-based&#8221; and &#8220;all conditions-based,&#8221; promising a &#8220;verify, verify, verify&#8221; approach he explicitly contrasted with the Obama-era nuclear deal.

The MOU, however, is vague on the conditions of a deal, with senior administration officials and the president saying that a lot of what has been promised by Iran isn&#8217;t explicitly written.

Move over, Texas — the Lone Star State&#8217;s got a Senate candidate who can&#8217;t cut the apron strings.
James Talarico, the 37-year-old Democratic pol running against Attorney General Ken Paxton for Senate, has exactly one checking account to his name — and he shares it with his mother, The Washington Free Beacon <a href="https://freebeacon.com/democrats/texass-james-talarico-37-shares-his-only-checking-account-with-his-mom/">reports</a>.
That&#8217;s right, Mama Talarico is a joint account holder on her grown son&#8217;s Wells Fargo account, which holds somewhere between $15,000 and $50,000, according to financial disclosures. When a reporter asked his campaign why a nearly 40-year-old man needs Mommy on his bank account, they didn&#8217;t bother responding.
Some things are too embarrassing even for spin doctors.
The financial umbilical cord runs even deeper. Back when Talarico was a ripe 32 years old, his parents literally paid for him to move — filing a campaign disclosure showing an in-kind contribution of $1,437.84 for &#8220;moving expenses.&#8221; Mom and Dad also pumped $5,000 each into his state rep campaign that same year. And in a head-scratching twist, Talarico — who bought a $400,000 Austin home in 2022 — still lists his parents&#8217; address as his business address in official filings. Apparently, the family home is more than just where Mom co-signs the checks.
To be fair, Talarico does earn something — the Texas House pays its members a princely $7,200 a year. He&#8217;s supplemented that poverty wage through consulting work with MAYA Consulting, a DEI firm that helped school districts craft diversity plans during the height of Black Lives Matter. He reportedly pocketed around $80,000 from the firm in 2025.
Tofu doesn&#8217;t pay for itself.
Speaking of tofu — that&#8217;s another headache for the would-be senator. A resurfaced video shows Talarico proudly declaring his 2022 campaign &#8220;a non-meat campaign,&#8221; boasting that they&#8217;d only order from vegan restaurants as the only &#8220;moral thing to do&#8221; because eating meat is an &#8220;existential&#8221; climate threat. Paxton&#8217;s camp has gleefully dubbed him &#8220;Tofu Talarico,&#8221; and even President Trump piled on: &#8220;You can&#8217;t get elected as a vegan in Texas.&#8221; The DNC frantically posted a photo of Talarico <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/james-talarico-keeps-denying-the-vegan-label-video-suggests-otherwise">gnawing on barbecue</a>.
Damage control never smelled so smoky.
Then there&#8217;s the ideological whiplash. Talarico — who <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/james-talarico-wants-to-rebrand-as-a-moderate-but-we-have-the-receipts">once voted</a> against banning transgender surgeries for minors and gushed that &#8220;trans children&#8221; were what he loved most in the world — now suddenly claims he opposes gender reassignment surgery for kids. He&#8217;s also reinventing himself as a &#8220;border security Democrat&#8221; after previously demanding ICE agents be banned from wearing masks and calling deportations &#8220;terrorism.&#8221;
The rebrand is breathtaking in its cynicism. As American Principles Project president Terry Schilling put it: &#8220;He’s just been too much of a radical during his time in the Texas legislature.&#8221;
Mama Talarico marched in &#8220;No Kings&#8221; protests and joined her son on the campaign trail — including an appearance on The View.
But Texas voters may have a simple question come November: if Talarico can&#8217;t manage his own checking account solo at 37, why should they hand him a Senate seat?

A young Iranian woman who sang without a hijab at a desert concert has been <a href="https://www.en-hrana.org/singer-parastoo-ahmadi-and-members-of-the-caravanserai-concert-team-sentenced-to-flogging-and-ban-on-artistic-work/">sentenced to 74 lashes</a>, a human rights group reported on Thursday. The brutal punishment, which exposes the Iranian regime&#8217;s blood-soaked reality, was reported the day after Tehran inked a deal with Washington.
Parastoo Ahmadi, a 28-year-old singer and film school graduate from Nowshahr, was sentenced by a Qom court to flogging, a two-year travel ban, and a two-year prohibition on performing. Her crime: livestreaming a concert on YouTube from the historic Deir Gachin Caravanserai in December 2024, performing without a hijab to no audience — just a camera and her voice. Eight musicians and crew members were sentenced alongside her, all convicted of &#8220;offending public decency.&#8221;
Ahmadi is no stranger to defiance. During Iran&#8217;s 2022 uprising, she shot to prominence with a stirring rendition of &#8220;From the Blood of the Youth of the Homeland,&#8221; becoming a symbol of the resistance. Now she faces the lash for singing folk songs.

Three teenagers, two of them 17, reportedly have death sentences upheld by Iran&#8217;s Supreme Court in violation of international law.
&#8220;The use of the death penalty as a political tool on this scale has not been seen since the 1980s,&#8221; said researcher Esfandiar Aban of the Center for Human Rights in Iran.
At the G7 this week, shortly after agreeing to a memorandum of understanding with Iran, President Trump <a href="https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/trump-claims-i-never-cared-about-regime-change-in-iran-current-leaders-are-strong-smart/">suggested</a> that he&#8217;s getting along with Iranian counterparts.

Prominent dissident Masih Alinejad disagreed with Trump&#8217;s assessment.
&#8220;One day after the U.S. signed a deal with the Islamic Republic, the regime handed Parastoo Ahmadi 74 lashes for singing on YouTube,&#8221; she wrote. &#8220;A woman&#8217;s voice scared them more than any superpower ever could.
