WATCH: Multiple Cartel Gun Battles Break Out At Texas Border

Two new videos were released on Monday that showed separate incidents of gun battles taking place just south of the Texas border between rival Mexican drug cartels.

The first video, released by journalists Ildefonso Ortiz and Brandon Darby, show part of a gunfight that took place just outside the Reynosa-Pharr International Bridge near Pharr, Texas.

The video shows panicked travelers parking their car in front of the offices of the Reynosa-Pharr International Bridge and running inside for cover.

The second video, released by the Cartel Chronicles project, shows a much more intense gun battle from footage leaked by the cartels.

The gun battle is reported to have taken place last weekend just south of the Santa Ana Wildlife Refuge in Texas.
