<p>Governor <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/tim-walz" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tim Walz</a> (D-MN) revealed the strange nickname he uses on his phone for Vice President Kamala Harris, who chose him to be her running mate on the 2024 Democratic ticket.</p>
<p>Walz made the revelation during a Monday appearance on &#8220;Jimmy Kimmel Live!&#8221; prompted by a discussion about the fact that he had initially missed her call on the day she asked him to join her in the presidential race.</p>

<p>&#8220;And then is she in your contacts now so that doesn&#8217;t happen again?&#8221; Kimmel asked, referencing the missed call situation.</p>
<p>&#8220;She is, yes, she is,&#8221; Walz replied, but Kimmel did not just leave it at that.</p>
<p>&#8220;How — may I ask how you have vice president listed in your contacts?&#8221; Kimmel pressed.</p>
<p>Walz closed his eyes for a split second, then replied, &#8220;It&#8217;s my dry cleaner.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s what it says,&#8221; Walz continued, laughing too.</p>
<p>&#8220;Is it really?&#8221; Kimmel asked, and Walz nodded his head. &#8220;Is that right?&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Yeah, so —&#8221; Walz tried to explain.</p>
<p>&#8220;My dry cleaner,&#8221; Kimmel repeated, prompting more laughter.</p>
<p>&#8220;They told me to come up with something,&#8221; Walz shrugged, adding, &#8220;And that was all I could think of.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Well, you&#8217;re probably going to have to change it now,&#8221; Kimmel joked, and Walz agreed — but Kimmel wasn&#8217;t quite ready to let the bit go. &#8220;But then what happens if your dry cleaner needs to get in touch with you? You&#8217;re not going to be —&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t think that far ahead on that,&#8221; Walz admitted.</p>
<p>Kimmel was not finished with the laundry references, however, and wrapped up the interview with what he claimed was the highest compliment he could think of to give: &#8220;Honestly, and I can come up with no higher compliment than this, but you seem to me like the kind of guy who cleans the lint out of the dryer after every use.&#8221;</p>
