Prince Andrew, the disgraced Duke of York and son of Queen Elizabeth II, was allegedly involved in a romantic relationship with convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell around the same time he was photographed with the woman currently accusing him of sexual assault.

Multiple sources said that Maxwell and Prince Andrew were allegedly dating because of the easy access Maxwell had to Buckingham Palace, according to previews of the documentary “Ghislaine, Prince Andrew and the Pedophile,” produced by British television station ITV.

Former palace guard Paul Page said that Maxwell first became a regular visitor in 2001. “From the way she was allowed to enter and exit the palace at will, we realized… suspected, that she may have had an intimate relationship with Prince Andrew,” Page told the documentary. “A colleague of mine remembered her coming in four times in one day from the morning till the evening – she kept coming in and out, in and out.”

One of Maxwell’s university friends, banker Euan Rellie, also concluded that Maxwell and Andrew had an intimate relationship. He told the documentary, via the U.K. Telegraph, that he was once invited to a dinner party for Maxwell’s “friend Prince Andrew.”

“She described Andrew as being her friend, not Jeffrey [Epstein],” Rellie said.

“I got the sense that Prince Andrew and Ghislaine had probably been girlfriend and boyfriend in the past. They had an easy warmth around each other.”

The documentary also shows ITV presenter Ranvir Singh calling a cell phone number that was one of a number of contacts listed under Prince Andrew’s name in Epstein and Maxwell’s “little black book.”

“I’m afraid I have not been quick enough to get to the phone before it went off to take your message. If you do have a message, please leave it and I will get back to you as soon as I can,” says a voicemail message from the cell phone.

“Hello … I think this might be Prince Andrew,” Singh said in the documentary, via The New York Post. “We found your number in the little black book and we’d like to have a chat with you,” she said to the voice mail.

“I mean, that sounded like Prince Andrew’s voice,” she said after hanging up.

Prince Andrew is currently facing a civil trial over allegations that he sexually abused former Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre when she was under the age of 18, as previously reported by The Daily Wire. Giuffre claims that Epstein sex-trafficked her to Andrew in 2001. She also claims a photo taken of her and Prince Andrew, with Maxwell in the background, was taken at the time she was being abused by him. Andrew previously tried to have the case dismissed, citing the previously-secret 2009 settlement between Giuffre and Epstein, but the settlement made no mention of him, and a federal judge in the Southern District of New York ruled that the trial was allowed to proceed.

The Queen of England stripped Andrew of his military titles and Royal patronages last week, as the trial is ongoing.
