Twitter finally took down a video posted by transgender activist and singer Faye Fadem with a “death threat” against J.K. Rowling after initially deciding it didn’t violate the site’s “safety policies.”

Fadem, who releases music under the name “Trust Fund Ozu,” posted a music video on April 1 in part directed at the famed “Harry Potter” author with the lyrics, “As I kill (Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminists)” and “J.K. I hope you fit in a hearse,” reported the New York Post in a piece published Monday.

Actor James Dreyfuss, known for his work in “Notting Hill,” called the video to Twitter’s attention and shared the response he said he got back from the social media site that it hadn’t violated the site’s “safety policies.”

“Surprise, Surprise!” Dreyfuss tweeted. “So, death threats=Good. Saying ‘women are women’=Bad. @Twitter @TwitterSupport. Congratulations. You’ve hit rock bottom. Seek help.night all. X.”

“After viewing the available information, we want to let you know that TrustFundOzu hasn’t broken our safety policies,” the message from Twitter read according to Dreyfus. “We know this isn’t the answer you’re looking for. If this account breaks our policies in the future, we’ll notify you.”

“This one doing numbers with the transphobes,” Fadem tweeted quote tweeting the video which was removed. “Getting off twitter for the day.”

Rowling also responded on Twitter to the video calling for her death and shared with her 14 million followers that she had to give it a shout-out for it’s 90s look.

“I’m afraid I can’t give a shout out to everyone promising to murder me – there are so many of you, and I’m a busy woman – but this one deserves a mention for the nineties rave vibe, @TrustFundOzu,” the famed author wrote.

As previously reported by the Daily Wire, Rowling recently slammed a new transgender bill in Scotland that would lower the age at which a person can legally change their gender to from 18 to 16, a move she said will hurt “the most vulnerable” women in our society.

The First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, introduced a Gender Recognition Reform Bill that allows a trans person to legally change their gender and receive a new birth certificate with their gender on it through easier means than before, reported Variety in a piece published Tuesday.

“The law Nicola Sturgeon’s trying to pass in Scotland will harm the most vulnerable women in society: those seeking help after male violence/rape and incarcerated women,” the 56-year-old author of the “Harry Potter” franchise tweeted to her 13.9 million followers.

Rowling, who has often been the target of trans-rights activists because of her unwavering defense of biological women’s rights and protections, went on to note that the women who were already most at-risk would be further damaged if that bill were to pass.
