<p>President-elect <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a> said during an interview that aired over the weekend that the first executive orders he will sign immediately upon taking office will deal with the border and the economy.</p>
<p>Trump made the remarks about signing &#8220;a lot&#8221; of executive orders during a Sunday interview with NBC News&#8217; Kristen Welker on &#8220;Meet The Press.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Well, a lot of it will have to do with economics,&#8221; he said. &#8220;A lot&#8217;s going to have to do with energy. A lot&#8217;s having to do with the border. We&#8217;re going to immediately strengthen up the border and do a real job. And some of the basics.&#8221;</p>
