<p>Former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a> took a very different tone when he took the stage at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to formally accept the 2024 Republican nomination.</p>
<p>Delivering on his promise to promote unity, Trump said that he wanted to win the presidency for all Americans — and that there was &#8220;no victory in winning&#8221; if it was only for half the country.</p>

<p>Trump followed with a detailed account of his Saturday rally in Pennsylvania, which was cut short when a would-be assassin opened fire and shot him in the ear, killing firefighter Corey Comperatore and wounding at least two others.</p>
