<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kim-kardashian">Kim Kardashian</a>&#8216;s boyfriend, comedian <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/pete-davidson">Pete Davidson</a>, opened up about trying to be as &#8220;good of a dude&#8221; as possible because his dream is to have a kid and be a father.</p>
<p>In a clip posted Tuesday from an upcoming episode of Kevin Hart&#8217;s show &#8220;Hart to Heart,&#8221; the 28-year-old former &#8220;Saturday Night Live&#8221; star talked about his childhood, which he described as &#8220;not great&#8221; after his father died when he was young. Davidson&#8217;s dad was a New York City firefighter who died at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.</p>
<p>&#8220;Dad passed early. Single mom. New sister,&#8221; Davidson shared. &#8220;Just did not handle it great. It was just like a f***ing nightmare.&#8221;</p>
<p>The former SNL star has been dating the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kim-kardashian-says-pete-davidson-got-her-name-branded-on-his-chest-like-a-scar">41-year-old </a> <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/ive-chosen-myself-kim-kardashian-proclaims-in-vogue-interview-amid-divorce-and-parenting-disputes-with-kanye-west">reality star</a> following her split from her ex-husband <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/kanye-west">Kanye West</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;My favorite thing ever, which I have yet to achieve, I wanna have a kid,&#8221; Davidson told Hart. &#8220;That&#8217;s like my dream. It&#8217;s like, super corny.&#8221;</p>
<p>The host told him it wasn&#8217;t and said being a father is &#8220;the best godd*** thing you could do in life.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;It would be so fun. Dress up the little dude,&#8221; Davidson explained. &#8220;I&#8217;m so excited for like that chapter. That&#8217;s kind of what I&#8217;m just preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a dude, develop and get better so when that happens it&#8217;s just easier.&#8221;</p>
<p>In February 2021, Kardashian filed for divorce from West after nearly seven years together. Kardashian and Davidson were rumored to be <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/03/09/kim-kardashian-i-talk-about-dating-pete-davidson-on-hulu-show/">spending time</a> together as far back as October 2021. Kardashian&#8217;s divorce became official in November and finally, she <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kim-kardashian-promises-to-spill-details-about-her-relationship-with-pete-davidson-in-upcoming-series">confirmed</a> her new relationship in March 2022. The &#8220;Keeping Up with the Kardashians&#8221; star and West share four kids.</p>
<p>On Monday, the trailer for the second season of &#8220;The Kardashians&#8221; <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9GQupPnzOM">dropped</a>, and in it, we see Davidson and the reality star together after he was basically non-existent in the first season of the Hulu reality show.</p>
<p>In the trailer, Kardashian asks Davidson, &#8220;Babe, do you want to shower with me really quick?&#8221; He is then seen dropping everything and running off after her.</p>
