<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/germany" target="_blank" rel="noopener">German</a> officials said that the man suspected of carrying out what is believed to be a terrorist attack on a Christmas market on Friday night was from Saudi Arabia.</p>

<p>Germany&#8217;s Bild newspaper said that the suspect drove through nearly 400 yards through a Christmas market in Magdeburg.</p>
<p>The suspect was allegedly not on German law enforcement&#8217;s radar as an Islamic extremist prior to the attack, Bild said.</p>
<p>German media reported that up to 80 people were injured and at least 5 were killed during the gruesome attack, which was caught on video.</p>
