<p>Black Lives Matter activist <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/shaun-king">Shaun King</a> is already back on Twitter after what appears to have been an hours-long deletion of his account.</p>
<p>The race-hustler wasn&#8217;t throwing a hissy fit over Tesla founder <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/elon-musk">Elon Musk</a> taking over the social media platform, he claims, but took his account offline because he was receiving &#8220;death threats.&#8221;</p>
<p>King has not posted any screenshots of the alleged death threats.</p>
<p>&#8220;I didn’t delete my account,&#8221; King wrote in a response to conservative Jack Posobiec. &#8220;You literally made that up.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I was getting death threats and hack attempts from your buddies who stormed the Capitol and had to make it more secure,&#8221; King claimed. &#8220;I’m right here. And you are a a [sic] white supremacist.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Receipts are right here Talcum X,&#8221; the conservative added, tacking on a screenshot of the offline account.</p>

<p>King on Monday seemed to have deleted the Twitter account, even if temporarily, after he accused Musk of buying Twitter to advance &#8220;white power.&#8221; Many online took a screenshot of the offline Twitter account.</p>

<p>“At its root, [Elon Musk] wanting to purchase Twitter is not about left vs right,” King accused Musk, hours before the account went offline. “It’s about white power.”</p>
<p>“The man was raised in Apartheid by a white nationalist,” he continued. “He’s upset that Twitter won’t allow white nationalists to target/harass people. That’s his definition of free speech.”</p>
<p>“Elon Musk has openly called himself a ‘free speech absolutist’ and said that he wants to create a space where anything can be said about anyone,” the activist claimed. “That’s why white nationalists are giddy today. Here on Twitter and other platforms that I track daily. It’s dangerous.”</p>
<p>Twitter on Monday announced an agreement to be acquired by Musk for $54.20 per share in a deal valued at $44 billion, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/breaking-twitter-announces-deal-with-elon-musk">The Daily Wire</a> reported.</p>
<p>“Under the terms of the agreement, Twitter stockholders will receive <span class="xn-money">$54.20</span>in cash for each share of Twitter common stock that they own upon closing of the proposed transaction,” the platform announced. “The purchase price represents a 38% premium to Twitter’s closing stock price on <span class="xn-chron">April 1, 2022</span>, which was the last trading day before Mr. Musk disclosed his approximately 9% stake in Twitter.”</p>
