San Diego County Board Of Supervisors Votes To Back Trump Action Against CA Sanctuary City Laws

On Tuesday, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, which represents over three million people, voted to support a Trump administration lawsuit targeting a California law limiting police collaboration with U.S. immigration agents.

That decision followed Monday night’s decision from the Orange County community of Los Alamitos to approve an ordinance that would exempt the city from the sanctuary law on the grounds it is unconstitutional. Los Alamitos can exempt itself because it is a charter city.
