Rose, who typically dresses as female but identifies as &#8220;gender fluid,&#8221; was <a href="https://www.glamour.com/story/ruby-rose-quit-twitter-after-getting-bullied-about-her-batwoman-casting">cast as the first openly gay superhero to headline a network television show</a> last week, making entertainment &#8212; and comic book &#8212; history.
