By  Hank Berrien

A man who is the president of a children’s charity was arrested in Vallejo, California, on Tuesday after he arranged to meet an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl for sex.

Bryan Rosenthal, 45, president of the Cann-I-Dream Foundation, which was founded in 2014, was accused of sending the agent explicit photographs and text messages. When police checked his phone, they found similar conversations with other children.

Cann-I-Dream’s mission statement said it functioned to “make a better life for our children, thus creating a world full of abundance, love, and hope for our future.” The charity’s Linkedin page states it was dedicated to “ethical fundraising.”

Rosenthal was booked on charges of arranging a meeting with a minor for sexual contact, going to an arranged meeting with a minor for sexual contact, sending harmful material to a minor, communication with a minor for the purpose of engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior, possession of child pornography and producing child pornography, as the Daily Mail reported.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported the San Francisco Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit started investigating Rosenthal in early September.

Rosenthal has claimed he is the CEO of a cannabis-product testing lab called Levi Laboratories.
