<p>A new book titled, &#8220;Obama: An Oral History,&#8221; reveals that former President Barack Obama&#8217;s 2008 campaign manager and senior advisor David Plouffe said the Obama Administration wanted to raise the profile of Donald Trump so that he would become the &#8220;identity&#8221; of the Republican Party.</p>
