<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/megyn-kelly">Megyn Kelly</a> has gone viral with her seven-word response to a video of trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney complaining about being labeled a man by some news outlets.</p>
<p>The host of the&#8221;The Megyn Kelly Show&#8221; <a href="https://twitter.com/megynkelly/status/1651756940370821121?s=20">tweeted</a> on Friday to her 2.7 million followers her thoughts after Mulvaney claimed it should be &#8220;illegal&#8221; to use &#8220;he&#8221; to describe the influencer.</p>
<p>&#8220;Move to Canada Dylan,&#8221; Kelly wrote. &#8220;You&#8217;ll love it.&#8221;</p>

<p>Kelly&#8217;s Canada comment appears to refer to a Canadian court&#8217;s <a href="https://coolhunting.com/culture/canadian-court-rules-misgendering-is-a-human-rights-violation/">ruling</a> from 2021 that stated deliberate misgendering in the workplace is a human rights violation. The court found that doing so violates British Columbia&#8217;s Human Rights Act. While violating the rule will not result in arrest, the CBC <a href="https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/b-c-server-who-was-fired-after-asking-to-be-addressed-by-correct-pronouns-awarded-30k-1.6194662">noted</a>, it could result in thousands of dollars in fines and forced inclusion training.</p>
<p>At the time of publication, the former Fox News host&#8217;s post had been viewed 1.3 million times and counting.</p>
<p>Kelly&#8217;s post included a tweet from Daily Wire host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/author/matt-walsh">Matt Walsh</a> who responded to Mulvaney&#8217;s video.</p>
<p>&#8220;Dylan Mulvaney calls for the arrest of people who call him a man,&#8221; Walsh tweeted to his 1.7 million followers. &#8220;Do you still think I&#8217;ve been too mean to this guy?&#8221;</p>

<p>“Like, the articles written about me using ‘he’ pronouns and calling me a man over and over again, I feel like that should be illegal. I don’t know, that’s just bad journalism,&#8221; Mulvaney said in an October 2022 video that is being widely shared on Twitter.</p>

<p>Mulvaney <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/dylan-mulvaney-addresses-followers-for-first-time-since-bud-light-controversy">addressed</a> fans for the first time since the TikTok star&#8217;s partnership with Bud Light ignited a firestorm of controversy in a Thursday video.</p>
<p>&#8220;A lot has been said about me. Some of which is so far from my truth that I was like hearing my name and I didn&#8217;t know who they were talking about sometimes,&#8221; the influencer said. &#8220;It was so loud that I didn&#8217;t even feel part of the conversation so I decided to take the backseat.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;But this time it&#8217;s from other adults,&#8221; Mulvaney added. &#8220;And if they&#8217;re going to accuse me of anything it should be that I&#8217;m a theater person and that I&#8217;m camp. But this is just my personality and it always has been.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;What I&#8217;m struggling to understand is the need to dehumanize and to be cruel,&#8221; the activist continued. &#8220;Dehumanization has never fixed anything in history.&#8221;</p>
