<p>The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/florida">Florida</a> magistrate judge who <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-who-repped-epstein-cronies-reportedly-signed-off-on-trump-raid">reportedly</a> signed off on the FBI’s raid of former <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump">President Donald Trump’</a>s home allegedly disparaged the former president and shared &#8220;woke&#8221; content on what appears to be his personal <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/facebook">Facebook page</a>.</p>
<p>Josiah Lippincott, a Hillsdale College Van Adel Graduate School of Statesmanship Ph.D. candidate and writer, <a href="https://lippincott.substack.com/p/the-judge-who-signed-off-on-the-mar?utm_source=facebook&amp;sd=pf&amp;fbclid=IwAR3c1sx9ybnhCQ3icJJLtIJGSVekZN3eV7u3d9ow1HkgOLlAWhfMWvZtmgw">first reported</a> that Bruce Reinhart — the suspected judge who approved the raid of Mar-a-Lago — apparently denigrated then-president-elect Trump in 2017 via Facebook.</p>
<p>In a Facebook post screenshotted by Lippincott and reviewed by The Daily Wire, Reinhart <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BruceReinhart/posts/pfbid02ZYUKZpkBnspycQAZQwUSPfe1GKWEMY8hUneWZhLbzANAA3a7ES4MBGcmegLmNyREl">wrote</a>, &#8220;I generally ignore the President-elect&#8217;s tweets, but not this one. John Lewis arguably has done more to &#8216;make America great&#8217; than any living citizen.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Last August, I took my son to the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma so he could understand the kind of courage and sacrifice required to live in a democratic society. John Lewis embodies that spirit,&#8221; he added. &#8220;Although I&#8217;ve never met him, he is one of my heroes.&#8221;</p>
<p>In 2017, Trump <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2017/01/14/politics/john-lewis-donald-trump">tweeted</a>, &#8220;Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results. All talk, talk, talk &#8211; no action or results. Sad.&#8221; Lewis represented Georgia&#8217;s 5th district from 1987 until his death in 2020.</p>
<p>&#8220;Thank you, Robert Reich, for saying what many of us feel, &#8216;John Lewis is the conscience of America. Donald Trump doesn’t have the moral stature to kiss John Lewis’s feet,’” Reinhart added. &#8220;Or, as Joseph Welch said to Joseph McCarthy, &#8216;At long last, have you left no sense of decency?’”</p>
<p>Likewise, Reinhart shared Facebook posts that indicate he is the magistrate judge in question. In March 2018, he shared a screenshot of an announcement from former Governor Rick Scott (R-FL) announcing the appointment of Carolyn Bell to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court.</p>

She will be a phenomenal judge,&#8221; Reinhart <a href="https://www.facebook.com/BruceReinhart/posts/pfbid02bSECijtneF6gYXAoJjoHSqY94JxEWygwv9y2r73pSSvQk8wJUUtVoq7iKoUbbzWEl">shared</a>. &#8220;The citizens of Palm Beach County and the State of Florida are blessed and lucky to have her. Thanks to everyone who supported her candidacy, and a special thanks to Governor Rick Scott and his team for placing their confidence in her.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to a document from <a href="https://www.palmbeachbar.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Judge-Carolyn-Bell.pdf">PalmBeachBar.org</a>, &#8220;A fun fact about Judge Bell is that coincidentally, her husband, Judge Bruce Reinhart, was sworn in as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida in the same week Governor Rick Scott appointed her to the Circuit Court bench.&#8221;</p>
<p>In March 2018, he was elevated to a magistrate judge, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-who-repped-epstein-cronies-reportedly-signed-off-on-trump-raid">according</a> to the New York Post.</p>
<p>His Facebook page also links to the website, <a href="http://www.brucereinhartlaw.com">www.brucereinhartlaw.com</a>. He also <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10212477850494564&amp;set=pb.1631235312.-2207520000..&amp;type=3">posted</a> a picture of a man holding Golden Double Stuf Oreos and a bottle of Early Times Kentucky Bourbon Strait Whisky who bears a striking resemblance to Reinhart based on media photos.</p>
<p>As pointed out by Lippincott, &#8220;Reinhart also shared a post in October of 2017 from a facebook group called &#8216;WokeFolks&#8217; explaining white privilege, using the metaphor of running a race with different starting lines.&#8221;</p>

<p>On Tuesday, sources <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/08/09/judge-who-approved-fbi-raid-on-mar-a-lago-once-linked-to-jeffrey-epstein/">told</a> the New York Post that Reinhart approved the search warrant that authorized the raid of the former president’s home. That judge had previously represented convicted sex offender and pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s employees who had received immunity in the investigation of Epstein’s sex trafficking, <a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/article214210674.html">according</a> to the Miami Herald.</p>
<p>Reinhart reportedly resigned from the South Florida U.S. Attorney’s Office on January 1, 2008, and the next day went to represent the Epstein employees. He told the Miami Herald that he represented Epstein’s pilots, Epstein’s scheduler Sarah Kellen, and Epstein’s reported “Yugoslavian sex slave” Nadia Marcinkova.</p>

<p>He would later be named in the 2011 Crime Victims’ Rights Act lawsuit, accusing him of violating DOJ policies through the job change in the midst of the Epstein investigation, according to the Herald.</p>
<p>Reinhart <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/judge-who-repped-epstein-cronies-reportedly-signed-off-on-trump-raid">denied</a> this allegation, claiming he “never learned any confidential, non-public information about the Epstein matter,” according to the Herald, and denying that he participated in the Epstein case while at the South Florida U.S. Attorney’s Office.</p>
<p>His former colleagues contradicted this in a 2013 court filing that said Reinhart had learned “confidential, non-public information about the Epstein matter,” the New York Post reported. In response to this accusation, Reinhart reportedly told the Herald that the Justice Department had dismissed a complaint that an Epstein victim’s lawyer had filed against him.</p>
<p>The National Pulse <a href="https://thenationalpulse.com/2022/08/09/mar-a-lago-warrant-authorized-by-epstein-lawyer/">reported</a> that he donated to former President Barack Obama’s campaign twice in 2008, and to former presidential candidate Jeb Bush’s campaign in 2015.</p>
