<p>At former President <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/donald-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Donald Trump</a>&#8216;s <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-fans-gather-early-for-madison-square-garden-rally-speaker-lineup-released" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rally at Madison Square Garden</a> in New York City on Sunday, WWE legend Hulk Hogan put the smack down on those comparing the event to a <a href="https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/americans-hold-nazi-rally-in-madison-square-garden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pro-Nazi gathering</a> that took place at the same venue in 1939.</p>
<p>Hogan, who was born Terry Gene Bollea, took the stage with an American flag and music rocking. He tore off a shirt like he did in his wrestling career and <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/wwe-legend-hulk-hogan-rocks-the-rnc-as-he-celebrates-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">for the Republican National Convention</a> this summer. Underneath, Hogan had on a shirt bearing the names of Trump and his running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), with the sleeves cut off.</p>

<p>&#8220;Welcome to the house that Hulkamania built,&#8221; Hogan said, after a few moments of hyping up the crowd. &#8220;You know something? Usually, when I&#8217;m in Madison Square Garden, I&#8217;m body slamming giants, I&#8217;m winning world heavyweight titles, and I&#8217;m cracking people over the heads with steel chairs. And the energy in Madison Square Garden is off the Richter Scale.&#8221;</p>
<p>Fondly addressing the &#8220;Trumpomaniacs&#8221; in the room, Hogan declared how on Sunday, the &#8220;energy in here is something like I&#8217;ve never felt. The energy of all these Trumpomaniacs is the most powerful force in the universe and today this is Donald Trump&#8217;s house, brother!&#8221;</p>
<p>Then Hogan grappled with the Nazi comparison, which has been made by the likes of <a href="https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4956168-walz-trump-madison-square-garden-rally/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Minnesota Governor Tim Walz</a>, who is the Democratic Party&#8217;s vice presidential nominee, <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/hillary-clinton-accuses-trump-reenacting-infamous-nazi-rally-madison-square-garden" target="_blank" rel="noopener">and Hillary Clinton</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;You know something, Trumpomaniacs, I don&#8217;t see no stinkin&#8217; Nazis in here. I don&#8217;t see no stinkin&#8217; domestic terrorists in here,&#8221; Hogan said, before he pointed to the crowd. &#8220;The only thing I see in here are a bunch of hard-working men and women that are real Americans, brother.&#8221;</p>
<p>After taking swipes at Trump&#8217;s 2024 rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, Hogan said the &#8220;energy&#8221; in the building gave him the answer to the question his famous saying, &#8220;Whatcha gonna do?&#8221;: &#8220;The answer is vote for Trump!&#8221; He proceed to get the crowd to similarly answer the same question when it came to tackling issues such as inflation and border security.</p>
<p>Hogan was one of dozens of people <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-fans-gather-early-for-madison-square-garden-rally-speaker-lineup-released" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lined up to speak</a> at the Madison Square Garden rally. A photo shared on X by Trump&#8217;s adviser Dan Scavino Jr. showed Trump and Hogan backstage, gleefully locked in an arm-wrestling pose.</p>

<p>The Republican National Convention in mid-July took place soon after Trump survived an assassination attempt in a Butler, Pennsylvania, campaign rally. When he spoke at that event, Hogan <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/wwe-legend-hulk-hogan-rocks-the-rnc-as-he-celebrates-trump" target="_blank" rel="noopener">brought down the house</a>.</p>
