Hugh Grant is once again sharing his unfiltered thoughts with the public, this time telling the world how much he “hated” his role of an Oompa Loompa in the new “Wonka” movie.

The 63-year-old British actor made his feelings known while speaking at a press conference for the movie, per Metro UK.

“Drivel,” Grant said of the project. “It was like a crown of thorns, very uncomfortable.” He specifically mentioned how he didn’t care to have multiple cameras focused on him all at once to help animators capture his movements, the outlet noted.

“I made a big fuss about it,” he added. “I couldn’t have hated the whole thing more.”

Grant also said he didn’t know if he was supposed to act with just his face or his whole body, a problem he claims was never resolved.

“I never received a satisfactory answer,” the “Notting Hill” star said. “And frankly, what I did with my body was terrible, and it’s all been replaced with an animator.”

He continued, “It’s very confusing, with CGI now — you can’t tell what’s going on.”

This isn’t the first time Grant has disparaged his own work. In 2014, he told late night host James Corden he would “happily shred my IMDb page, my CV, because I specialized in being bad for decades.”

“Wonka” is a prequel to Roald Dahl’s children’s book, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” and follows chocolatier Willy Wonka as a young man before he becomes the eccentric character in the story. The original book was previously adapted into the popular movie “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory” (1971) and a Johnny Depp-led remake, “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” in 2005.

“Wonka” stars Timothée Chalamet as the titular character, and critics are already praising him for his performance. Film director Paul King told the Metro in July that he envisioned Grant was an Oompa Loompa because of his cantankerous demeanor.

“So I was really just thinking about that character; somebody who could be a real s***, and then — ah! Hugh,” King said. “Because he’s the funniest, most sarcastic s*** I’ve ever met.”
