The Lebanese television channel for the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah released a news segment showing the Bahamas-flagged Galaxy Leader cargo ship that Yemeni Houthi terrorists hijacked last week.
The ship, which was leased to a Japanese company from a British company that is partially owned by an Israeli businessman, was hijacked by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists as part of a campaign to damage Israel in any way possible as Israel is engaged in a war against Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist group also backed by Iran.
The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) translated the news segment from Al-Manar TV (Hezbollah-Lebanon) in which Yemeni citizens who were touring the stolen vessel chanted: “Allah Akbar! Death to America! Death to Israel! Curses upon the Jews! Victory to Islam!”
“The [seizing] of Galaxy Leader constitutes a victory for the Yemeni naval forces and the Yemeni Coast Guard, as well as a morale boost to the Palestinian resistance and people,” said Yemeni Navy Captain Shawqi Qabati. “Any Israeli ship in the Red Sea – be it a cargo ship, a military ship, or an auxiliary ship of the Zionist forces – will be hauled immediately to the Yemeni shore.”
