Harry Styles is the latest star to be hit with an object while performing on stage in a disturbing trend.
A concertgoer threw something at the 29-year-old pop singer during a show in Vienna on Saturday, CNN reported.
In video that circulated online, the “What Makes You Beautiful” hitmaker is seen turning to exit the stage when he is hit in the face with an unknown object.

Styles has yet to share anything on social media about the incident.
Last year, Styles was hit with various objects several times during his “Love on Tour” shows. In November 2022, the singer was struck in the eye with Skittles candy and spent the rest of the show rinsing his eyes with water.
The candymaker later took out a full-page ad that said, “Protect the rainbow. Taste the rainbow. But please, don’t throw the rainbow.”
The pop singer is only the latest in a string of performers who have been hit during concert shows by attendees. The list includes singers like Drake and Bebe Rexha.
Rexha was recently struck in the face by a cell phone while performing in New York City. The 33-year-old posted two pictures on Instagram showing her injury. In one photo, her eye is purple and swollen with a cut just underneath her brow line. In the more recent photo, she’s giving a thumbs up as her left eye is bruised dark purple with a bandage.
She captioned the post, “I’m good.”
Pink was recently performing at the British Summer Time Festival at Hyde Park in London when someone tossed a bag of alleged cremated remains on the stage in front of her.
The 43-year-old singer walked over to where the bag landed and held it up for a closer look, at which point she turned to address the fan who had thrown it: “Is this your mom?”
“I don’t know how I feel about this,” she added before continuing with the concert.
