Superstar Adele on Sunday responded to the latest trend of concertgoers “throwing s***” at performers on stage, saying that “people have lost it” and daring anyone to try it during a show.
During the 35-year-old English singer’s “Weekends With Adele” Las Vegas residency, the “Hello” hitmaker referenced recent incidents directed at Harry Styles and Bebe Rexha.
“Have you noticed how people are forgetting f***ing show etiquette at the moment?” Adele said in the clip that surfaced on social media, showing her walking on a stage carrying a T-shirt cannon.

“Throwing s*** on stage?” she added. “Have you seen that? I f***ing dare you. Dare you to throw something at me. … These people have lost it. Can you imagine?”
Harry Styles was hit with various objects several times during his “Love on Tour” performances. In November 2022, Styles was struck in the eye with Skittles candy and spent the rest of the show rinsing his eyes with water.

The candymaker later took out a full-page ad that said, “Protect the rainbow. Taste the rainbow. But please, don’t throw the rainbow.”
Singer Rexha was recently struck in the face by a cell phone while performing in New York City. The 33-year-old posted two pictures on Instagram showing her injury. In one photo, her eye is purple and swollen with a cut just underneath her brow line. In the more recent photo, she’s giving a thumbs up as her left eye is bruised dark purple with a bandage.
She captioned the post, “I’m good.”
Pink was recently performing at the British Summer Time Festival at Hyde Park in London when someone tossed a bag of alleged cremated remains on the stage in front of her.
The 43-year-old singer walked over to where the bag landed and held it up for a closer look, at which point she turned to address the fan who had thrown it: “Is this your mom?”
“I don’t know how I feel about this,” she added before continuing with the concert.
