The Grindr Serial Killer Made It Onto BBC’s MasterChef

   DailyWire.com

A British man accused of drugging and killing four men was caught in the background of an episode of the hit show MasterChef. Serial killer Stephen Port was seen wearing a blonde wig and serving Italian dishes to hungry bus-driving patrons while ex-boy band star JB Gill competed against other celebrities.

Port, 40, met his male victims, all in their 20’s, on gay websites, then invited them to his house where he proceeded to poison them with overdoses of the party drug GHB and dump their bodies near a churchyard. The bodies were discovered over a 15-month period between June 19, 2014 and Sept. 14, 2015. Though the Scotland Yard police didn’t immediately think the deaths were connected, further investigation led authorities to link them on Oct. 14.

The Guardian reports:

Port’s father, Albert Port, 73, told the Guardian on Monday night that he was “in complete shock” at the allegations and that he did not think his son capable of carrying out the actions alleged. “No way, nothing like that.”… He said Stephen was “just an ordinary working person” and worked as a chef for bus drivers.

Port has officially been charged with four counts of murder and four counts of “administering a poison with intent to endanger life or inflict grievous bodily harm.” No word yet on what his plea to these charges will be but legal experts are saying he should not take the Robert Durst approach and record himself in the bathroom admitting to the murders on HBO…
