<p>A new Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service poll released this month <a href="https://thehill.com/homenews/news/467143-voters-believe-us-two-thirds-of-the-way-to-edge-of-a-civil-war-poll">found</a> that the average American believed that the U.S. is two-thirds of the way to the &#8220;edge of a civil war.&#8221;</p>
