After being booted from Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, former President Donald Trump launched his own communications platform on Tuesday — a platform that will allow him to exclusively share messages with his millions of followers.

“The platform, ‘From the Desk of Donald J. Trump’ appears on www.DonaldJTrump.com/desk,” wrote Fox News in an exclusive report.

A video introduction posted to the site hailed the new platform as a “place to speak freely and safely” while pledging to “Save America.” Visitors to the site will be able to share Trump’s posts on various social media platforms, but they will be unable to respond with comments of their own.

“The space allows Trump to post, and allows followers to share the former president’s posts to Twitter and Facebook, however, the new platform does not have a feature to allow users to ‘reply’ or engage with Trump’s posts,” added Fox News.

Trump’s decision to keep the platform a one-way system of communication ultimately frees him and his staff the burden of regulating comments. User-generated comments that violate the rules of other, third-party platforms could enable those platforms to block his posts.

President Trump had been posting on the platform going all the way back to March 24. On Monday, he used it to call out Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) for her dwindling poll numbers.

“Heartwarming to read new polls on big-shot warmonger Liz Cheney of the great State of Wyoming. She is so low that her only chance would be if vast numbers of people run against her which, hopefully, won’t happen. They never liked her much, but I say she’ll never run in a Wyoming election again!” he wrote.

Also on Monday, the former president celebrated the fact that Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) was welcomed with boos and howls at the Utah GOP convention this last weekend. “So nice to see RINO Mitt Romney booed off the stage at the Utah Republican State Convention. They are among the earliest to have figured this guy out, a stone cold loser!” he wrote.

As The Daily Wire reported, Trump strongly hinted he would run in 2024 during an interview with Candace Owens.

“The answer is I’m absolutely enthused. I look forward to doing an announcement at the right time,” Trump said. “As you know, it’s very early, but I think people are going to be very, very happy … when I make a certain announcement.”

“For campaign finance reasons, you really can’t do it too early because it becomes a whole different thing,” he clarified. “Otherwise I’d give you an answer that I think you’d be very happy with,” he added.

“So we are looking at that very, very seriously. And uh, all I’ll say is stay tuned!” he concluded.

The president’s new communication platform comes as Facebook’s “Oversight Board” considers whether or not his ban on the platform will be permanent.

“The Board will announce its decision on the case concerning former US President Trump’s indefinite suspension from Facebook and Instagram in the coming weeks. We extended the public comments deadline for this case, receiving 9,000+ responses,” the board announced on Twitter. “The Board’s commitment to carefully reviewing all comments has extended the case timeline, in line with the Board’s bylaws. We will share more information soon.”
