Supposed comedienne Kathy Griffin, posing for a shot in a photo session with photographer Tyler Shields, decided to emulate Game of Thrones‘ bloody beheadings, holding up a gory, bloody, decapitated head of President Trump.
TMZ obtained a copy of the shot before the picture’s release, reporting that Griffin joked during the shoot that she and Shields would need to flee to Mexico after the release or they’d go to prison.
This is not the first time those on the Left have depicted the severed head of a sitting GOP president; Game of Thrones infamously depicted former President George Bush’s head on a spike in its first season, insisting that they used Bush’s head for budgetary reasons only and it was not a political statement.
Just before the election, Griffin appeared on Larry King Now, saying of Trump’s candidacy, “It’s beyond cute and funny; now I’m nervous and worried. Because his supporters frighten me …”
Griffin isn’t on the planet anyway; she later boasted on The View that the night Trump was elected, she and fellow geriatric and sex symbol Sharon Stone commiserated by taking their tops off and flailing themselves around taking pictures. “Bare boobies,” Griffin crowed. “She was snap-shotting and I was like, “Whew!’”
After Trump’s address to Congress at the end of February, Griffin told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, “I’m a big resister and I don’t believe in compromise with this president. I also think he’s crazy. I think he’s mentally ill. He’s also an idiot.”
Mentally ill? When was the last time you saw Trump posing with a severed head?
