“Friends” star David Schwimmer shared a photo of himself with his late costar Matthew Perry, saying that he imagined his friend taking stock of heaven in Chandler Bing fashion: “Could there BE any more clouds?”
Schwimmer was the fourth of the remaining five core cast members to post a personal tribute to Perry, who passed away late last month at the age of 54. He shared a photo from a flashback episode of the popular sitcom — which featured him and Perry in the 1980s, dressed to look like characters from “Miami Vice” — along with a caption remembering his friend.

“Thank you for ten incredible years of laughter and creativity,” Schwimmer began. “I will never forget your impeccable comic timing and delivery. You could take a straight line of dialogue and bend it to your will, resulting in something so entirely original and unexpectedly funny it still astonishes.”
“And you had heart. Which you were generous with, and shared with us, so we could create a family out of six strangers,” he continued. “This photo is from one of my favorite moments with you. Now it makes me smile and grieve at the same time.”
Schwimmer concluded with hope, saying that he imagined Perry in heaven, taking stock of his new surroundings in the way that only he could: “I imagine you up there, somewhere, in the same white suit, hands in your pockets, looking around— ‘Could there BE any more clouds?'”
Castmates Matt LeBlanc, Courteney Cox, and Jennifer Aniston have also shared personal memories of their time with Perry — and Cox even offered a behind-the-scenes reveal. She described the moment the audience’s reaction turned what was supposed to be a one-night-stand — between her character, Monica Geller, and Perry’s Chandler Bing — into a love story that spanned the remainder of the series’ run.

“Chandler and Monica were supposed to have a one night fling in London. But because of the audience’s reaction, it became the beginning of their love story,” she explained.
